Fig. 13 zeigt eine neunte Ausführungs- form und
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen eine erste Ausfüh- rung.
Device for removing dust particles from gaseous media.
As is known, dust particles can be removed from the air by directing the dusty air into stationary drums, in which the dust particles carried along in the circulating air flow are caused to settle on the inside of the drum wall due to the centrifugal force acting on them. With these known devices, however, a complete dedusting of the air cannot be achieved, since the centrifugal force acting on the dust particles drops due to the friction of the air on the drum wall. These known Vorrieh lines are not suitable for Sielltzweeke.
A drop in centrifugal force can be reduced and thus a more complete separation of the particles carried along in the air and gases can be achieved when using the device according to the invention, which is characterized in that at least one rotating drum through which the media to be cleaned hindurehfliessen, and a facility for hosting the to the. rotating surfaces of deposited dust are present.
Some exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings.
1 and 2 show, in longitudinal and cross-section, a first universal shape, FIG. 2 being a section along the line I-B in FIG.
Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment with a drilled drum.
4 shows a third example with vertically arranged drums.
5, 6 and 7 show a fourth embodiment, FIG. 6 being a section along the line C-D and FIG. 7 being a section along the line E-F in FIG.
Figure 8 is a fifth cantilevered example.
9 shows a sixth example with a drum and ring nozzle.
Fig. 10 shows the deposition in several stages.
11 and 12 show step cleaning with conical drums, FIG. 12 being a section along the line G-II in FIG.
13 shows a ninth embodiment and
14 shows a final example with a drum with air conveying vanes for circulating the air in the circuit.
FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment. The staubha step by. Condensate gases through the nozzle 1 tangentially in the sense of the rapidly rotating hollow drum 4 into the stationary pre-separator 2, from which the coarse dust that has already been separated out here is discharged through the lock 3.
The gases then migrate through the hollow drum 4, which is inclined at will, in which even the finest dust is deposited on the walls due to the centrifugal force.
The hollow drum 4 is supported by means of the two wing crosses 6 on the hollow core 5, which is carried by the shaft stubs 7. The drive takes place through the disk 8. The cleaned gases escape through the fixed discharge head 9 with the tangential discharge pipe 10 to the exhaustor. For the purpose of cleaning off the deposited dust, the drum is switched off and the gas flow is switched off in controllable periods of time, whereupon the dust separates from the walls when the drum runs out and the centrifugal force drops accordingly, and then according to the inclination of the drum to wander forward into the housing 2,
and to be discharged through the lock 3. The hollow core 5 can also be conical.
It has been shown to be advantageous to arrange several loosely hanging chains 11 in the hollow drum 4, which lie firmly against the rotation and loosen when the drum runs out, rubbing and hitting the drum to remove dust, even from building-up. 12 denotes small pressure blades attached to the hollow drum, which prevent the entry of false air. For greater power, several drums are connected in parallel, of which one or more, mechanically or electrically controlled (with similarly controlled shutdown of the gas flow), are switched off and also switched on again after cleaning.
3 shows the hollow drum 4, which continuously or as it runs out discharges the dust through small openings 13 into the surrounding chambers 14. These chambers: 14 are separated from one another to avoid false air currents.
One or, as FIG. 4 shows, several hollow drums 15 are each arranged vertically in a chamber 16, the individual chambers being switched off one after the other for the purpose of cleaning the drum located therein at the same time.
The dust air flows in through the collecting channel 17 and the clean air flows out through the collecting channel 18.
5, 6 and 7 show a hollow drum 19 which is open at the front and which is held at the rear by the cross 20 and the drive shaft 21, while it runs at the front with a race 22 on rollers 23. In this way it is possible to design drums of great length and also to introduce fixed or movable scrapers 24 or fixed or movable suction nozzles into the drums from the front for the continuous removal of the deposited dust. Fig. 7 shows, as a variant, a revolving screw 25 which, like the strippers 24, is provided with a cover screen 26 from.
Fig. 8 shows a cantilevered drum? 7 with scraper tendon 28, with the clean gases flowing in the opposite direction through the central tube 29, so that only a small shaft seal 30 has to be provided. Any vibrating mechanism can help to loosen the dust.
9 shows the supply of the dust gases through the pipe 31, which runs out into the annular nozzle 32 which is provided with guide vanes 33 and guides the dust gases onto the conical drum 34. The latter is so rigidly conical - for example 30 to 45 depending on the type of dust - that the applied dust is continuously ejected into the housing 35. The clean air escapes through the pipe 36.
The rotating drum 34 supports the separation in the housing 35 in the stationary housing through its externally thrown-off effect. For this purpose, the drum is also provided with centrifugal vanes 37 on the outside.
It has proven to be advantageous to carry out the separation in several stages arranged one behind the other. This is shown in FIG. Here, the dusty air enters the housing 39 through the tangential nozzle 38, then travels through the rotating drum 40, whereupon the pre-cleaned air through the pipe 41 into the drum 42? gelant to flow therefrom, completely cleaned, to the discharge connection 43 of the housing 44.
This creates cleaning levels I, II and III.
11 and 12 show a further, continuously operating form of step cleaning, wherein the dust gases flow in through the nozzle 45, then flow through the conical drum 46, through the tube 47 into the conical drum 48 and through the tube 49 into the conical drum To get drum 50 and then finished cleaned to go through the connection 51 to the exhaustor. The conical drums 46, 48 and 50 hurl the deposited dust into the surrounding dust collecting bags 52. This results in five cleaning stages I-V. The housing 53 separates the individual stages by partition walls 54.
The dust collecting bags 52 open out through failure clips 55 into the failure spaces 56, from which the dust is discharged through locks 57.
13 shows a similar embodiment, the dusty air flowing in through the connector 58 migrating through two conical drums 59 in order to get cleaned through the pipe 60 into the exhaustor 61 connected to the device.
The conical hollow drums can have coaxial, hollow drum inserts 62, as shown, for example, in FIG. 13, which considerably increases the storage area for the dust and, on the other hand, ensures that the medium is better guided to the rotating drum surface. Additional fans can be arranged in the individual stages in order to accelerate the medium.
In all of these devices it is also possible to carry out viewing processes, since the dust particles are separated out separately according to their grain size. For example, the coarser dust particles fall into the stationary housing and in the inlet part of the rotating drum. while the fine and finest particles lay in the rear part of the drum. Here they must now be discharged or thrown out separately as required, as is already clearly the case, for example, according to FIGS. 10, 11, 12 and 13, where dust fractions of different grain sizes occur in the individual chambers.
The air required for carrying the fine dust particles during the sifting process can be generated as circulating air in the device itself by operating air conveying blades 63 connected to the rotating drum, as FIG. 14 shows, for example. The air conveying vanes generating the circulating air are connected to the conical centrifugal drum 64 and move the carrying circulating air in the direction of the arrows 65 in the circuit.
The sawdust, consisting of coarser and finer particles, flows onto the drum 64 and is thereby distributed, the coarse falling into the discharge box 66 while the circulating air takes the fine with it. This fine material is then held in the rotating cone 64 internally or thrown off, whereby it reaches the discharge box 67 and is discharged here separately from the coarse.
In certain cases it is advantageous to additionally wet the drums in order to support the separation of the dust from the gases.
It can be seen that all the exemplary embodiments described are set up for the discharge of the dust applied to the rotating surfaces.
