Boîte à couvercle en matière plastique. La présente invention a pour objet une boîte à couvercle pouvant présenter des ca siers et servir de carton d'établissa.ge pour horlogers. Cette boîte est caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée en matière plastique moulée, la liaison du couvercle au corps de la boîte étant assurée par une bande souple tenant lieu de charnière et fixée en partie sur le corps, en partie sur le couvercle, l'ang_,-le d'ouverture maximum du couvercle par rapport au corps étant limité par des organes de retenue indépendants de la bande souple.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

Le corps 1 de la boîte" de forme rectan- gixlaire, est subdivisé par des nervures 2 en casiers à fournitures 3. Les nervures 2 ont. la même hauteur que le rebord intérieur 4 qui présente une surface de contact plane et dont l'épaisseur est à peu près la moitié de celle de la paroi latérale 5 du corps de boîte. Il subsiste ainsi entre la surface extérieure 6 et le flanc du rebord 4 un épaulement 7 sen siblement parallèle au fond 8 du corps de boîte. Le couvercle 9 est divisé par des ner vures 18 et 20 en cases 10 moins profondes que les casiers du corps de la boîte, mais de mêmes longueur et largeur.
Sur tout son pourtour, la paroi du couvercle présente un épaulement intérieur 11 parallèle au fond 12 du couvercle et qui laisse subsister un re bord extérieur 13.
Une bande souple 14 est fixée le long d'un grand côté du corps 1 et le long du côté ad jacent du couvercle 9. La partie médiane 15 de la bande n'est pas collée sur les arêtes respectives du corps et du couvercle, ce qui lui permet de se plier et de se déplier libre ment lors de la fermeture et de l'ouverture de la boîte, à la manière d'une charnière.
On voit sur la fig. 2 que l'angle d'ouver ture maximum du couvercle est limité à 180 par une bandelette auxiliaire 17 souple, mais inextensible, qui est fixée longitudinalement, en partie sur l'épaulement 7 du corps 1, en partie sur le rebord 13 du couvercle, la ré gion médiane de la bandelette 17 restant libre pour permettre son. pliage, comme on le voit fi-. 3. Le rebord 4 du corps de la boîte et le rebord extérieur 13 du couvercle s'em boîtent l'un dans l'autre à la fermeture, de sorte que le couvercle est maintenu en posi tion correcte sans mettre à contribution la bande souple 14.
Le fond du couvercle présente le long de son bord extérieur une plage rectangulaire 21 exempte de nervures, destinée à recevoir des feuillets. Une partie au moins des nervures trans versales 18 du couvercle porte une lame de ressort 19 dont l'extrémité libre, incurvée, tend à s'appliquer contre le fond de la plage 21 du couvercle. Ces ressorts 19 sont destinés à maintenir sur ledit fond des feuillets, par exemple des fiches de classement (non re présentées).

The body 1 of the rectangle-shaped box is subdivided by ribs 2 into supply boxes 3. The ribs 2 have the same height as the inner edge 4 which has a flat contact surface and the thickness of which. is approximately half that of the side wall 5. There remains between the outer surface 6 and the flank of the rim 4 a shoulder 7 substantially parallel to the bottom 8. The cover 9 is divided by ribs 18 and 20 into boxes 10 shallower than the boxes in the body of the box, but of the same length and width.
Over its entire circumference, the wall of the cover has an internal shoulder 11 parallel to the bottom 12 of the cover and which leaves an outer edge 13.
A flexible strip 14 is fixed along a long side of the body 1 and along the ad jacent side of the cover 9. The middle part 15 of the strip is not glued to the respective edges of the body and the cover, this which allows it to fold and unfold freely when closing and opening the box, like a hinge.
