Doors, especially for elevators. The door according to the invention is characterized in that the hinges are arranged behind the front of the door frame and in its axis of rotation a torsion bar influencing the door leaf in the closing direction, the whole thing in such a way that when the door leaf is closed, neither the hinges nor the gate sion bar from the front of the Doors are visible.
As a result, any aesthetically or technically disruptive effect from parts of the locking device described is avoided on the front of the door.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. It shows Fig. 1 in elevation, partly schematically, the closed door seen from the outside, Fig. 2 on a larger scale a partial rear view of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a horizontal section along the line III-III in Fig. 2, 4 shows a section corresponding to FIG. 3, but with the door leaf fully open,
5 shows a horizontal section along line VV in FIG. 2, FIG. 6 shows a horizontal section along line VI-VI in FIG. 2, FIG. 7 shows a horizontal section along line VII-VII in FIG. 2, however with the door leaf pivoted out of the closed position.
It denotes A a door frame, which is hollow in cross section, B. is intended for Mon days in the areas of access to an elevator shaft. On the frame EJ. is the door leaf B by means of two hinges a and a1 give a vertical pivot axis ge. The hinges a and a1, which are identical to one another, have a part 1 or 2 fastened to the frame A or to the door leaf B, as well as an axle bolt 3.
In the pivot axis of the door leaf B, a four-edged torsion bar 4 is arranged, which is inserted into a corresponding square opening 5 of a bearing 6a, which is located on a support plate 6 attached to the door leaf B; above the torsion bar 4 passes through a bearing plate fixed to the door frame A 7. At the upper end of the torsion bar 4 is a toothed segment. 8 attached, with wel chem a pawl 9 is in engagement, the plate 7 is arranged by a bolt 10 on the bearing.
On the torsion bar 4, a ring 11 is placed by means of a square hole, which has holes 12, which allows the gate sion bar 4 to rotate by inserting a mandrel or the like in one of the holes 12 mentioned; that he receives a desired bias; then you bring the pawl 9 with the toothed segment 8 in engagement, whereby the bias remains a set.
When the door leaf B is opened, the torsion bar 4 is twisted more strongly and accordingly acts on the door leaf B as a closing spring. The resulting automatic closing movement of door leaf B is absorbed by dampers provided in door frame A. For this purpose, according to FIG. 2, a spring-loaded upper buffer 13 is attached to the door frame A by means of the housing 14. A lower buffer 15 is arranged by means of housing 16 on the door frame A, to which a front wall A1 (Fig. 2, 7) connects in the area of said housing 16. The buffer 15 works. together with an angle lever 17 which is supported by a bolt 18 on an arm 19 of the housing 16; to the angle lever 17, the rod 20 of a z.
B. connected to a spring-loaded piston, which is located in the housing 16, in which it cooperates with a damping fluid.
In the area of the two hinges a and a1, a cutout 21 (Fig. 3, 4) is provided on the frame A for receiving the relate to the movable hinge part 2, which has a special design, as the drawing shows. By the existing on the door frame A two cutouts 21 the z. B. limited to about 100 dimensioned opening angle of the door leaf B, so that a projecting at the sem flat edge 22 can not come into contact with the frame A, and thus otherwise occurring damage to these parts is prevented as a result of such contact; said edge 22 is provided on both sides of the height and on the top of the door leaf B.
The fixed part 1 and the axle bolt 3 of the two hinges a and a1 as well as the torsion bar 4 are concealed behind the front of the door frame A. The frame on the door 4- to accommodate the movable part 2 of the two hinges a and 4l When the door leaf B is closed, the cutouts 21 are covered by its circumferential edge 22, so that when the door leaf B is closed, the hinges a. and a1 are completely out of sight from the front are covered. This allows the door leaf or
to arrange decorative and cover strips on the door frame without the same kidney being impaired in any way by the hinge. The described arrangement of the torsion bar 4 enables it to be conveniently adjusted when the door is being installed. The described design of doors is of course not limited to doors intended for elevators or elevator shafts.
