Description
Anlage zur Reinigung von Teppichen und schweren Geweben. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Anlage zur Reinigung von Teppichen und schweren Geweben, welche ermöglichen soll, diese mittels Pressluft automatisch von sämtlichen Schmutzteilchen und Parasiten zu befreien.
Bisher war es üblich,-Teppiche und schwere Gewebe zu klopfen oder mit dem Staubsauger zu behandeln. Beim Klopfen leidet die Faser, und beim Staubsaugen ist die Reinigung un genügend. Das als beste Reinigungsart geübte Durchblasen mittels Pressluft erfolgte manuell durch Hin- und Herbewegen einer Blasdüse. Diese Arbeit erfordert grossen Zeitaufwand und ermangelt der Gleichmässigkeit.
Mit der Anlage gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung sollen diese Nachteile behoben wer den. Die Anlage ist gekennzeichnet durch Vor richtungen zur Durch- und Beblasung der Teppiche bzw. Gewebe während deren zwang läufigen Transportes über eine Hohlkante, in und ausser welcher sich Pressluftdüsen gleich zeitig in Längsrichtung der Hohlkante hin und her bewegen.
In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise sche matisch eine Anlage nach der Erfindung und ein zu reinigender Teppich im Querschnitt dargestellt. Der Teppich T bewegt sich auto matisch mittels eines bekannten und deshalb nicht dargestellten Transportapparates über die Hohlkante K, wobei sich beim ganten der Flor nach aussen öffnet. In der gante K be wegen sich in deren Längsrichtung Pressluft düsen Dl und durchblasen den Teppich T von dessen Unterseite her.
Ausserhalb der Kante K bewegen sich in gleicher Richtung gleichzeitig Pressluftdüsen D2 und beblasen die Oberseite des Teppichs T gegen dessen Laufrichtung.' Die Mittel ziun Bewegen der Presslüftdüsen sind bekannter Art und nicht dargestellt. Der Pressluft kann ein Desinfektionsmittel bei gemischt sein.

With the system according to the present invention, these disadvantages are to be eliminated. The system is characterized by devices for blowing through and blowing the carpets or fabrics during their inevitable transport over a hollow edge, in and outside of which compressed air nozzles move back and forth at the same time in the longitudinal direction of the hollow edge.
In the drawing, for example, a system according to the invention and a carpet to be cleaned are shown in cross section. The carpet T moves automatically by means of a known and therefore not shown transport device over the hollow edge K, the pile opening to the outside with the ganten. In the Gante K be because compressed air jets Dl in their longitudinal direction and blow through the carpet T from its underside.
