  Bandförmiges Transportorgan mit von schuppenartigen Gliedern gebildeter Tragfläche.



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein bandförmiges Transportorgan mit von sehuppenartigen Gliedern gebildeter Tragfläche, zum Fördern von sehüttbarem Material, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Fläche der Glieder, auf welcher das Material ruhen kann, mit das Kleben des Materials verhindernden Mitteln versehen ist.



   Beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes, in welcher
Fig.   1    einen schematischen Aufriss einer Trocknungsanlage darstellt, bei welcher bandförmige Transportorgane gemäss. dieser Ausf hrungsform verwendet sind'.



   Fig. 2 zeigt in einem- Detail   aus Fig. 1    einen Teil eines Transportorgans im   Längs-    schnitt.



   Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt gemäss Linie III-III in Fig.   2, und   
Fig. 4 bis 7 zeigen im Querschnitt ver  schiedene    Ausführungsvarianten der die Tragfläche des Organs bildenden   schuppenartigen    Glieder.



   Im Bereich der Einlaufseite. der in Fig.   1    gezeigten Trocknungsanlage wird ein   schütt-    bares und zum Trocknen bestimmtes Material durch einen n SchrÏgf¯rderer 1 auf das bandförmige Transportorgan des obersten einer Anzahl horizontaler, untereinander   angeord-    neter   Transporteure 2 befordert.    Die Transportorgane der Transporteure 2 bewegen sich in bezug aufeinander derart, dass das Material vom obersten Transportorgan transportiert, auf das clarunter liegende Transportorgan fällt und so fort und nach Durchlauf aller untereinander liegender Transporteure vom untersten Transportorgan auf einen weiteren, dem Förderer   1    ähnlichen   Forderer    3 gebracht wird,

   der das Material auf das Transportorgan des obersten einer zweiten Serie von horizontalen, untereinander angeordneten   Transporteuren    4 fordert. Nachdem das Material, wie oben beschrieben, auf das unterste Transportorgan gefallen ist, wird es durch dieses auf einen   Schrägförderer    5 und durch letzteren zu einem Auslass 6 gebracht. Die beschriebene Einrichtung befindet sich in einer geschlossenen Kammer und Warmluft zu   Trockenzweeken    durchströmt das von den   Förderorganen    getragene Material.



   Das endlose bandförmige Förderorgan der Transporteure 2 und 4 besteht aus einer Anzahl von schuppenartigen Gliedern 7, welche an ihrem hintern Ende auf quer angeordneten Wellen 8 mittels Splinten 9 befestigt sind und die Tragfläche des Organs bilden. Die Enden der Wellen 8 sind in Lagern 10 drehbar gelagert, welche gleichzeitig die Gelenkbolzen der Glieder 11 von   Gallsehen    Gelenkketten bilden. Auf den   Lagerschal. en    10 zwischen den von ihnen getragenen Gliedern 11 ist je eine Rolle 12 drehbar gelagert, welche auf ortsfesten Rollbahnen 13, die sich annähernd über die ganze Lange der beiden   Trime    des   Forderorgans    erstrecken, aufliegen, um den Durchgang des obern und untern Trums zu verhindern. 



   Um ein seitliches Herabfallen des Materials von den Gliedern 7 zu verhindern und um diese zu versteifen, sind die Seitenränder des freien Endteils der Glieder 7 zwischen äussern Führungsteilen   14    und innern   Füh-      rungsteilen    15 gefasst. Die Teile   14 lmd    15 an jedem Seitenrand sind an einem gemeinsamen, auf der Welle 8 des   voranlaufenden    Gliedes gelagerten   Gussstüek    16 vorgesehen.



   Die Glieder weisen im Längsschnitt ein annähernd   S-förmiges    Profil auf, wobei der freie vordere Teil eines Gliedes die Lagerstelle des vorangehenden Gliedes auf der Au¯enseite umgibt, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist.-Die Transportorgane werden je durch Kettenräder 17, welche mit den Rollen 12 der Gelenkkette zusammenwirken, angetrieben und umgelenkt.



  Die Räder 17 jeder Umlenkstelle sitzen auf einer Welle 18.



   In Fig. 2 ist angedeutet, wie das   schütt-    bare Material von den Gliedern des obern Trums getragen wird.



   Auf der   tragenden, obern Fläche    der   Glie-    der sind Mittel vorgesehen, um das Kleben des zu transportierenden Materials auf den Gliedern   Zll    verhindern. Diese Fläche kann    n    ganz (Fig. 4) oder teilweise (Fig. 5) mit zur Bowegungsriehtung querlaufenden Rippen 19, deren Querschnitt sägezahnförmig ist, versehen sein. Gemäss Fig. 6 sind auf der ganzen Tragfläehe im gleichen Abstand angeordnete Erhöhungen 20 vorgesehen, gemäss Fig. 7 ist das Glied an der tragenden   Fläche gleich-    mässig mit Bohrungen oder Ausnehmungen 21 versehen.



   Um das Material   wu    trocknen, strömt warme Luft, wie in F'ig. 2 durch Pfeile angedeutet, von der   untern    Fläche des jeweiligen obern Trums der Transportorgane um die   Befesti-    gungsstelle der das Material tragenden Glieder und durch das zu trocknende und vom Organ transportierte Material hindurch.



   Wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, verlässt das Material im Bereich der   Ausla. ufseite    des Transporteurs, wenn dessen Transportorgan sich um die Kettenräder 17 bewegt, die Glieder, um auf das näehste Transportorgan oder den Forderer   3 bzw.    5 oder gegen einen an Stelle des Förderers 5 vorgesehenen nicht gezeigten Auslass zu fallen.

   In the area of the inlet side. In the drying system shown in FIG. 1, a pourable material intended for drying is conveyed by an inclined conveyor 1 onto the belt-shaped transport element of the uppermost of a number of horizontal conveyors 2 arranged one below the other. The transport members of the transporters 2 move in relation to each other in such a way that the material is transported from the uppermost transport member, falls onto the transport member located below and so on and after passing through all the transporters lying one below the other from the lowest transport member to another conveyor 3 similar to the conveyor 1 becomes,

   which demands the material on the transport element of the top one of a second series of horizontal transporters 4 arranged one below the other. After the material has fallen onto the lowermost transport element, as described above, it is brought by this onto an inclined conveyor 5 and through the latter to an outlet 6. The device described is located in a closed chamber and warm air for drying purposes flows through the material carried by the conveyor elements.



   The endless belt-shaped conveyor organ of the conveyors 2 and 4 consists of a number of scale-like members 7 which are attached at their rear end to transversely arranged shafts 8 by means of split pins 9 and form the supporting surface of the organ. The ends of the shafts 8 are rotatably mounted in bearings 10, which at the same time form the pivot pins of the links 11 of Gallsehen articulated chains. On the bearing shell. en 10 between the members 11 carried by them a roller 12 is rotatably mounted, which rests on stationary roller tracks 13, which extend over almost the entire length of the two trims of the conveyor organ, in order to prevent the passage of the upper and lower strand.



   In order to prevent the material from falling sideways from the links 7 and to stiffen them, the side edges of the free end part of the links 7 are gripped between outer guide parts 14 and inner guide parts 15. The parts 14 and 15 on each side edge are provided on a common casting 16 mounted on the shaft 8 of the leading link.



   The links have an approximately S-shaped profile in longitudinal section, the free front part of a link surrounding the bearing point of the preceding link on the outer side, as shown in FIG. 2. The transport members are each provided by chain wheels 17, which cooperate with the rollers 12 of the articulated chain, driven and deflected.



  The wheels 17 of each deflection point sit on a shaft 18.



   In Fig. 2 it is indicated how the pourable material is carried by the members of the upper run.



   Means are provided on the load-bearing upper surface of the links to prevent the material to be transported from sticking to the links Z11. This surface can be provided entirely (FIG. 4) or partially (FIG. 5) with ribs 19 running transversely to the Bowegungsriehtung, the cross section of which is sawtooth-shaped. According to FIG. 6, elevations 20 arranged at the same distance are provided over the entire supporting surface; according to FIG. 7, the link is provided with bores or recesses 21 on the supporting surface.



   Warm air flows around the material as shown in Fig. 2 indicated by arrows, from the lower surface of the respective upper run of the transport organs around the attachment point of the members carrying the material and through the material to be dried and transported by the organ.



   As shown in Fig. 2, the material leaves in the area of the outlet. On the side of the transporter, when its transport member moves around the chain wheels 17, the links fall onto the closest transport member or the conveyor 3 or 5 or against an outlet (not shown) provided instead of the conveyor 5.
