Device for attaching perforated film strips to a spool core. In a known device for fastening perforated film tapes to a pulenlern, the film tapes being fastened, for example, to the '#', pulenl or brackets by means of clips, springs or brackets:
-, there was often the disadvantage that the spool could be turned in one direction without exposing the film to a strong knee bending from its extended position and thus the risk of damage or tearing.
I) the present invention aims. To eliminate this 1 "nzulängliehkeit and relates to a device for attaching perforated film tapes to a spool core, characterized by a suspension device on the spool core (1), which is arranged and designed so that the attached film tape end (3) is bent only inn an acute angle when turning the spool regardless of the direction of rotation.
This attachment device for the spool core is particularly suitable for development boxes in which the film is alternately unwound in different directions of rotation.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a view of the coil core with the suspension device and the perforated film tape to be suspended in this. Fig. 2 shows. a cross section of the coil core along the line I-1 of Figure 1 when inserting the film tape.
3 shows the same cross-section after hanging the film and rotating the spool clockwise.
Fig. 4 shows the same cross-section after hanging the film, but after turning the spool counterclockwise.
The coil core 1 has a cylindrical, its outer surface penetrating Ausspa tion lcc, in which a slit hollow cylindrical insert body 2 is embedded. The water consists, for example, of a tall sheet metal cylinder, the part of which is located in the outer surface of the coil core is cut out so that the remaining edge parts form two tongues 2a and 2b, which are placed on the inner surface of the hollow cylindrical insert part 2 in such a way that they with this form an introduction channel for the free end 3b of the perforated film strip 3.
The tongues 2a, 2b have a smaller width than the film perforations 3a, so that the film after insertion between the tongues 2a, 2b and the inner surface of the A set 2, according to Figure 2, and after pulling back with its perforation 3a in the tongues 2a, 2b can be attached. This type of film attachment to the spool core has the advantage that the film end 3b initially remains movable to both sides within the cylindrical insert part ″.
If the spool core 1 is now rotated clockwise according to FIG. 3 or in a direction opposite to this according to FIG. -1, the free end of the film 3b can move so far in both directions that the film strip 3 is in contact with the spool core 1 only experiences a relatively weak bend when turning the coil.,
that means only nm an acute angle is bent out of the extended position.
