Maschinenlager.
So könnte z.
Machine warehouse. The invention relates to a machine bearing with see automatically after the shaft axis from aligning bearing bush and is. characterized in that between the bearing body and the bearing bushing inserted therein, an immovable rubber-elastic material consisting of a rubber-elastic material is arranged immovably in a i -iiis 1 . is such that it lasts
forces cutting the axis of rotation. ' exercises the bearing body and the bearings <.
The accompanying drawing illustrates embodiments of the invention wherein the Fir. 1 and 2 each represent a longitudinal section through variants of bearings.
According to FIG. 1, the end of a shaft 1 is mounted in a ball bearing which is built into the bearing body 3. On the hardened outer ring bearing ring 2 ',' a 7, wisehening -1 made of easily machinable material is treaded, in the circumference of which an annular groove 5 is turned.
Another ring groove 6 of a width like the ring groove 5 is screwed into the drilling unit of the bearing hearing device 3. Between see your bearing body and the intermediate ring 4- is a closed ring 7 made of rubber, for example rubber, or from the branded product Soflex,
or made of some other material exhibiting appropriate properties, such that the two annular grooves 5 and 6 are completely filled with it.
According to FIG. 2, a shaft 8 rotates in a bearing bush 9 which has considerable radial play with respect to the bore of the bearing body 10. On the circumference of the bearing bush 9 and in the bearing body 10 each an annular groove 11 and 12 is incorporated and in this, similar Lich as in the previous example, a closed sener rubber-elastic ring 13 is introduced, which fills the two grooves 11 and 12 completely.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, the rubber-elastic ring 7 is formed with a square cross-section, while in the Ausfüh approximately example of FIG. 2, the corresponding ring 13 has a circular cross-section. The shape of the cross-section can be determined from case to case, depending on the circumstances, at your own discretion. So could z. B. in the embodiment, Fig. 1, greater wall thickness of the intermediate ring 4 provided the cross section. of the elastic ring be circular and in the embodiment of FIG. 2 square.
The introduction of the elastic ring between the two bearing parts takes place in both variants in such a way that the ring 7 or 13, whose diameter should be smaller than the diameter of the part, is initially in the anmon-oriented state. it is mounted via the bearing part 4 or
9 is stretched. Then a funnel-shaped auxiliary tool is set against the end face of the bearing body in question, the smaller bore of which is approximately equal to the bore of the bearing body, whereupon the inner bearing part with the elastic ring is pressed through the funnel into the bore of the bearing body - after the drilling conditions the bearing body 3 or 10 and the auxiliary tool were coated with a lubricant - until the elastic ring in the outer annular groove 6 or
12 jumps in, so that the two annular grooves each tightly enclose part of the cross section of the elastic ring at opposite points. It must be assumed that the elastic ring is of a soft quality so that it can be squeezed together to the required extent during the pressing in, in order to then expand again in the annular groove 6 or 12 to such an extent that a certain Tension of the elastic material persists.
In the event of axial loads on the shaft, a collar can be placed on the bearing body. 16 (Fig. 1) or another similarly acting device, e.g. B. a Seeger fuse or the like can be provided against which the intermediate ring 4 comes to rest. The axial forces are then not absorbed by the rubber-elastic ring 7 or 13, but by the collar 16 or the other device.
In an analogous manner can see in the embodiment of Fig. 2 an ezit: speaking collar or other axial stop device on the bearing body 10, against which the bearing bush 9 can apply, but which is not shown in the drawing for the sake of simplicity.
The exemplary embodiments described have several advantages over the conventional design. These are: 1. A significant reduction in manufacturing and assembly costs because. the complicated, precise machining of the machine bearing required to press in the bearing bush and the laborious, careful press-in process are eliminated.
2. The otherwise rigid mounting of the bush in the bearing body is designed to be elastic and resilient, which means that any deviations in direction of the bearing axles from the shaft nose that occur when the bushing is pressed in automatically compensate for themselves and reduce the bearing friction, making reworking unnecessary.
3. Vibrations originating from the rotating rotor are dampened by the elasticity of the bearing rune and kept away from the front of the machine housing. Considerable noise attenuation is achieved.
. For electrical machines there is also the possibility of electrical insulation of the rotor from the machine housing.
