Mixing device for free-flowing goods stored in storage containers, in particular grain and flour.
The goods stored in large storage containers, such as grain or flour, are usually made up of different types and must therefore be mixed before further processing.
The present invention relates to a mixing device for free-flowing goods stored in storage leaves, in particular grain and flour, and this is characterized by the fact that each container base has removal openings at a distance from one another, and the means for withdrawal the container contents and for mixing the material removed from the container.
On the attached drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the mixing device according to the invention are shown, namely:
1 shows a longitudinal section through the mixing device according to the first exemplary embodiment on the line I-I in FIGS
2 shows a cross section,
3 compared to FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale, the lower part of the mixing device,
Fig. @ Is a cross section along the line IV-IV through Fig. 3,
Fig. 5 shows an axial section through the control gear of the transport members for the mixed and conveyed material, according to the line VV of Fig. 6, with the one eccentric pivoted,
Fig.
6 shows a cross section through the control gear according to the line VI-VI of FIG. 5,
7 to 9 the control member of the control gear in a top view in the three different relevant positions,
10 shows a schematic vertical longitudinal section through the mixing device according to the second exemplary embodiment,
11 likewise schematically shows a top view of this and
12 shows a schematic vertical longitudinal section through the lower part of a storage container according to the third exemplary embodiment provided with the mixing device.
The mixing device shown according to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 9 has two storage containers 1 (FIG. 2) separated from one another by an intermediate wall 1 a, which have a bottom 3 provided with openings 2, under which the organ for withdrawing the container contents and for simultaneous mixing of the withdrawn goods are located, which lead the mixed goods to an opening 4 (Fig. 3) in the housing 5 of the mixing device, from where it arrives at a collecting device 6 that collects and remixes the material and from there to an elevator 7. The elevator returns the lifted goods to the storage container 1 via a distribution device 8.
In the present example, both the distribution device 8 and the collection device 6 consist of screw conveyors.
C-Above the upper floor 3 with the openings 2, wedge timbers 9 are arranged in the containers 1 over the entire length of the floor, which on the one hand partially absorb the pressure of the container contents and on the other hand the direct fall of the products onto the floor 3 of the housing 5 prevent. One strand of an endless transport and mixing chain 10, which is mounted on guide rollers 11 and 12 and the lower strand of which runs over the base 13 of the housing 5, runs above the floor 3 under each of the storage containers 1.
The transport and mixing chains 10 each consist of a link chain 10b with widely extending cross bars 10a. The chains 10 are driven by sprockets 14 and 15 (FIG. 4), which are not shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. As the chains 10 revolve, the goods are removed from the containers 1 by the cross bars 10a between the wedges 9 and fall through the openings in the bottom 3 of the container to the bottom 13 of the container 5, where it is mixed from the lower run of the chain 10 is fed to the opening 4.
While the pulleys 11 and 12 rotate loosely on fixed shafts, the chain wheels 14 and 15 each sit firmly on a hollow shaft 16 and 17, which are mounted at 18, 19, 20 and 21 (Fig. 4 and 5).
At their ends facing each other, the hollow shafts 16 and 17 are each provided with an end coupling washer 22, 23. A drive shaft 26, which is supported at 24 and in the hollow shaft 16 at 25, passes through one hollow shaft 16. A drive disk 27 is seated on this shaft 26 at the outer end (FIG. 4). On the other end of the shaft, between the clutch disks 22, 23, there is an interchangeable coupling sleeve 28, which is toothed on both end faces and corresponds to the corresponding toothing on the clutch disks 22, 23. The parts 22, 23 and 28 together form a reversing coupling.
The sleeve 28 is axially displaceable, but not rotatable on the shaft 26 by means of wedges 26a, so that it connects the drive shaft 26 either with the Seheibe 22 and thus via the IlohiwcHe 16 with the one transport and mashing chain 10 or with the Seheibe 23 and thus Couples with the other mixing and transport chain 10 via the ravines 17. The shaft 26 is continuously kept in operation at a low speed.
So the closer the sleeve 28 is coupled to one or the other coupling disk 22 or 23, good is removed from one or the other storage container. If, on the other hand, the sleeve 28 has moved into the center between the two coupling disks 22, 23, the two chains 10 stand still (idle l.
In order to mix the material from the two containers 1 together in a desired ratio, the sleeve 28 is alternately coupled to one and the other of the coupling disks 22, 23 during one rotation for the desired period of time, so that each chain 1. 0 during one Revolution of the drive shaft 26 is temporarily driven forward over the desired partial rotation.
The desired division is effected by a special control @ which will be explained below (Figs. 5 and 6).
A pivot pin 29 is mounted in a transverse bore of the drive shaft 26 and passes through the sleeve 2S with play. A cam 30 is arranged at each end of this pivot pin 9, which cams with recesses 31 of the sleeve 28 guide these so that in the position according to FIG. 7 the coupling disk 22 and in the position according to FIG. 8 the coupling disk 23 with it the drive shaft 26 is coupled while in the position of FIG. 9 there is idle.
The control of the sleeve 28 in one or the other of the positions according to FIGS. 7 to 9 takes place by means of a pin 32 which is arranged eccentrically at one end of the bolt 29 and which cooperates with adjustable eccentrics 34, 35 which are located in peripheral slots 33a of the stationary dome housing 33 can slide and be pivoted and sit on manually adjustable locking handles 36, 36a and 36b and 37, 37a and 37b.
The eccentrics 34, 35 each sit on a tension bolt 36a, 37a of the locking handles, which is displaceable but not rotatable in the grip part 36 and 37, respectively. and on them are headers 36b and w, respectively. 37b screwed, by means of which the handles on the dome housing 33 can be determined.
The eccentrics 34, 35 are angularly adjustable and lockable in this way around the axis of the shaft 26, so that the one eccentric set maximally in the movement path of the pin 32 pushes the pin 32 in one direction and the other in a different angular position on the dome housing lying eccentric pivots the pin 32 with the cam 30 in the other direction, while with the same Teilaussehlag set in the path of the pin 32 eccentrics 34, 35 of the pin 32 and the cam 30 are brought into the central position (Fig. 5). By means of the eccentrics 34, 35 any desired switching sequence of the changeover clutch can be achieved during one revolution of the drive shaft 26.
The mode of action is briefly summarized as follows:
The material falling through the openings 2 in the bottom 3 onto the bottom 13 of the housing 5 forms the lowest layer at I (Fig. 3), at II the second layer and at TII the third layer, etc., depending on the container size, etc. Good is thus alternately conveyed by the transport chains with mixing of the layers from one and then from the other container 1 to the common discharge opening @ 4. The screw of the collecting device 6 then mixes these already mixed layers with one another again during the transport to the elevator 7.
The device described makes it possible that material can be removed from one and the other storage container almost uniformly over its entire surface in a predeterminable manner and in a proportional distribution, thereby achieving the desired mix.
The mixing device according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 10 and 11 has a storage container 1, which is only partially shown, which contains, for example, different types of grain or flour and whose base 3 ′ has openings 2 ′ arranged at regular intervals, above which wedge timbers are spaced apart 9 'are arranged. In the example shown, three endless mixing and transport chains 39, which are equipped with drivers in the form of cross bars 40, are guided over the chain wheels 38. As can be seen from FIG. 11, the cross bars 40 of the aforementioned misell and transport chains are arranged offset to one another.
The three mixing and transport chains 39 shown are equipped with a different number of transverse rods 40, as can be seen from FIG. 11 of the drawing.
All of the mixing and transport chains 39 run at the same speed in the exemplary embodiment shown, with the result that correspondingly more goods are removed from the container in the sector that is covered by more carriers than the other sectors per time unit. The material removed from the container in the manner described and mixed is expediently conveyed to further conveying organs, for example conveyor tendons, through which it is transported further, be it into a collecting container or into a filling device.
The mixing device according to the last-described embodiment has the advantage of simplicity, it enables the removal and mixing of small-grained or powdery material with reliable, simple means.
In the mixing device according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 12, 1 denotes the storage container, which has a base 3 ″, the latter being anchored with its two edges running parallel to the plane of the drawing on the side walls of the container 1. Between the two, perpendicular to the plane of the drawing Standing edges of the bottom 3 ″ and the adjoining walls of the container are left open with narrow seated braids 41 and 42, through which a chain 43, serving as an aling and conveying element, passes, which runs from a first pulley 44 over the top of the container base 3 ″, a second pulley 45 and runs back to the first pulley.
The two pulleys 44 and 45 are rotatably mounted in a housing 46 adjoining the lower end of the storage container, the base 47 of which is arranged at a distance below the container base 3 ″, such that the chain 43 runs over the top of this base 47.
In the bottom 3 ″ of the storage container there are outlet openings 48 distributed at uneven intervals over the path of movement of the chain, which are slits extending across the path of movement approximately over the entire width of the base.
At the beginning and at the end of the path of movement extending over the top of the container bottom 3 ″, the outlet openings 48 are spaced at shorter distances from one another than in the middle. The chain 43 serving as the lliseh and farder organs is designed such that the The goods captured by it fall through the openings 48 onto the second base 47, whereby to prevent the goods from trickling out directly through the outlet openings, the same elements 49 are covered, which are located directly around the chain 43 and parallel to the plane of the drawing standing walls of the container are attached.
These elements 49 are wedge-shaped. A special, wedge-shaped element 50 is arranged above the seat seat 41 on the inside of the relevant container wall and prevents the goods from trickling out directly through this slot. The chain 43 is provided with bars, not shown in the drawing, standing transversely to the direction of movement, which serve as drivers for the goods and whose area extends transversely to the movement path of the chain approximately as far as the outlet openings 40.
The second base 47 has only a single passage opening 51 arranged at the end of the chain's path of movement leading over it, below which a further conveying device (not shown), for example a screw conveyor or the like, begins.
At least one of the pulleys 44 and -La is operatively connected to a drive motor, not shown, which drives the chain 43 in the direction of the arrow P.
The free-flowing material in the storage container 1, for example grain or flour, sinks under the influence of its own weight on the chain 43 and the bottom layer of the material is carried along by it to the right in the drawing until it passes through the chain 43 The next outlet opening 48 of the base 3 falls onto the second base 47.
The goods are again grasped by the chain 43 and transported to the left in the drawing with simultaneous mixing until the same reaches the mentioned, not shown, further conveyor device through the dust outlet opening 51. The direction of movement of the goods removed from the container is in the drawing shown with arrows; It can be seen that at # he through the openings 48 of the container 3, a part of the goods also leaves the container through the slot 42 located at the end of the path of movement of the chain leading over this base.
Because of the described and illustrated arrangement and distribution of the outlet openings, a relatively greater lowering of the material on the walls of the container 1 than in the middle thereof is achieved, which is of particular advantage since the free-flowing material always has a tendency towards to flow outside.
