Description

  

      Verfahren    zum Markieren von Eiern.    Das Markieren von Eiern durch Aufstem  peln von auf Herkunft oder Qualität bezug  nehmenden Zeichen ist bekannt. Dieses     Mar-          Lderungsverfahren    entbehrt jeder     dekorativen     Wirkung. Es hat somit lediglich ,den Zweck  als Hinweis auf die genannten Umstände,  wie Herkunft und Qualität.  



  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein     Mar-          kierverfahren,    welches zu dekorativen und       propagandistischen    Zwecken verwendet wer  den kann. Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren  zum Markieren von Eiern ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet., dass auf die Eier Marken auf  geklebt werden.  



  Diese Marken können in gefälliger Auf  machung mit einem Aufdruck, welcher als       Geschäftsempfehlung    anderer Firmen dient,  versehen sein. Auf diese Weise können     bei-          spielsweise    Firmen aus der Lebensmittel  branche oder anderer Konsumgüter Marken  zum Aufkleben auf Eiern mit ihren Namen  und kurzen Hinweisen auf deren Produkte  verwenden.  



  Da jedoch Eier eine allseitig gewölbte  Oberfläche aufweisen., können gewöhnliche  Klebemarken nur in so kleinem Format ver  wendet werden,     dass    ein     augenfälliger    Auf  druck darauf gar nicht Platz hat.. Es hat sich  aber gezeigt, dass beim Prägen von     Etiketten,     Marken und dergleichen mittels einer Matrize  von gewölbter Form und bei     Nassbehandlung     oder Warmbehandlung des für :die Herstel  lung bestimmten Materials     .die    so entstehende  Marke eine     kalottenförmige    Gestalt bekommt.         Damit    erhält man eine Marke, welche ohne  Falte auf einem Ei aufgeklebt werden kann.  



  Für die Herstellung solcher gewölbter  Marken eignen sich neben Papier auch pla  stische     Materialien,    wie z. B.     Celluloidpro-          dukte    und .dergleichen.  



  An Stelle von .gewölbten Marken von run  der, ovaler, polygonaler oder     ähnlicher    Form,  können auch Banderolen verwendet werden,  wie solche bei     Zigarren    als  Bauchbinde   verwendet werden.  



       Zweckmässigerweise    kann nach dem Auf  kleben der Marke diese noch mit einer schüt  zenden Schicht, beispielsweise mit     Kollodium     überzogen werden.  



  Solche Marken sind gewöhnlich auf der       Klebeseite        gnunmiert,    so dass man sie zum  Aufkleben vorerst anfeuchten muss. Sie kön  nen aber auch mit einer     selbstklebenden     Masse versehen sein.
