Description

  

  Fiche d'articulation pour portes, fenêtres et éléments analogues.    La présente invention a pour objet une  fiche d'articulation pour portes, fenêtres et  éléments analogues, du type comprenant un  corps cylindrique muni d'une ailette destinée  à être insérée dans une entaille ménagée dans  l'élément.  



  Cette fiche d'articulation est caractérisée  en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de fixation       réglables    agencés de telle manière que l'on       puisse    faire glisser ladite ailette dans son  entaille pour régler à volonté la position de la  fiche par rapport à l'élément.  



  L'avantage de la fiche d'articulation selon  l'invention est. de permettre d'ajuster exacte  ment l'élément dans son cadre sans qu'il soit.       nécessaire    d'enlever de la matière, par exem  ple par rabotage des parties butant les unes  contre les autres.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la fiche       d'articulation    selon l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est. une vue en élévation de cette  forme d'exécution appliquée à une fenêtre.  La     fig.    2 est une vue en élévation, à. plus       grande    échelle, de la fiche seule, et  la     fig.    3 est. une coupe par la ligne     III-III     de la     fig.    2 avec une partie de la fenêtre et de       son    cadre.  



  La fiche d'articulation, représentée d'une  façon générale en 1 à la     fig.    1, sert à soutenir  le     châssis    2 d'une fenêtre sur des gonds 3 soli  daires du cadre de fenêtre 4.    Cette fiche comprend un corps cylindrique  5 muni d'une ailette 5' destinée à être insérée  dans une entaille 6 fraisée dans le châssis 2,  comme représenté en pointillés à la     fig.    1.  L'ailette 5' présente, dans sa partie médiane,  une découpure 7 pour le passage d'une douille  8 filetée extérieurement et. intérieurement. La  mise en place de cette douille 8 s'effectue à  l'aide d'un tournevis engagé dans des fentes 9  prévues à cet. effet. dans une extrémité de la  douille, l'autre extrémité étant conique.

   Des  entailles longitudinales 10 en     V    sont prati  quées dans le filet extérieur de la douille 8  et ont pour but .de recevoir des copeaux de la  matière dans laquelle ladite douille est, vissée,  par exemple du bois.  



  Une vis 11, dont l'axe est situé dans le plan  de l'ailette 5', traverse le corps cylindrique 5  avec la. tige 12 qu'il contient et dont l'extré  mité inférieure 12' sert de butée au gond 3.  Cette vis 11 comprend une partie cylindrique  13 présentant une gorge 1.4 avec laquelle  coopèrent deux chevilles 15 pour retenir la     vis     11 dans le corps cylindrique 5.  



  Pour monter la fiche d'articulation dé  crite, on     visse    en premier lieu la douille 8  dans un trou préparé à l'avance, puis on visse  la. vis 11 dans la douille 8, les ailettes 5' glissant  dans l'entaille 6. Les     fig.    2 et 3 mondent la.  position dans laquelle la vis 11 est vissée à.  fond dans la     douille    8. Si, lors du montage de  la fenêtre, .le     châssis    2 ne ferme pas sur un  de ses côtés, il est     possible    d'agir sur les vis  11 pour régler la position de la fiche par rap-      port audit châssis 2 jusqu'à ce que celui-ci       vienne    dans sa position exacte de fermeture  sans avoir à raboter le côté gênant.  



  Bien que l'on ait décrit une fiche d'articu  lation destinée à une fenêtre, il va de soi que  l'on pourrait l'appliquer à n'importe quel  autre élément de fermeture.

  The articulation plug, generally shown at 1 in FIG. 1, is used to support the frame 2 of a window on hinges 3 integral with the window frame 4. This plug comprises a cylindrical body 5 provided with a fin 5 'intended to be inserted into a notch 6 milled in the frame 2, as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 1. The fin 5 'has, in its middle part, a cutout 7 for the passage of a sleeve 8 and externally threaded. internally.    Longitudinal V-shaped notches 10 are made in the external thread of the sleeve 8 and are intended to receive chips of the material in which said sleeve is screwed, for example wood.



  A screw 11, the axis of which is located in the plane of the fin 5 ', passes through the cylindrical body 5 with the. rod 12 which it contains and the lower end 12 'of which serves as a stop for the hinge 3. This screw 11 comprises a cylindrical part 13 having a groove 1.4 with which two dowels 15 cooperate to retain the screw 11 in the cylindrical body 5 .



  To assemble the articulation plug described, we first screw the sleeve 8 into a hole prepared in advance, then we screw it. screw 11 in the sleeve 8, the fins 5 'sliding in the notch 6.
