Mischvorrichtung.
Mixing device. The invention relates to a Mischvorrich device, in particular for mixing cement and sand for the production of concrete.
The mixer has a trough in which a conveyor and mixing screw is arranged. The feed funnels are placed at one end of the trough, while the discharge opening is at the other. End is arranged. The mixer according to the invention is characterized in that the drive device and auxiliary devices are attached above the trough under a hood which at least partially covers them.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to examples from management. The drawings are used for this purpose. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a mixer, FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line A-B in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a partial longitudinal section through a mixer with a divided filling funnel and several water valves, FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the Mixer according to FIG. 3, FIG. 5 shows a partial longitudinal section through a mixer with a vibrator device.
The trough 1 is designed as a simple trough with a round cross-section, in the end walls 110 and 111 of which the shaft 2 of the screw 3 is mounted. At the front end of the trough has the cutout 4 through which the finished concrete can be discharged continuously Lich downwards. At the other end of the trough the task funnel 5 for sand and 6 for cement are arranged.
The space above the trough is enclosed by a bowl 11 which is connected to the feed hopper 6 and the trough 1 and which can be self-supporting. As a result, a significant stiffness of the whole device is he aims. The side of the shell has perforations 12 which can be closed and through which the space enclosed by the shell is accessible. This contains the auxiliary devices required for the device before, for. B. the drive motor 13, the gearbox 14, the work tool box 15 for the required work, the water dispensing device 16 and the operating device 17. Since the cover for the openings 12 made lockable who can, the system is in this way against unauthorized use and damage protected.
At the end of the mixer in front of the end face 111, the force transmission means 18, for. B. a chain or a V-belt set arranged. Since this means is located at the end of the mixer opposite the task, it is largely protected against dirt and wear and tear, and is easily accessible after removing the cover 19 and can easily be replaced, as is the drive wheels 20 that determine the ratio and 21. A drive via gears or bevel gear shafts would of course also be possible.
The length of the device determined by the screw is only marginally enlarged by the type of drive described. The snail 3 is. designed as a mixing tendon, that is to say it has openings 22 in its winding surface through which the material to be mixed can partially flow back, whereby the mixing effect is considerably increased. The outer line of the screw is undercut, that is, it is composed of several spiral-like parts 23 together, namely z. B. in a period of 180. As a result of this decrease in the worm radius, which is caused against the direction of rotation. Prevents trapped material from rolling between the edge of the screw and the trough and deforming the screw.
The inclination of the entire Vorrich device can be caused by a bracket attached approximately in the middle. It is useful to design this block as a single-axle chassis 24 under the trough 1 so that the entire mixer can be transported as a trailer by motor vehicles. A trailer coupling 25 must also be provided for this purpose. To prevent wear and tear of the trough at the point of support, a support leg 26 is arranged.
The product funnel 5 (see Fig. 3, 4) at the rear end of the machine is, if several types of product are to be used, more times, for. B. three-fold, divided, the side by side sub-funnels 51 and 53 between the rear sub-funnel 52 and the binder funnel 6 are arranged. The delimitation of the partial funnel from one another is carried out by the walls 54 and 58, which are combined into one piece, easily removable in the filling material tray 5, e.g.
B. by means of screws can be attached. The partition 54 between the adjacent part funnels 51 and 53 runs into a hinged flap 55, which allows the outlet cross sections 56 and 57 of the two part funnels and thus the ratio of the throughput quantities of these two part funnels to change. The flap 55 can be fixed by known means, not shown.
To prevent the material from sliding down in the funnels, a vibrating device, that is to say a vibrating device, is provided on the funnels (see FIG. 5). The point of application of this device must be located near the funnel outlet, since the bulk material tends to stall, especially at low standing heights, i.e. when the static pressure under which the bulk material is due to its weight has become low.
At one end of the mixing trough 1 located on a chassis 24, the hopper 5 for the filling material and 6 for the binder and at the other end the Ge gear 14 and the drive motor 13 for the mixing device are arranged. On the motor-facing wall 69 of the binding material funnel 6, the bearing 70 of the vibrator is arranged on. This consists of an eccentric flywheel 71 which is attached to the shaft 72 connected to the drive motor 13, possibly via an elastic coupling 76. In the VibTato cleaning device, primarily the binding material funnel 6 is set in shaking movements.
If the filling material funnel 5 is also to be gripped more strongly, a vibrator must also be attached to the common partition 64 between the filling material funnel 5 and the binding material funnel 6. It is advantageous here to elastically connect the hopper with the trough.
The vibrator bearing 73 and the eccentric flywheel 74 mounted on the drive shaft 72 are located in a tubular tunnel 75 which penetrates the binding material funnel 6 and thus protects the moving parts from the binding material.
There can be 64 and 69 bearings in both walls; be provided for the vibrator. Furthermore, it is also possible to attach the vibrator to the outer wall of the hopper 5, or to provide several vibrators, which can be mounted on the different walls of the hopper. A shower 81, which is connected to a water pipe, is provided for water distribution (see FIG. 3).
If the mixer stops, which can be caused by failure of the prime mover or failure of the elec tric current, the water continues and the material in the mixer is made unusable due to excessive dilution. When the mixer is restarted, time and material are lost before properly mixed material is produced again.
To avoid these disadvantages, a plurality of shut-off means are provided between the water line connection and the shower, one of which is adjustable by hand and serves to set the desired amount of water, while the other shut-off means can be switched depending on the operating state of the device.
The system for allocating the water is therefore available from the shower 81 and the faucet 82, which is attached to the enveloping shell 11 of the mixer in such a way that its handle is directly accessible from the outside. The faucet 82 is directly connected to the electromagnetic switching valve 83, one connection 84 of which is provided from the enveloping shell of the mixer and is used to attach the water line. Furthermore, the switch 85 is provided, which is designed as an automatic machine and can also be attached to the enveloping shell 11 of the mixer. With the A circuit of the drive machine 13, the valve 83 is opened and the water supply is released. When the machine is switched off, the valve is closed.
This effect also occurs when the switch is used as a safety element in the event of overloads.
As an auxiliary device for the allocation of binding material, the cellular wheel 9 is arranged according to FIG. 1 between binding funnel 6 and the mixing screw 2, which is directly driven by the mixing device. The turns of the mixing screw 2 are in engagement with the walls of the cellular wheel, which are shaped according to the screw pitch. To regulate the amount swallowed by the cellular wheel, sliders 10 are arranged on both sides, which are adjustable from the outside in the axial direction. The wall which partially covers the cellular wheel 9 on its outlet side is resiliently resiliently clamped in such a way that it can deflect away from the cellular wheel in the radial direction.
The cell racl can also on its front sides organs such. B. replaceable Zap fen, teeth or the like, with which the mixing screw is in engagement. It can also be pegs, teeth or derglei chen organs attached to a partition that divides the cellular wheel perpendicular to its axis. In this case, the cellular wheel walls run from the partition to both sides, possibly offset in groups in groups.
