Fig. 7 gibt das Ausgangsplatinenstück wie der.
Fig. 3 ist eine Seitenansicht zri Fig. 2.
Fig. 5 ist eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 4.
Process for the production of spades and shovels from one piece with a blade extending into the socket via a neck. The invention relates to a Ver drive to the decorative position of spades and blades with a neck in the socket over giving sheet of one piece.
So far, the aforementioned blades and blades have been manufactured by forging out a blank of a suitable shape. This type of manufacture is relatively expensive and expensive.
Naeli der Irrfindung are made of a plate piece, which consists of a neck in relation to each other standing blade and sleeve blank, the sleeve blank and the blade blank each rolled out separately, by the rolling stock through recesses provided on a part of the circumference of the rollers against the direction of rotation the rollers are pushed through and then brought back to the work station by the rollers,
whereupon the sheet and the socket part are formed by pressing and finally the latter is rolled into the socket.
The drawing illustrates the implementation of the method in example. Fig. 7 gives the output board piece like that.
Fig. \? shows the piece of blank after the sleeve has been rolled out. Fig. 3 is a side view of Fig. 2. Fig. 4 illustrates the sinker piece after the sheet has been rolled out.
FIG. 5 is a side view of FIG. 4. FIG. 6 shows the outline of the blank according to FIG. 4, the cutting lines being shown in dashed lines.
Fig. 7 shows the sheet with the socket in a perspective view and in partial section.
The board piece according to Figure 1 consists. from a blank 1 for the sleeve and a blank 2 for the sheet. Both are connected to one another by the neck piece 3. First, the sleeve blank 1 is rolled out, whereby the sinker piece is given the shape shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and then the blade blank, so that the shape of the sinker piece shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is ent.
The rolling takes place between rollers, which have recesses on part of their circumference and thereby allow the rolling stock to be pushed through against the direction of rotation of the rollers, whereupon the roller grit is brought back to work by the rollers. Such rolling mills are known per se. In the rolling mill, the upper roller is smooth and the lower roller has the necessary profiling. For the formation of the rollers, it does not matter whether the engravings are provided on the same roller or on separate rollers.
Also can. the engraving can be replaced by the fact that segments are screwed onto a smooth roller that have the engravings. The rolled-out board piece is trimmed accordingly to the dashed lines in FIG. This is followed by further processing of the sheet and the sleeve part in the press, with the neck being able to be made beforehand to improve its cross-sectional shape. The sleeve is then rolled.
