Calendar timepiece. The subject of the invention is a calendar timepiece, for example a watch or a clock comprising a manually operated rotary indicator member, bearing the dates of the months and cooperating with a fixed window, such that the any of said dates (digits) can be brought opposite said window to make it apparent, that is to say visible to the observer.
The invention is intended to be produced more particularly, but not exclusively, in the form of a wristwatch or other small-format timepiece, the small dimensions of which prevent the adaptation of a complicated mechanism with an automatic calendar or perpetual.
According to the invention, the timepiece is characterized in that said aperture is housed in a fixed false bezel mounted on the middle part of the case, concentrically with the dial, the rotary indicator member, of annular shape, being disposed under said false bezel in an adjustment of the caseband and comprising a part accessible from the outside and making it possible to rotate this rotary member.
The accompanying drawing shows, at. As an example, two embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view thereof of a first embodiment.
Fig. 2 shows a partial section on a larger scale. Fig. 3 shows in partial section la: second embodiment.
In fig. 1 and 2, there is a wristwatch whose round case comprises a caseband 4, a back 5 fixed on a notch of the caseband, and a protective glass 6 placed in a notch of said caseband, which constitutes a caseband -glasses.
In this round case is fitted a watch movement 7, by means of an enlarging casing circle 8, elastic. ment deformable at its base resting against the inner face of the bottom, and using the ca dran 7 'placed on the movement.
In a wide flat edge (counter-beat) of the middle part 4 is formed a circular groove 9, in which is adjusted and can turn an annular indicator member 10 bearing on its outer face, at 12, the date digits of the month, that is, the digits from one to thirty-one. This rotary member is arranged under a false bezel 13 which holds it, which false bezel is fixed to the middle part 4 by a notch adjustment 14 and has a window 15, closed by a protective glass 16. By rotating the member indicator 10, any of the dates can be brought opposite window 15, so that this number appears in the window and is visible to an observer.
The indicator member 10 has an outer rim 10 ', preferably crenellated, allowing this member to be easily rotated from the outside by hand.
However, this ledge, could be located at. inside the rotary indicator member, as shown in. second embodiment (fig. 3). For this purpose, the. false bezel 7.3 'is attached to a notch 18 located at the edge of caseband 4. This bezel is provided with a window 15' closed by a protective glass 16 '; it maintains the rotary indicator member 19, the crenellated projecting rim 19 'of which is accessible from the side of the watch dial and allows the rotary member 19 to be turned by hand adjusted in a clearance from the flat edge of the caseband 4 , polo 'bring the corresponding date number located in 1.2 opposite window 15'.
The rotating indicator member can. be mounted, with greasy friction, in the circular fit of the caseband; when it is freely adjusted therein, means could be provided capable of securing it in its position, each time a date number occupies the window, for example a jumper spring cooperating with a toothed member (star), or else a ball, sphernile, a tigeron, etc., cooperating with alveoli.
