Description

  

  Verfahren     zur        Herstellung        eines        Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazo-          farbstoffes,    das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,  dass man 1     Mol        diazotiertes        1-Amino-2-brom-          4-nitrobenzol    mit 1     Mol        1-(N-Cyanäthyl-N-          oxäthyl)-        amino-3-chlorbenzol    kuppelt.  



  Der so erhaltene     Monoazofarbstoff    ist neu  und eignet sich zum Färben von Lacken,       Acetatkunstseide    und synthetischen     Polyamid-          und    Polyesterfasern.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  22 Teile     1-Amino-2-brom-4-nitrobenzol    wer  den in 30 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure und  30 Teilen Wasser angerührt. Nach Zusatz von  100 Teilen Eis wird die Suspension mit 7 Tei  len     Natriumnitrit    versetzt. Man tropft die       Diazolösung    bei 0-5  in eine Emulsion von  23 Teilen 1-(N-Cyanäthyl-N-oxäthyl)-amino-         3-chlorbenzol    in 250 Teilen Wasser, 10 Teilen  konzentrierter Salzsäure     und    300 Teilen Eis.  Nach beendigter Kupplung wird der gebil  dete Farbstoff     abfiltriert,    säurefrei gewaschen  und getrocknet.  



  Der neue Farbstoff färbt     Acetatkunstseide     leuchtend scharlachrot mit sehr guter     Licht-          und    hervorragender Wasch-, Sublimier- und  Gas     fume-Echtheit.

After adding 100 parts of ice, 7 parts of sodium nitrite are added to the suspension. The diazo solution is added dropwise at 0-5 into an emulsion of 23 parts of 1- (N-cyanoethyl-N-oxethyl) -amino-3-chlorobenzene in 250 parts of water, 10 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 300 parts of ice. After the coupling has ended, the dyestuff formed is filtered off, washed free of acid and dried.



  The new dye dyes acetate rayon bright scarlet red with very good light fastness and excellent fastness to washing, sublimation and gas fume.

PATENTANSPRUCH Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol diazotiertes 1-Amino-2-brom-4-nitroben- zol mit 1 Mol 1-(N-Cyanäthyl-N-oxäthyl)- amino-3-chlorbenzol kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff färbt Acetatkunstseide leuchtend scharlachrot mit sehr guter Licht- und hervorragender Wasch-, Sublimier- und Gas fume-Echtheit.
