Jedes Zug element 21 bzw.
48 mit je einem Bolzen 49, 50 in Verbindung steht. Zwischen den Teilen 51, 52 bzw. 53, 54 ist je eine Feder 55, 56 vorgesehen, die die Zugelemente 45, 46 vorspannen: Zwischen den Anlageflächen 53, 54 des Gleitstückes und den Anlageflächen 57, 58 der ;Federn 55, 56 können Verschiebeglieder 59, 60 angeordnet sein, die dazu dienen;
Device for tying wooden sleepers. There are devices known that allow to press together Holzsehwellen for track systems and to secure against tearing by a metal band. Such devices work th with a single tension element, which is placed on a metal band encompassing the sleeper and is pressed by tightening against the metal band and the sleeper, which closes any cracks in the sleeper. The two ends of the tape were then connected to each other, the pulling element removed and used to tie other sleeper ends.
It has now been shown that binding with a tension element that almost completely closes the sleeper has certain disadvantages, because tensioning and moving apart this tension element or the mutually displaceable ends of the same requires too much time. The use of clamping parts requires a certain amount of effort, which should be avoided if possible.
According to the invention, two tensioned tension elements are provided as tensioning means, which are intended to be arranged on both sides of the threshold provided with the band, resting on a flat surface and movable against one another for the purpose of adapting the band to the threshold and compressing the threshold against one another are.
Such a device makes it possible to tension the band spanning the sleeper so that it first rests on the underside of the sleeper, then is pulled up on the sides of the sleeper and finally folded over onto the top of the sleeper; that the ends of the belt can be closed.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawing. They show: FIG. 1 a device which is arranged stationary in a sleeper binding facility, FIG. 2 shows a schematic representation of a device which is used to bind sleepers that have already been laid, FIG. 3 a side view of a tensioning device,
which contains two U-shaped sliding pieces on which the tension elements and their biasing springs are mounted, the sliding pieces being under the action of a compressed air hydraulic device, FIG. 4 a section through a guide means along the line AB of FIG .
The tensioning device according to Fig.l consists of a frame 1 on which the one fixed point 2 of a non-stretchable in its longitudinal direction ble tension element 3, for example a fall chain, is arranged. is. The fixed point 4 of the other tension element 5 lies on a part 7 which is longitudinally displaceable in the tensioning device under the action of a spindle 6.
The two other ends of the tensioning elements 3 and 5 are each under the action of a spring 3 or 9, which is pretensioned in a bell-like CT housing 10 or 11; Before the voltage can be regulated on the plates 12 and 13 by the wing screws 14 and 15. The housing 10 and 11 are based on. Example on a plate 120, which includes slots 130 and 140 to move the housing 10 and 11 to make possible. The spindle 6 is moved by a motor 16, for example, via the gear wheels shown.
In the drawing, the viewing shaft 17 and the band 18 that encompasses it are already pressed together in such a way that the band ends 19 and 24 lie on top of one another and are secured in a suitable manner. The hole for passing through the pin that secures the tape ends is not shown.
Once the tape is secured, the part 7 is moved to the left, for example by means of a motor. Since by the fixed point 4 moves just if to the left and the tension element 5 stretches iuiter @V Performing .der spring 9. The same is done with the tension element 3 under Ver displacement of the housing 10. The threshold is also moved to the left, -and until the tension element 3 has stretched quite ge.
Now you can remove the threshold from the device. Lord insert the other end of the same threshold or another threshold.
The newly to be bound sleeper part is provided with a tensioning strap, placed on the plate 120, the motor is switched on, whereupon the tension element 5 lies laterally against the sleeper, with increasing displacement the threshold presses against the tension element 3 and thereby inevitably PRESENT cracks eliminated and the tensioning band gradually influenced in such a way that the two ends of the band come closer, then cover them and can now be secured. The Ge housing 10 and 11 move accordingly.
In the second exemplary embodiment, one end of the pulling element 21 is fastened to a slide 23 at 22, while the corresponding end of the pulling element 24 is fastened to the point 25 of the slide 26. The other end can, for the purpose of pretensioning the tension element 24, be under the action of a spring, according to the example in FIG. 1, under the action of a piston or the like under oil pressure.
Each train element 21 or 24 is deflected by 180 over the rollers 27, 28 and 29, 30. By turning the right-hand and left-hand threading spindle 31, the bearing points of which are indicated schematically at 32 and 33, the carriages 23 and 26 can move towards or away from one another. Since the tension elements 21 and 24 slide on the sleeper in the direction of the arrows 34 during tensioning, the tensioning strap is pulled tightly upwards and placed around the sleeper. The nose 35 of the carriage 23 moves in the slot 36 and thereby prevents the end of the tape from bending downwards.
The tensioning device of FIG. 3 consists of a frame 37 in which sliding pieces 38, 39 are arranged to be displaceable in the direction of arrows 40, 41. The compressed air hydraulic device, which can be controlled by a hand lever 42, is expediently housed in the lower part of the frame 37. At the points 43, 44 of the sliding pieces 38, 39, the ends of the tension elements 45, 46, for example a Gall chain, are rotatably mounted, while the other end 47.
48 each with a bolt 49, 50 is connected. Between the parts 51, 52 and 53, 54, respectively, a spring 55, 56 is provided which pretension the tension elements 45, 46: between the contact surfaces 53, 54 of the slider and the contact surfaces 57, 58 of the; springs 55, 56 can slide members 59, 60 be arranged, which serve to;
Slightly move the spring contact surfaces with respect to the slider contact surfaces when inclined forces act on the springs by inclining the tension elements, thereby allowing the tension elements to be properly adapted to the outer circumference of the sleeper to be pressed together. Zweclunässigerweise are on the top of the sliders 38 and 39 Füh approximately 61 and 62 about the axes 63, 64 rotatably mounted.
The guide means 61, 62 are expediently, gerweise each under the action of a spring that strive to keep the guide means 61, 62 in a horizontal position. The tensioning band used to bind the compressed sleeper is placed on the guide means 61, 62 in such a way that one end of the tensioning band 65 rests against a lug 66, which can optionally be displaced.
If you put a wooden sleeper, as indicated by the arrows 67, on the clamping band 65, this sleeper pushes the clamping band 65 in .den space between the tension elements 45, 46 until the clamping band rests on the bottom surface 68 of the clamping device . The guide means 61, 62 lie in a horizontal plane as long as the tensioning band 65 rests unaffected on the device.
If the threshold (see Fig. 3 of the drawing) is placed on the tensioning band 65, so the tensioning band is lowered down with the threshold, the guide means 61, 62 fold into a vertical position, shown in phantom in Fig. 3. The guide means 61, 62 then still guide the tensioning band 65 and only release it when the points 43, 44 have moved so far towards one another that the tensioning band is no longer guided by the guide means 61, 62.
If now, as will be described below, the sliders 38, 39 are moved towards each other, the tensioning band 65 slides out of the guide means 61, the Füh approximately 61 fold back into the starting position and the ends of the tensioning band can now after the iSchwelle is perfectly compressed, can be combined with one another in a manner known per se.
After unifying the ends of the strap, the sliders 38, 39 are moved back, the threshold is pulled out of the tensioning device, a new strap is inserted into the guide and the process of pressing together and tying the next threshold is repeated.
So that the tensioning strap can lie on the underside of the sleeper to be tied, the bottom surface 681 of the tensioning device is provided with projections that enclose one another, for example so that the projections 69 of the slide 39 run like a fork and a projection 70 on the slide 38 sits, which encloses between the fork-shaped projections 69, so that the tensioning strap 65 is always flat on the bottom surface 68.
The sliders 38 and 39 are connected via pistons, not shown, to the cylinders 71, 72 and, if a liquid, for example oil, acts on the pistons via the lines 73, 74, moved or moved in the direction of the arrows 40, 41 . be retracted when the direction of oil pressure is reversed. The oil pressure lines 73, 74 lead to a regulating element 75 which controls both the air pressure and the oil pressure. The Be container 76 is filled with oil.
He is under the effect of low pressure air of about. 3 to 10 atmospheres if the compressed air supply line 77 is connected to the container 76 via the regulating element 75, the supply line 78. As a result, oil is pressed from 3 to 10 atm pressure into the lines 73, 74 and thus against the pistons displaceable in the cylinders 71, 72 via the line 79 after corresponding actuation of the hand lever 42. So that the sliders 38, 39 are with their tension elements towards each other.
As soon as the tension elements 45, 46 rest on the clamping structure and thus on the sleeper to be compressed, a pressure increase occurs in the lines 73, 74, which leads to the regulating member. 75 is automatically reversed in such a way that the compressed air line 77 is now connected via line 80 to a high-pressure pump 81, which presses pressure oil through line 82, the control organ 75 into lines 73, 74. The Ilo, ch pressure pump 81 is thus set in motion by compressed air from 3 to 10 atmospheres and stands still as long as there is still no concern of the train elements 45,
46 takes place on the parts to be pressed together. By adjusting the hand lever 42 you can, for example, regulate the speed of the pump and set a Ge. If the compression pressure has reached a certain adjustable value, the pump is switched off until the oil pressure is lifted or tongue-controlled by actuating the hand lever 42 again, whereupon the sliders 38, 39 move apart again.
In order to ensure proper guidance of the tensioning strap 65, the guide means 61, 62 according to FIG. 4 can be provided with a spring & 3. Which presses on the tensioning strap 65 and presses it into the grooves 84 of the guide means, see above so that a braking effect is exerted on the tension band. This braking effect can of course also be achieved in other ways.
This design of the device ensures that the top of the threshold, on which the two ends of the strap are combined, is accessible in sufficient mass, so that you can easily attach ge suitable sickle-Lingsmittel for the strap ends, since between the Points 2 and 4 or 43, 44 leave a certain amount of space.
If the strap ends are designed, for example, in such a way that each tension strap end is provided with square openings, and the webs of the lower strap end that remain between the openings and that of the upper strap end are curved downwards, so that after the two strap ends interlock a pin that can be inserted in the longitudinal direction of the tape.
-As a securing means, this tensioning device can be used particularly well for this type of bandage. use when a hole is arranged in one of the carriages at such a height that the pin, which is cut off, for example, from a roll of wire, is forcibly guided into the space formed by the arches.
It goes without saying that the above-described parts of the device can also be replaced by correspondingly acting ones, for example the longitudinally rigid tension elements by elements that are variable in length in the longitudinal direction, for example strong term springs. Likewise, features of one example can be combined with features of the other.
