Radially acting, springless locking mechanism, especially for watches. The invention relates to a radial act of the springless locking mechanism, which is particularly suitable for wristwatches with automatic winding ge.
According to the invention, the ratchet has a ratchet wheel mounted on a shaft and a locking ring provided with at least two diametrically opposed and inwardly directed ratchet teeth, which is mounted on a disk loosely seated on the shaft so that it can be moved radially relative to the ratchet wheel.
The food according to the invention has. In terms of manufacturing technology, it has the advantage that its locking part can be manufactured as a flat stamped part due to its design as a ring provided with two teeth and its hardening does not present any difficulties.
The locking mechanism according to the invention is particularly suitable as a freewheel device for watches that are equipped with self-winding and inland winding at the same time, because a. minimal effort is required, in contrast to the spring gas locks, whose frictional resistance usually makes the manual winding of a so-called automatic watch go very hard.
In the preferred embodiment of the locking mechanism, the tip diameter of the ratchet toothing is greater than the tip diameter of the ring toothing. In this case, the locking ring and the ratchet wheel work together in the manner of an inhibiting mechanism, i.e. H. the locking ring prevents the ratchet wheel from skidding under the action of the tensioned clock drive spring.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. It shows: Fig. 1 the locking mechanism seen from the side, partially cut, Fig. \? the top view of the locking mechanism according to Figure 1, with the cover plate lifted.
The ratchet shaft 1 carries the R.itzel 2, which is brought into engagement in the winding wheel of the spring house when installing the locking mechanism in the elevator gear of a clock with self-winding and manual winding.
The ratchet wheel 3 is also firmly connected to the ratchet shaft 1. For this purpose, an attachment la with laterally milled driver surfaces 1b is attached to the shaft 1 and the ratchet wheel 3 has a corresponding recess.
Loosely supported on a collar 1c of the ratchet shaft 1 and on one side by a shaft shoulder 1d, sits the ratchet disk 4, which is designed as a gear in the example, which is in engagement with the (not shown) countershaft of the automatic transmission.
The disk 4 has a recess 4 a which is intended to receive the ratchet wheel 3 and the locking ring 5. The locking ring be seated two inwardly directed locking teeth 5a and 5b. In addition, a pair of guide lugs 5c is formed from the locking ring, which can slide in slots 4b in the disc 4, such that the locking ring 5 opposite the Ratchet 3 can perform a radial, limited movement.
A cover disk 6 (FIG. 1) fastened to the shaft collar 1.a secures the locking ring 5 in the recess 4a.
The locking mechanism works as follows: If the disc 4 is held and the locking shaft 1 is turned to the left (Fig. 2), the ratchet wheel tooth 3a- will run up against the tooth 5a of the locking ring 5 and the locking ring will move across the shaft 1 in Move the position shown under broken lines (Fig. 2).
The number of ratchet teeth is. chosen so that when the tip of the ratchet tooth 3a. just at the tip of the locking ring tooth 5a. has passed, the ratchet wheel tooth 3b has reached the Stelhmg 3b 'drawn in broken lines and is directly in front of your locking ring tooth 5b, which is in position 5b'.
With further rotation, the locking tooth 3b will now push the locking ring tooth located in the position 5b 'radially outward, while the locking ring tooth 5a on the other. back inside ge reached, etc. Ratchet wheel and locking ring work together with men like an escapement mechanism and since the tip diameter of the teeth of the ratchet wheel is larger than that of the teeth of the locking ring, a spin is not possible.
It is readily understandable that when the shaft 1 rotates clockwise, one of the ratchet teeth comes into contact with one of the locking ring teeth with a chest surface and establishes the coupling between the shaft 1 and the disk 4.
