Fig. 2 ist eine dazugehörige Ansieht von oben.
Containers for sterilization, for sterile storage and partial removal as well as for dispatching unfermented fruit juices and the like with a lid and air filter. The invention relates to a container for sterilization, for sterile storage and partial removal in any quantities, and for shipping unfermented fruit juices and the like, with a lid and air filter.
With such containers it is necessary that the shelf life of the liquid in the container is ensured regardless of the frequent partial removal.
The novelty of the invention is that the cover carries the air filter with the air supply pipe protruding into the container and having a valve, so that the cover with filter, tube and valve can be removed from the container without being broken down into individual parts.
The overall eye formation of the embodiment shown in the drawing is such that the air filter with the air supply pipe and the valve can be detached and removed from the actual cover, thus releasing a small opening in the cover. This is beneficial insofar as the raw juice filled into the container can easily be brought into the ready-to-use state by suitable heating of the container in the water bath (sterilization).
If the filter with the air supply pipe is then put back on, the container is ready for the contents to be withdrawn at any time in any quantity by tapping, -the on - preservation of the juice or the like, then possible to the last rest without fear of spoiling the juice. The container is also suitable as a transport container. The filter is housed in a space delimited by the upper part of the cover and a section attached to it.
The air supply pipe protrudes far into the filter and the closing part combined with the upper part of the cover surrounds the air supply stirrer located in the filter and contains a step that is placed on a closing plug of a special opening in the lower part of the cover.
The drawing shows the essential details of this implementation of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the closure parts #nd through the upper part of the container.
Figure 2 is a related top view.
The container 1 has a wide neck opening which is dimensioned such that one can comfortably reach the interior of the container with the hand and forearm in order to be able to clean the container. The lower part 4 of the cover plate 4 with its surface 5 can be placed with a seal 3 on a pool 2 surrounding the 11th opening, for which purpose the visual screws 6 with nuts 7 serve. The lid has a smaller opening, which is provided in the middle and accommodates the closure plug 8 .
The air supply pipe 9 is inserted into the plug 8 and the lip valve 10 is pushed over its lower end. Instead of the lip valve, any such valve can be provided. The upper piece of the pipe 9 protrudes far into the hood-like part of the air filter 11, but is still surrounded therein by a tubular extension of a terminating part 12 that is combined with the hood part. The space formed by parts 11 and 12 houses the antiseptic filter floss 13 or another filter.
For the supply air which is to be filtered, openings 14 are initially provided on the lower edge of the hood part 11; There are also openings 15 in the closure part 12. As a result, after the air has penetrated through the openings 14 into the lower cover space, it can pass through the openings 15 and then climb up through the filter floss to then enter the juice container through the pipe 9 and the lip valve 10 .
In the pipe attachment of the part 12 and in the pipe 9 there are also openings 16 through which the filtered air enters the pipe 9 from the side can kick. The tube attachment of the part 12 contains a gradation which is placed on the plug 8 .
The hood-like part 11 with the attached closing part 12 , which together form the filter chamber and lie on the plug 8 , are also at the edge With the help of clamping washers or plates 17 , which in turn are pressed onto the flange 5 by nuts 7 .
Here, the device can be designed so that the hood part 11 can be used in the manner of a bayonet catch by initially in the appropriate position with the recesses forming the air openings 1-4, which exactly over the Discs 17 fit around the circumference, can be put on or taken out unhindered and must then be brought into the secured position after the corresponding rotation.
By using aids, it is possible to ensure that when the juice container is full or not yet completely emptied, the hood part 11 is lifted prematurely and the plug 8 released or, finally, the premature collapse of the entire cover 4, 11, 12, 8 is prevented.
Such a fuse can be in a wire or a cord with a lead seal 18 , with the lead wire or the lead seal door 19 for example through the wings of the nuts 7, the corresponding holes received for this purpose, is guided. It is also possible to use other means of securing which fulfill the same purpose, for example securing staples, washers and the like, which are individually secured again somehow by means of sealing wires and seals on the screws 6 or their nuts 7 are secured.
The cap with. Filters, together with the special locking plug and the air supply pipe with valve, usually form a whole, and this entire cover can easily be lifted off without laborious dismantling after removing the very screw nuts 7 when the The container is to be cleaned after its contents have been used up, but the air filter can also be removed just as easily without having to remove the screws 7 . This removal of the air filter comes into consideration when the inside cleaned container is filled with fresh liquid.
If, with the air filter removed, finally a plug 8, air supply pipe 9 and valve 10 , the liquid in the container has been heated up, the same parts become the same immediately after being connected at the appropriate temperature, and the entire container is ready for use. In this finished state, the container is also suitable for shipping. Special precautionary measures are not required for handling during transport. So the container can also be held at an angle.
without having to touch the liquid in an unwanted way. enters the air filter space. Usually this is penetration. of liquid through (read valve alone prevented, but in the event that the valve should not close perfectly here and there, the further security is of value.
This advantage is given by the two-dimensional formation of the pipe attachment of the end part 12, which protrudes up to the curve of the upper part 11 of the cover with the air supply pipe 9. Due to a particularly favorable high position of the plug 8 and of the valve 10 , the valve 10 can barely line up in the liquid, even when it is strong Very inclination of the container.
The entire cover is characterized by the fact that all parts are well sealed from the outside and there is the possibility of creating an attractive design that is suitable for practical use.
