Central hot water heating system with at least two boilers. The present invention relates to a central hot water heating system with at least two Heizkes seln individually connectable to the heat consumption network and a common circulation pump. The invention is of particular interest when it comes to the constant amount of water circulating through the system per unit time. to keep.
This is important, among other things, in your case that the zti different consumers, z. B. different apartment owners in a rental house, delivered heat quantity is measured so11. If namely the quantity of water delivered per unit of time is constant, the quantity of heat is proportional to the time integral of the temperature drop between flow and return. It has previously been suggested
in such systems, a group control center should be arranged for each apartment in a rental building, in which the total heat consumption of the heat-emitting units of the apartment is measured.
It has been proposed in this context to provide the individual units with one by a three-way valve can be switched on and off secondary line, which valve depending on the degree of deactivation of the corresponding unit switches on additional flow resistance in the secondary line, so that the entire flow resistance the system becomes independent of the number of units switched on and of the degree to which they are switched on (cf. Swedish patent no. 85908).
In a similar way, the groups can be provided with a central valve device similar to the apartment. A plurality of group centers can thus be connected to the central heat source, with an unchanged flow resistance between the flow and return lines in the heat-consuming groups.
If it concerns larger investments, is. It is economical to arrange two or more boilers, one or more of which can be switched off if the heat requirement is lower, while the boiler or boilers that remain in operation are fully effective and work with a satisfactory degree of efficiency.
In the systems implemented up to now, a common circulation system for all heat consumption points fed the various boilers through corresponding branch lines, so that the water flow was divided between the boilers. If now .einer the boiler is to be turned off and this z.
B. the branch in question is closed, the entire return water flow through the boiler (s) remaining in operation, increasing the total flow resistance of the system and reducing the amount of water per unit of time, provided that the pump is of centrifugal design and with constant speed works. This causes an error in the heat measurement.
Instead, name the return water through the shutdown boiler or through a secondary line that branches off from the feed line to the boiler and leads to the feed line of the system.
If there is a corresponding flow resistance, the entire circuit resistance of the system can be retained unchanged, but the water heated in the boilers is then mixed in the supply line with cool return water and the resulting temperature in the supply line is reduced. In systems of this type, it is desirable that heating water at a constant temperature, e.g.
B. 800 C, is available., And that he can use the required amount of heat as required within reasonable limits.
The invention consists in that individual boilers are provided with a secondary line that can be switched on and off by a valve arrangement, by means of which at least part of the water flowing to the associated boiler can be diverted past the boiler, and that such boilers can be connected in series.
In order to be able to keep the resistance of the circuit constant, the valve arrangement can be arranged in such a way that, in a manner known per se, depending on the degree of deactivation of the corresponding boiler, variable additional flow resistances into the secondary line are switched on, so that the entire The flow resistance of the system is independent of the number of boilers switched on and the degree to which they are switched on.
The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawing, which schematically shows an embodiment example of the subject matter of the invention. From two boilers 1 and 2, the boiler 1 receives the return water via the return line 3 coming from the radiators, which line holds a circuit pump 4 ent. A secondary line 5 branches off from the return line and is connected to one branch of a three-way valve Ei.
The other branch is connected to the flow line 7 of the boiler 1, and the trunk of the valve is connected to the feed pipe 8 of the boiler? in connection. The valve Ei is of the type known per se, in which the boiler 1 can be bypassed step by step by the flow line 7 throttled more and more and at the same time the connection between the secondary line 5 and the feed pipe 8 to the boiler 2 is opened to a corresponding degree. becomes. The valve egg is. designed so that depending on the position of the valve.
A corresponding flow resistance is connected to the feed pipe 8 upstream. Shut-off valves 9 and 10 can be loud. be provided in the drawing. Similarly it is. the flow line 11 of the boiler 2 is connected to the flow distribution line 14 of the system via a similar three-way valve E.
A secondary line 13 also branches off from the inlet line 8 and is connected to the flow distribution line 1.1 via the three-way valve E2. Next shut-off valves 15 and 16 are provided.
In summary, the water from the secondary line 5 or 13 is mixed with the water from the flow line 7 or 11 of the corresponding boiler. and the 1Vlisehwasser to the line pipe of the subsequent boiler through the valve 16 and the last boiler of the flow distribution line 14 is fed, and that the valves Ei, E2 from three-way egv valves are, whose two branches to the secondary lines 5 or 13 and to the boiler flow line 7 or
11 and the trunk thereof are connected to the feed line 8 of the subsequent boiler or, with respect to the last boiler 2, to the flow distribution line 14. The radiators and others. heat-transferring apparatus, e.g. B. Brewing water heater, are in groups between the Vorlauflei device 14 and the Riieklaufleitung 3 is turned on.
Such a group can have a group flow line 17 and a group return line 18, between which a heat meter 19 is connected, which measures the time integral of the temperature drop between the lines 17 and 1.8. A custom water heater 20 is provided in a known manner with a secondary line 21 with an associated valve It the same constitution as the above-described valves Ei and E2.
Between the return line 21 from the domestic water heater, the flow line 6 to the radiators 12 and 22 and a secondary line 26, a further diverting valve E4 of the type indicated above is switched on. The radiators 12 and 22 are each provided with three-way valves Es and Es and secondary lines of the nature described above.
The return line 25 from the radiators is connected through the group return line 18. the return, flow line 3 in connection. Parts 19, 26 and E4 with. the associated connections for the pipes 17, 18, 23, 2.1, 6 and 25 can be arranged within a jacket and form a group center Gi. Several such group centers can be connected in parallel to lines 3 and 14, as shown at G2.
In full operation, the two boilers 1 and 2 are heated and the pump 1 then drives the return water first through the boiler 7 and then through the line 7, the valve 9, the three-way valve Ei, the feed pipe 8, the boiler 2, the flow line 11, the valve 15, the three-way valve E2 and the flow distribution line - 1..1. No water then flows through the secondary lines 5 and 13.
The entire temperature increase between the lines 3 and 14 is divided into two stages, the first of which corresponds to the heating of the water by the boiler 1 and the second to the heating of the water by the boiler 2. Each boiler therefore needs. to take over only about half of the entire temperature jump between flow and return. If, for example, the boiler 1 is to be stopped, the three-way valve Ei is switched so that the boiler flow line 7 is gradually throttled, while the secondary line 5 is gradually opened until the entire amount of water through the secondary line 5 directly to the Feed pipe 8 instead of flowing through the boiler 1.
In order to be able to maintain the entire temperature increase, the firing in boiler 2 must be regulated in such a way that an approximately double temperature increase in boiler 2 is caused. The boiler 1 against it can cold and completely ineffective who the.
If z. B. two boilers are switched on and a temperature increase of 500 C he wants. is, that means from 300 C in the return to 800 C in the flow, the combustion regulator on boiler 1 can be set to 550 C and that on boiler 2 to 800 C. If now the boiler 1 is turned off. is, causes the regulator of the boiler 2 automatically the neces sary increased heat supply in order to heat the water to 800 C. If, however, boiler 2 is switched off instead, the regulator of boiler 1 must be adjusted from 55 to 8011 C.
In each group center, for example, the relevant apartment owner can consume any amount of heat within reasonable limits, with the three-way valves E3, E4, E:;, It ensuring that the entire flow resistance remains unchanged at all times. In the described embodiment of the invention, the flow resistance in the boilers is kept constant, regardless of how many boilers are switched on at any time. The pump, which is of the centrifugal type and rotates at a constant speed, will therefore produce a flow with a constant volume of water per unit of time.
The heat measurement in the apparatus 19 will therefore be practically exact.
Of course, more than two boilers can also be connected in series in a manner similar to that described. If there are a large number of boilers, some of them that form a group can also be connected in parallel with one another. The group, on the other hand, can only be switched in series with the other boilers or other boiler groups. The pump can be connected to a different point in the system than shown in the drawing.
