Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono azofarbstoffes, das dadurch gekennzeiehnet ist, dass man 1 Mbl diazotiertes 1-Amino- 2tbrom-4-nitrabenzol mit 1 Mol 1-(N-Oxäthyl- N-cyanäthyl)-amino-3-m-ethylbenzol kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Monoazofarbstoff ist neu und eignet sich zum Färben von Lacken, Acetatkunstseide, Polyamid- und Polyester fasern.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile.
Beispiel: 22 Teile 1-Amino-2-,brom-4-nitrobenzol werden in 30, Teilen Wasser und 30 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure angerührt und nach Zugabe von 100 Teilen Eis mit 7 Teilen Na- triumnitrit,diazotiert. Nachdem von geringen nicht gelösten Verunreinigungen filtriert wurde, vereinigt man die Diazolösung mit einem Gemisch aus 20,5 Teilen 1-(N-Oxäthyl- N-cyanäthyl)-amino-3=methylbenzol, 250 Tei len Wasser,
10 Teilen konzentrierter Salz säure und 300 Teilen Eis. Nach einiger Zeit wird der ausgefallene Farbstoff abfiltriert, säurefrei gewaschen und getrocknet.
Der neue Monoazofarbstoff färbt Acetat- kunstseide und Polyesterfasern rein blau stichig rot mit hervorragender Licht,, Wasch-, Gas Fume- und Sublimierechtheit. Die Fär bung auf Polyamidfasern ist weinrot.
Process for the preparation of a monoazo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a mono azo dye, which is gekennzeiehnet that 1 Mbl of diazotized 1-amino-2-bromo-4-nitrabenzene with 1 mol of 1- (N-oxethyl-N-cyanoethyl) -amino-3 -m-ethylbenzene couples.
The monoazo dye obtained in this way is new and is suitable for dyeing lacquers, acetate rayon, polyamide and polyester fibers.
In the following example, the parts are parts by weight.
Example: 22 parts of 1-amino-2-, bromo-4-nitrobenzene are stirred in 30 parts of water and 30 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid and, after adding 100 parts of ice, diazotized with 7 parts of sodium nitrite. After a small amount of undissolved impurities has been filtered off, the diazo solution is combined with a mixture of 20.5 parts of 1- (N-oxethyl-N-cyanoethyl) -amino-3 = methylbenzene, 250 parts of water,
10 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 300 parts of ice. After a while, the precipitated dye is filtered off, washed free of acid and dried.
The new monoazo dye dyes acetate rayon and polyester fibers in a pure blue, pungent red with excellent light, fastness to washing, gas fume and sublimation. The dyeing on polyamide fibers is wine red.
