Kitchen appliance. The invention relates. Look at a Kihengerä.t with a drive motor and transmission gear housed in one handle for one of several optionally to be coupled work equipment.
In the known% devices of this type, the Klotor is arranged coaxially to the work equipment. The motor housing serving as a handle has a large diameter and considerable weight because of the spur gear. As a result, the device is uncomfortable to hold. and troublesome to handle. It is not possible to work with the wrist, but because of the clasping of the motor housing and the weight of the entire device, the forearm must be moved in its entirety.
The observation of the state of the mass being processed is immensely hindered by all of these 'circumstances. In the household as well as in medium-sized confectionery businesses, there was therefore a need for a more manageable, lighter device that would allow the use of manual labor benefits.
The present invention enables this need to be met.
The kitchen appliance according to the present invention is characterized in that the axis of the drive motor with. the geometric. Axis of the output stub of the transmission includes an obtuse angle in the projection onto a plane parallel to the axes, expediently, the transmission gear provided between the shaft of the drive motor and the output stub consists of a worm gear housed in a shoulder of the handle with a worm sitting on the shaft of the drive motor and a worm wheel sitting on the output stub of the gear.
Such an arrangement of the shaft of the drive motor with respect to the output stub of the kitchen appliance and such a transmission gear make it possible to make the kitchen appliance easy and handy, so that if it is provided with an appropriate working device, for stirring, whipping or the like is used, operated from the wrist and can be manipulated at will and as needed with full utilization of the space in the container containing the hate to be processed, the processed mass being visible at every stage of the work.
If the kitchen appliance is to be used to drive a food processor, a grinder, a grater, a cutting machine or the like, a coupling part that can be plugged on on both sides is expediently provided, which is on the one hand on the drive stub of the kitchen appliance and on the other hand on the drive stub of the respective Küehenm, aschine is attached. A fold-out support is advantageously provided on the handle of the kitchen appliance, by means of which the handle can be supported in a manner that is secured against rotation.
The handle can also be provided with means which make it possible union to attach it to a container for the mass to be processed by the kitchen appliance.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment. Fig.1 is a partially geschnit th view, Fig. 2 is a view of the coupling piece.
In a handle 1 of such a size and shape that it can be fully or partially encompassed by hand or at least securely gripped, the electric motor 2 is housed, which, like the gearbox, conveniently has ball bearings, easily accessible and replaceable is.
The housing of the motor forming the handle 1 has. at the rear end with a pluggable or unscrewable cap 3. the connection cable 4, possibly also a switch, at the other end. a hollow extension 5, in which the transmission gear is housed, through which the high speed of the motor is reduced to the speed of the machine in question. This approach is 5. Open on the underside to insert, check and replace the gearbox. to be able to.
A latching cover 7 fastened with visual screws 6 closes this opening and at the same time serves in the present case. Embodiment as a neck bearing 8 for the output shaft 9 of the transmission.
In the projection onto a plane parallel to both shafts (the plane of the sheet in FIG. 1), the geometric axes of the Wehers 9 and 10 enclose an obtuse angle α.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the transmission gear consists of a worm 11 wedged onto the motor shaft 10 and the worm wheel 12.
At the top, the shaft 9 of this worm wheel 12 is mounted in the head bearing 13. The stub 14 of the shaft 9 protrudes from your housing 1 and is provided in the present case, for example, with a lateral pin 15, which interacts like a bayonet lock with the angle slot 16 in the collar 17 on the tool 18. Instead of the stub 14 could the pin sit on the inside of the collar 17, in which case the angle slot 1-6 in the stub would be 1.1.
Tight fit of the two parts to be connected could be guaranteed by the conical design of the stub on the one hand, the cavity of the federal government on the other hand. Instead of the bayonet connection, any other connection that can be quickly and fully pulled out and detached and that is safe to pull in the direction of rotation could be selected. Such connections are known to work equipment in such attachable kitchen. You can connect such large whisks, whisks, lisehilügel and the like to the handle motor.
In order to be able to use the handle motor also in cows and household machines, such as coffee grinders, crumb grinders, poppy seed or sugar mills, vegetable cutting machines, beef meat machines, etc. (Fig. 2) provided that on one side a coupling. @ For attaching to the drive shaft end 14 of the hand criff motor 1, 2,
on the other hand has a fitting cavity 20 which corresponds to the shape of the shaft end of the machine to be driven. Is. the shaft end of the kitchen or household machine that is otherwise intended for plugging the crank handle is a square. Then the fitting space 20 must also be such, if it is a triangle, then also a triangle, etc. Tight fit can also be achieved here due to a slight conicity the fitting space 20 or by a clamping screw on the coupling piece 19 achieved. will.
You could add a set of such coupling pieces, the fitting spaces 20 of which correspond to all commercially available shaft end shapes of common cow machines.
There are only a few typical shapes and sizes, but you could also use a universal coupling piece, which has a fitting space corresponding to the largest shaft end cross-section, therein a flat or angled contact surface and opposite it a flat contact plate with pressure to the shaft end by means of a clamping screw.
About the torque. To let the motor act on the working shaft of such small machines, the handle motor must be prevented from doing so; to drive with the shaft or to rotate it if it has work resistance. For this purpose, a stop is provided on the handle motor, which supports against a housing or frame part of the machine when the motor is used.
This stop can for example (Fig.1) consist of an inside or on the side edges with projections ver provided rail-shaped part 21, which can be folded out like a blade of a pocket knife or a 'pocket tool from the wall of the housing 1 if necessary. This stop is. here only for the sake of clarity on the underside of (housing 1 drawn. It will have to be arranged where it is most expedient according to practical needs. It can also have a different shape than the one shown.
The diameter and length of the handle E motor allow considerable variation and combination. You can accordingly measure the power of the motor within considerable union limits as required or provide different sizes or other types of the device described.
