Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, class man 1 Mol diazotiertes 1-Amino-2,4-di- (methylstilfonyl)-benzol mit 1 Mol N-Oxäthyl- N-cyanäthylaminobenzol kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Monoazofarbstoff ist neu und eignet sich zum Färben von Lacken, Acetatkunstseide und synthetischen Polyamid und Polyesterfasern.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten. die Teile Gewichtsteile.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 6,2 Teile 1-Amino-2,4-di-(methylsulfonyl)- benzol werden in 6,3 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure und 10 Teilen Wasser längere Zeit angerührt und hierauf in Gegenwart von 20 Teilen Eis mit 1,75 Teilen Natriumnitrit di anotiert. Die erhaltene Suspension wird mit einer Lösung von 5 Teilen N-Oxäthyl-N-cyan- äthylaminobenzol in 50 Teilen Wasser, 5 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure und 50 Teilen Eis vereinigt. Der gebildete Farbstoff wird ab filtriert, säurefrei gewaschen und getrocknet.
Der neue Monoazofarbstoff färbt, in übli cher Weise dispergiert, Acetatkunstseide leuch tend orange mit hervorragender Licht-, Wasch-, Gas fume- und Sublimierechtheit.
Process for the preparation of a monoazo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a monoazo dye, which is characterized in that 1 mol of diazotized 1-amino-2,4-di (methylstilfonyl) benzene is coupled with 1 mol of N-oxethyl-N-cyanoethylaminobenzene .
The monoazo dye obtained in this way is new and is suitable for dyeing lacquers, acetate rayon and synthetic polyamide and polyester fibers.
In the example below, mean. the parts are parts by weight.
<I> Example: </I> 6.2 parts of 1-amino-2,4-di- (methylsulfonyl) benzene are stirred in 6.3 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 10 parts of water for a long time and then in the presence of 20 parts Ice with 1.75 parts of sodium nitrite di anotiert.
