Description
Wall block made of reinforced concrete In the manufacture of kinked or walls with any curvature, especially vertical or horizontal shafts, Pipe ducts, district heating systems, cable ducts and the like, which are not always the same Have cross-section, but have different changes in cross-section, one has always found it very uncomfortable to have a relatively large one Number of building blocks of different shapes in stock. and keep this in exactly had to feed a certain number of the construction site. The lack of a single building block Certain design, for example a corner stone or the like., The production could delay the construction unduly, which resulted in not inconsiderable operating costs. These disadvantages are already encountered in a variety of ways through the manufacture of building blocks tries to eliminate certain shape, whereby these shaped stones should be suitable, to produce flat walls or walls of any curvature. Such a well-known one Building block consists, for example, of a flat, level part, which is attached to a Front side a convex and on the other front side a corresponding concave Has longitudinal groove. This construction has the disadvantage that during the performance -of walls of various curvatures, the semicircular ones intended for iron reinforcement Recesses at the ends of the stones had to change their position and at the same time also the horizontal grooves on the top. Also is the attachment the necessary horizontal anchor iron certain curvature annoying because these are usually not installed by the bricklayers, but by other skilled workers and thus the masonry work is interrupted during the activity of these workers had to be, which also caused loss of time and expense. Also can the stone shapes mentioned can only be used with very limited changes in angle, and here, too, one is forced to use different radii of curvature for different radiuses of curvature To keep molded bricks in stock. There are still building blocks known, which thickened from a level, flat part and a one-sided attached Part with open or closed cavities for the introduction of the vertical reinforcement were provided. However, such walls are suitable due to the lack of a tensile strength Connection of the plate-shaped parts to one another and to the neighboring building block only for lightly used opencast mines. Although it has already become known, flat, panel-shaped components by making vertical or horizontal holes, in which rebars are introduced and poured with concrete, mutually to anchor, however, can with these blocks only have flat walls be made, because with curved walls the horizontal anchoring, which your building has to be adapted to the construction site, always causes difficulties. It should be mentioned that for special purposes, namely for the production of concrete piles, a component is used, which consists of a flat, plate-shaped Part exists, at both ends of which there is a symmetrical to its central axis, thickened hollow cylinder is attached. Closed walls can be used with such Do not list building blocks, only those with a checkerboard appearance. The performance of closed walls with different curvatures would indeed be a Another known embodiment of a module with the same at both ends attached hollow cylinders, as these only have half the height of the stone. But since the axis of this hollow cylinder is not in the axis of symmetry of the plate-shaped Partly lies, but to the side. of the stone, vertical, lateral ones are formed Bulges, so that the listed wall has a different appearance on both sides. Since the plate-shaped parts also have stops on the smooth side of the wall, which limit the angular position in this direction or even make it impossible, Curved structures can only be used in certain, prescribed limits are run for each stone shape, and it is here too required to keep several different stone shapes in stock. Despite the many known embodiments of blocks therefore there is a need for one Special shape that allows it to be flat, bent or in any direction curved, reinforced walls using only a single stone shape and one to produce simple reinforcement, unchanged. Such a stone shape will be created by the invention.
According to the invention, the new building block consists of a flat, plate-shaped one Part that is on one end face with a symmetrical to the central axis of the plate-shaped Partly lying thickening is provided in the form of a vertical hollow cylinder, wherein the other end face of the plate-shaped part has a vertical longitudinal groove, whose radius of curvature corresponds to the radius of curvature of the cylindrical part. Parallel to the bore of the hollow cylinder are two or in the plate-shaped part more vertical perforations are made, all of which are designed to accommodate vertical ones Reinforcing bars are used. Can be used to run tunnels or vertical shafts the plate-shaped part is also curved about the axis parallel to the through-bores are executed. However, this is not absolutely necessary, as one does not too large a choice of stone size, such structures with curved walls can also produce with stones that have a flat, plate-shaped part. The advantage of the construction with the new stone is in particular that for the execution of flat or any kinked or curved walls only straight rebars are required that are perpendicular in going through all the stone layers inserted through holes of the hollow cylinder or the plate-shaped part and poured with concrete. There are no special horizontal anchors here required because the concrete blocks themselves are provided with iron inserts and therefore Can absorb tensile stresses.
The new module and its use is shown in the accompanying drawing illustrated in exemplary embodiments, namely shows: Fig. i the side view a wall made with the new building block, Fig. 2 the top view of the wall according to Fig. i, Fig.3 a plan view of a wall module with a cylindrical Curvature of the plate-shaped part, Fig. Q. the top view of a keystone for use with walls according to fig. i and 2 with a hollow cylinder on each of them End up.
As can be seen, the new wall module consists of a flat part a and a laterally attached symmetrical to its central axis, thickened cylindrical hollow body b (eyelet). The other end g of the plate-shaped Part a has a groove whose radius of curvature is adapted to that of the hollow cylinder b is. The plate-shaped part a also has vertical through holes d, which the through hole of the cylindrical hollow body b are directed parallel.
As Fig. I shows, the new building block is used in such a way that the joints of the layers of stone lying one above the other are offset, while the cylindrical parts b are perpendicular to one another. The plate-shaped parts a are accordingly directed alternately to the right and left, with the through-bores d of the plate-shaped parts also being superimposed vertically. The reinforcement bars e for the hollow cylinders or f for the bores of the plate-shaped parts a are inserted vertically in the simplest way when the wall is installed and the bores are then filled with concrete, cement and the like. The plate-shaped parts a then have a stiffening against one another, while the joint-like parts c allow any angular position of the plate-shaped parts a with respect to one another, as especially Fig. 2 shows.
Fig. 3 shows the same building block only with a curvature of the plate-shaped part in one of the two main dimensions. These stones serve for the production of special structures, namely horizontal or vertical shafts.
The one shown in Fig.q. The keystone shown serves to complete the stone layers at the ends of the listed wall. It is then used when the at this Place the building block to be used with its cylindrical part, the first joint of the Wall would form.
