Sehrottpaketierpresse.
Bei mechanischem Deekelantrieb kann die Selbst- sperrung beispielsweise durch eine Gewinde spindel bewirkt werden, deren Gewindesteigung höchstens 6 beträgt. Bei hvdraulisehem An trieb des Deckels kann beispielsweise zwischen einer Pumpe und;
Sehrott packaging press. In a known scrap baling press, the lid is sunk into the opening of the press box in such a way that the scrap parts protruding between box wall and lid are sheared off.
In order to increase the cutting effect of the box lid, special cutting edges are attached to the edge of the lid and the feeding box. The press punches are also provided with cutting edges on the upper edge. - The task of this press is now to remove the scrap that still protrudes from the press box after it has been filled. through the lid itself. Cut off, not always completely loosened.
The front edge of the Deekel must move along the entire length of the fixed opposite wall of the press box at the same time and without play, i.e. in contrast to the case with the side lid edges, which make a cut in every position when the lid is closed with the box walls If the edges and knives are not precisely adjusted, there is a risk of scrap pieces being mined and the lid jamming.
Since the pivot point of the lid is higher than its sclineid edge, #% ground pieces of scrap jammed between the lid edge and the opposite wall become more and more jammed when the lid moves upwards. All of this has the effect that the cutting action of its cover is often disturbed in the known Sehrott packetizing press.
In the case of the Sehrott packaging press with a lid that can be lowered into the opening of the press box according to this invention, these faults are eliminated in that the lid is designed so that play remains between its front edge and the opposite edge of the press box,
in which, for example, bulky scrap parts protruding from the box are held in place without clamping and the front edge of the cover and the press plate of the prepress ram are designed as cutting edges.
In the drawing is. Illustrates a Ausführungsbei game for the scrap packaging press according to this invention, namely Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the press box, of which Fig. 2 is a view.
The lid 1 of the press box equipped with a horizontal pre-press plate 2 and a vertical finished c'truek stamp 3 is rotatably mounted on the ceiling shaft 4-. In this case, the lid is moved hydraulically by the cylinder 5 and the piston 6, which engages the kig gelen kig on the Auskragning 7, the lid.
The two side edges of the lid pivot laterally between the walls 8 in the press box, while the front edge of the front edge of the fixed mating wall 9 of the press box is at a distance when the lid is closed.
The front edge of the cover 1 is reinforced with knives 10. which expediently run obliquely in plan in order to form a cutting angle together with the knives 11 of the pre-press plate 2 in every position.
The crusher packaging press according to this invention now works as follows: First, the lid 1 of the press box is opened so that it is almost vertical, and the press box opening for collecting scrap. is released. After the filling process, the lid closes by compressing bulky scrap that is filled above the edge of the box and cutting off red parts that protrude over the side walls of the box.
When pressing down, the Deekel front edge, which is equipped with the knives 10, captures the parts between it and the counter wall 9 of the press box and pulls it past the counter wall 9 into the box without creating a noticeable clamping effect.
After the box is closed by the lid, the pre-compression plate \? Closing in a straight line when compressing the crimped vial, like the cutter bar of tin snips in the direction towards the edge of the cover in the press box, whereby between the knives 10 of the lid and the knives 11 of the pre-press plate, all of the crimped parts that you see between the lid and the The end wall of the press box.
The ram itself is so strong that it is able to easily cut off all the protruding parts of the thickness that occur when compressing the crust itself.
In the case of the described crimping press, the lid, because it is itself is no longer the cutting element, in particular its drive is kept much easier than usual.
So that the front edge of the cover does not under the pressure of the press plate of the pre-press ram. can dodge upwards is. It is advisable to provide either a self-locking mechanism on the cover drive or this locking mechanism by means of bolts in the side walls. the press box are arranged, zti reach
The movement of these locking bolts can be controlled externally or mechanically as a function of the forward and backward travel of the prepressing plate. will.
In the case of mechanical Deekel drive, the self-locking can be effected, for example, by a threaded spindle whose thread pitch is 6 or less. In hvdraulisehem to drive the cover, for example, between a pump and;
a piston supply line actuating the cover, a check valve which closes automatically when the pump is switched off and thus locks the Deekel drive by preventing the backflow of the fluid actuating the piston.
