Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono- azofarbstoffes, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1 Mol diazotiertes 1-Amino- 2-brom-4-nitrobenzol mit 1 Mol 1V Oxypropyl- N-cyanäthylaminobenzol kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Monoazofarbstoff ist neu und eignet sich zum Färben von Lacken, Aeetatkunstseide, Polyamid- und Polyester fasern.
1m nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile. <I>Beispiel:</I> 22 Teile 1-Amino-2-brom-4-nitrobenzol werden in 30 Teilen Wasser und 30 Teilen 30 o/oiger Salzsäure angerührt.
Hierauf fügt man 100 Teile Eis hinzu und diazotiert mit 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit. Nach beendigter Um setzung wird die Diazomasse mit einer Lö sung von 21 Teilen N-Oxypropyl-N-eyanäthyl- aminobenzol in 500 Teilen Wasser, 100 Teilen Eis und 20 Teilen. 30 o/oiger Salzsäure ver einigt. 'Die Kupplung ist nach kurzer Zeit vollzogen; man filtriert den ausgefallenen Farbstoff ab, wäscht ihn säurefrei und trock net ihn.
Der neue Monoazofarbstoff färbt Acetat kunstseide und Polyesterfasern in leuchtend roten, sehr echten Tönen. Die Färbung auf Polyamidfasern ist etwas blaustichiger.

The monoazo dye obtained in this way is new and is suitable for dyeing lacquers, acetate artificial silk, polyamide and polyester fibers.
In the following example, the parts are parts by weight. <I> Example: </I> 22 parts of 1-amino-2-bromo-4-nitrobenzene are mixed in 30 parts of water and 30 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid.
