Process for the mechanical connection of a waterproof cement mortar plaster with the masonry. It is known to seal the wall with waterproof layers of plaster if the water breakthroughs occur subsequently through the walls of buildings. However, the plastering methods used up to now have the disadvantage that they do not allow the plaster layer to bond sufficiently closely to the masonry, which means that the plaster layer is relatively easily removed from the masonry by the water pressure to be used becomes.
The present invention relates to a method for the mechanical connection of a waterproof cement mortar plaster with the masonry, by means of which the above-mentioned deficiencies are eliminated.
According to the invention, this method is characterized in that in the masonry in different angular directions Ver depressions with a length greater than their clear width., Are made, whereupon the plaster is applied to the masonry in such a way that the depressions from the plaster mass be filled in and this layer with anchoring pin for the plaster. the masonry forms.
In the accompanying drawing is. a connection of the cement mortar plaster with the masonry is shown according to an exemplary embodiment of the method according to the invention. It shows: FIG. 1 a plan view of a sealed wall piece and FIG. 2 a section through the same along the line A-B in FIG.
In a masonry to be sealed 1 recesses 2 have been made by means of a chisel, a drill or some other suitable tool, the lengths of which ge in the masonry are greater than their clear width. The direction of the longitudinal axes of these recesses 2 run spatially ver differently such that the longitudinal axis of each recess 2 forms an acute angle with the surface of the masonry 1.
The waterproof cement mortar plaster 3 is then applied to the masonry, possibly in several layers, in such a way that the recesses 2 are filled with the plaster mass. In this way, the plaster mass located in each of the depressions 2 forms an anchoring pin 4 after it has solidified, which physically form a unit with the waterproof cement mortar layer 3 applied to the masonry 1 after solidification and according to their different directions Prevent the plaster from falling off the masonry.
To the mechanical connection of the waterproof cement mortar plaster 3 with. To increase the masonry 1, as shown in the case of some of the depressions 2, after the plastering compound has been brushed into the depressions in the latter, reinforcing wires 5 bent in the shape of a hairpin can be inserted with their arched ends, whereupon the Selienkelenden protruding from the depressions be bent so that they run parallel to the surface of the masonry 1.
The plaster layer is then applied to the masonry 1 so that the free legs of the reinforcement wires 5, embedded in the plaster compound, run in the plaster layer.
As tests have shown, a plaster layer connected to the masonry 1 according to the method described, the number of anchoring pins -1 of which is the size of the maximum occurring water pressure - # vurde, can practically no longer be pressed off the masonry. Riss formation can also practically no longer occur through the use of the reinforcement described.
