Hohlformstein zur Herstellung von Stahlbetonträgern für
Fertigteildecken

Hollow block for the production of reinforced concrete beams for
Precast ceilings
The invention relates to a hollow block made of fired clay, concrete, plastic or the like, with an essentially inverted T-shaped cross-section open at the top for the production of reinforced concrete girders with slack or prestressed reinforcement, characterized in that one of the two is asymmetrically arranged Webs adjoining the crossbeam has a crank against the other web and i in the crossbeam receiving the load-bearing reinforcement striking walls for possible widening of the
Armierungsraumes are arranged. Furthermore, the hollow molded stones are lined up with alternating asymmetry, with the concrete introduced into the filling opening, which is of the same width throughout, causing a toothing in both directions in the area of the cranks.
The training is to be explained in more detail with the aid of the drawing, which shows the shaped stone in structural sequence. On the molded stone Fig. 1, on the lower part of the pocket-shaped cavity 1, striking walls 3 are arranged laterally provided with chopping grooves 6, which close off the cavities 2 present in the transverse beam and, if necessary, after removing the striking walls 3, the pocket-shaped cavity 1 As can be seen in FIG. 2, it is widened in the form of a trough and thus a double reinforcement 10 lying next to one another can be laid. Adjacent to the transverse bar, the two webs in an asymmetrical arrangement form an offset, the web 4a remaining unchanged, but the opposite web 5a having an inward offset.
When the shaped bricks are lined up in an asymmetrical sequence 7 and 8, each is rotated by 1800, so that a straight web 4a alternates with the cranked web 5b and, conversely, the cranked web 5a comes to rest with the straight web 4b, which means that only one Form block a double internal and external toothing is achieved with the grouting concrete. The filling opening 12 itself remains unchanged and therefore enables the pouring concrete 9 to be filled in unhindered and also the laying of the reinforcements
10 and 11.
When using this shaped block for the production of reinforced concrete girders, the asymmetrical arrangement of the webs according to the invention, with only one block, achieves a double-sided interlocking of the filler concrete with the shaped block, which again causes further stiffening of the supporting beams made, with a lower level at the same time Deflection of the same occurs. The respective placement of the supporting beams when laying the ceiling can therefore be carried out with a far greater spacing. Furthermore, the external toothing of the webs, which acts on both sides, creates a homogeneous connection with the in-situ concrete of the ceiling. The possibility of expanding the reinforcement space by removing the impact walls allows all types of reinforcement to be laid.
