Vorrichtung zur Befestigung der Verschlufikappe an Tuben und dergleichen Gefällen mit SchraubversehluS.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf eine Vorrichftmg zur Befestigung der Ver schlusskappe an Tuben und dergleichen Gefässen mit Schraubverschlnss, bei denen die Verschlusskappe auf einen Gewindestutzen des (gefässes aufsehraubbar ist.
Zweck der Vorriehtung gemäss der Erfindung ist, eine derartige Verbindung zwischen Verschlusskappe und Gefäss zu schaffen, dass das Auf- und Abschrauben der Kappe nicht behindert wird und die abgeschraubte Kappe nicht verlorengeht. Derartige Vorrichtungen sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt, aber in der Regel, insbesondere bei Tuben, zu teuer, um allgemeine Anwendung gewunden zu haben.
Gemäss der Erfindung weist die Vorrichtung eine Lasche aus elastisch biegsamem WIa- terial auf, die am einen Ende mit einer Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme der Schraubkappe und am andern Ende mit einer weiteren Ausnehmung zum Aufstecken dieses Laschenendes auf den Gewindestutzen am Gefäss versehen ist.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegcn- standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels,
Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels und
Fig. 3 eine Einzelheit in Draufsicht.
Die in Anwendung auf eine Tube 1 mit Schraubversehlusskappe 2 gezeichnete Vorrichtung weist eine Lasehe 3 (Fig. 3) auf.
Diese Lasche 3, welche baus elastisch biegsamem . NIaterial, wie Metallblech, Zelluloid, Vinylharz usw., besteht, besitzt an den beiden Enden kreisförmige Ausnehmungen 4 und 5.
Die eine dieser Ausnehmungen 4 ist von solchem Durchmesser, dass sie über den zylindrischen Teil der Schraubkappe gestützt werden kann, bis deren Rand in eine am äussern Umfang des zylindrischen Teils der Schraubkappe vorgesehene Rille 6 (Fig. 1) eintritt. Die Schraubkappe 2 kann dann zum Auf- und Abschrauben vom Gewindestutzen 7 der Tube gedreht werden, ohne von der Lasche abzufallen. Die zweite Ausnehmung 5 wird auf den Gewindestutzen 7 aufgebracht, zum Beispiel aufgeschraubt.
Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 unter scheidet sich von derjenigen nach Fig. 1 I da- durch, dass am Gewindestutzen 7, unterhalb des Gewindes an demselben, eine Rille 8 an gebraeht ist, in welcher der Rand der einen Ausnehmung der Lasche 3 drehbar gehalten ist. Die andere Ausnehmung besitzt einen Durchmesser, der kleiner ist als derjenige des zylindrischen Teils der Schraubkappe 2. Beim Eindrücken dieses Teils in die Ausnehmung wird der Rand der Lasche 3 um die Ausnehmung herum etwas aufgewölbt. Diese Auf wölbung ergibt eine Sperrwirkung gegen das Lösen der Kappe von der Lasche.

The present invention relates to a device for fastening the closure cap to tubes and similar vessels with screw closures, in which the closure cap can be screwed onto a threaded connector of the vessel.
The purpose of the device according to the invention is to create such a connection between the closure cap and the vessel that the screwing on and off of the cap is not hindered and the screwed off cap is not lost. Such devices are known in various designs, but as a rule, particularly in the case of tubes, are too expensive to have general application.
According to the invention, the device has a tab made of elastically flexible material which is provided at one end with a recess for receiving the screw cap and at the other end with a further recess for attaching this tab end to the threaded connector on the vessel.
The accompanying drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention, namely:

The device shown in application to a tube 1 with a screw closure cap 2 has a sleeve 3 (FIG. 3).
This tab 3, which is structurally elastic and flexible. NI material such as sheet metal, celluloid, vinyl resin, etc., has circular recesses 4 and 5 at both ends.
One of these recesses 4 is of such a diameter that it can be supported over the cylindrical part of the screw cap until its edge enters a groove 6 (FIG. 1) provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical part of the screw cap. The screw cap 2 can then be rotated to screw on and unscrew from the threaded connector 7 of the tube without falling off the tab. The second recess 5 is applied to the threaded connector 7, for example screwed.
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 11 in that a groove 8 is brewed on the threaded connector 7, below the thread on the same, in which the edge of the one recess of the tab 3 is rotatably held is. The other recess has a diameter which is smaller than that of the cylindrical part of the screw cap 2. When this part is pressed into the recess, the edge of the tab 3 is slightly arched around the recess. This bulge results in a locking effect against the detachment of the cap from the tab.
