Cigarette. L'invention a pour objet une cigarette comprenant un corps de tabac enrobé dans une mince enveloppe en un produit autre que du tabac, par exemple en papier de soie, comme la cigarette de fabrication courante.
La cigarette selon l'invention est caracté risée en ce que ledit corps de tabac est cons titué en partie par du tabac en coupe fine et en partie par au moins un fragment la melliforme de feuille de tabac, fragment qui est inséré dans la partie en tabac de coupe fine.
Ce fragment lamelliforme peut affecter la forme d'une lamelle, d'une bandelette ou d'une lanière étroite; il peut être lisse, plissé, ondulé ou roulé, et sera disposé clé pré férence suivant l'axe de la cigarette en s'étendant d'un bout<B>à</B> l'autre de celle-ci.
Cet élément additionnel central du corps de la cigarette pourra être fabriqué en n'im porte quelle feuille de tabac, mais de préfé rence en un tabac de qualité, aromatisé ou non, par exemple du tabac :d'Orient, et de qualité supérieure<B>à</B> celle du tabac de coupe iine dans lequel cet élément est enrobé.
L'invention a pour but de créer,<B>à</B> un prix modique, une cigarette améliorée au r)oint de vue tirage, combustibilité et arôme.
Le dessin annexé montre,<B>à</B> titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in- %,ention.
La fig. <B>1</B> en est une vue en élévation de face, -une partie de la cigarette constituant cette forme d'exécution étant représentée en coupe.
La fig. 2 représente une coupe suivant la ligne II-II de la fig. <B>1,</B> tandis que la fig. <B>3</B> est une coupe diamétrale de cette cigarette.
Le corps de la cigarette représentée est constitué en majeure partie par un bourrage de tabac 4 de coupe fine, enrobé dans une enveloppe de papier de soie<B>5.</B> Dans ce bour rage 4 est insérée une lamelle de feuille de tabac<B>6</B> disposée diamétralement et d'un bout utre de la cigarette. Cet élément<B>6</B> est <B>à '</B> l'a venu d'un tabac -de qualité supérieure com parativement<B>à</B> celle du tabac de coupe fine formant le bourrage 4. La largeur de P616- ment lamelliforme sera inférieure au dia mètre de la cigarette, de sorte qu'il est entièrement enrobé -dans le corps de cette dernière sauf, éventuellement, aux deux bouts; il pourrait être inséré sous une forme plane, ondulée, roulée ou déformé autrement.
En outre, on pourrait concevoir une forme d'exécution qui comprendrait deux ou plusieurs fragments lamelliformes clé feuille de tabac, comme décrits ci-dessus, tous enro bés dans le corps de tabac de coupe fine et disposés bout<B>à</B> bout.

The body of the cigarette shown consists mainly of a fine-cut tobacco stuffing 4, wrapped in an envelope of tissue paper <B> 5. </B> In this stuffing 4 is inserted a strip of tobacco leaf. tobacco <B> 6 </B> arranged diametrically and one end of the cigarette. This <B> 6 </B> element is <B> to '</B> it came from tobacco - of superior quality compared to <B> </B> that of fine cut tobacco forming the stuffing 4. The width of the lamelliform element will be less than the diameter of the cigarette, so that it is fully coated in the body of the latter except, possibly, at both ends; it could be inserted in a flat, wavy, rolled or otherwise deformed shape.
Further, one could conceive of an embodiment which would include two or more lamelliform tobacco leaf fragments, as described above, all coated in the fine cut tobacco body and disposed end <B> to </ B > end.
