Fig. 1 den Wendepflug in perspektivischer Darstellung zeigt.
Fig. 4 ist ein Sehnitt nach Linie IV-IV in Fig. 2.
Fig. 5 zeigt in grösserem Massstab die beiden Grendel.
Reversible plow for tractor drive.
The subject of the invention is a turning plow for tractor drive with a lifting device and with a pivot axis rotatably mounted in a turning housing, with which the handle is connected, as well as with a device by which turning is automatically triggered when the plow body is lifted.
According to the invention, in addition to the main handle connected to the axis of rotation, a second handle is provided, laterally offset from the latter, to which the plowshares are attached and which is connected to the main handle.
The second handle is expediently connected to the main handle at its two ends, the front connection being adjustable in order to be able to change the distance from the main handle and thereby the width of the front handle.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, in which
Fig. 1 shows the reversible plow in perspective.
Fig. 2 shows in elevation, partially in section, the device for turning the plow body in the lowered position during plowing.
FIG. 3 is a data corresponding to FIG. rposition in the raised position of the plow body.
FIG. 4 is a section along line IV-IV in FIG. 2.
Fig. 5 shows the two Grendel on a larger scale.
6 to 9 show details of the device for turning the plow body.
In the turning housing 1, the axis of rotation 2 of the plow body is rotatably mounted, and the axis of rotation 2 of the main handle 3 is firmly connected. The reversible housing 1 is mounted on the tractor 8 by means of the lever arms 5 pivotable about pin 4 and the lever carrier 7 pivotable about pin 6, e.g. B. on the gear box of the latter, hinged.
The turning housing 1 can be moved from its lower position shown in FIG. 2, in which the plow blades are in the working position when plowing, by means of tie rods 9 and means acting on the latter, located in the tractor and expediently hydraulically actuated are located, are moved into the raised position shown in FIG. During this lifting of the plow body, the turning of the plow body takes place automatically, i. H. the Ploughshare and Grendel, in the manner described below.
On the front end of the axis of rotation 2 is a roller carrier 10 which carries two rollers 11 which are arranged one above the other to the side of the vertical central plane through the axis of rotation 2. The forked end 12 of a pusher 13 mounted on the lever carrier 7 in an angular manner cooperates with the rollers 11. To guide the pusher 13, a guide rod 14 is attached to the latter, which can be displaced in a guide sleeve 15 attached to the roller carrier 10.
When the plow body is raised from the position according to FIG. 2 to that according to FIG. 3, the end 12 of the pusher 13 comes to act on the upper roller 11 (FIG. 8) and pushes the latter downward from the position shown in FIG. 8 into the position shown in FIG 9, the plow body rotates upwards about its axis of rotation and the turn takes place after the horizontal position has been reached under the action of the weight, the center of gravity of which is outside the axis of rotation, since the plow blades are not arranged symmetrically to the axis of rotation as will be described later.
However, so that turning can take place, the twisting of the pusher 13 onto the roller 11 and a locking of the axis of rotation 2 must first be released. For the purpose of locking, a plate 16 is fixed on the axis of rotation 2, which has two diametrically opposed holes 17 a. It has, with which a locking bolt 19 under the action of the spring 18 cooperates.
To trigger the locking pin 19, a lever 20 is hingedly suspended on the He belträger 7, the lower part of which consists of two arms 21 on which Noclien 22 are provided, which cooperate with the upward movement of the plow body with rollers 23 mounted on the turning housing 1; the arms 21 drvieken against a stop 24, which is thereby displaced and moves an extension shaft 25 of the pin 19 against the tractor and thereby pulls the pin 19 out of the hole 17 and thus releases the locking of the axis of rotation 2 against rotation. After the turning is completed, the pin 19 enters the other of the punches 17.
To protect the locking pin, there are two stop faces 26 on the reversible housing 1, with each of which a pin 27 provided on the plate 16 cooperates. In order to dampen the impact of n pins 27 and stop 26, a spring 28 is provided.
The connection of the main handle 3 to the axis of rotation 2 is carried out by fastening the side tabs 3 '(FIG. 6) of the handle to the plate 16 by means of screws.
In the tabs 3 'slots 3 ″ are provided for the screws, so that a displacement of the handle 3 relative to the axis of rotation 2 in the area of the slots is possible. This adjustment of the connection between the main handle and the axis of rotation allows the plow body to move with respect to its The slope of the ground surface can be changed and the plow body can be adapted to practically any terrain.
After completion of the turn of the Arre animal pin 19 occurs in the opposite hole 17 of the plate 16 and the plow body is secured against rotation in the raised position. When lowering into the working position, the locking pin 19 is due to the overrun of the cam 22 a. Pulled out of hole 17 on rollers 23 for a brief moment, but stops 22/27 hold the plow body in its position.
After the plow body has been left in its working position, the pusher 13 and the lever 20 have resumed the positions shown in FIG. 2; only the rollers 11, as shown in FIG. 9, are on the opposite side of the vertical plane through the axis of rotation. When the plow body is raised again, the turning is carried out in the opposite direction of rotation to the turning described first.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, the tractor plow has, in addition to the main handle 3 connected to the axis of rotation 2, a second handle 29 to which the peeling knives 30 and 31 and the plow blades 32 are attached. The Grendel 29 is ver at both ends with the main Grendel 3 a related party, namely the front connection is adjustable in order to change the distance between the two Grendel and thus the furrow width to ver.
The bent end 33 (Fig. 5) of the second Grendels 29 is guided between the flanges of a U-shaped holder 34 in profile, and a screw spindle 35 is articulated at the end 33 and extends see through a nut 36, which against axial displacement in one Extension 38 of the guide 34 is secured. At the other end of the second handle 29, between this and the main handle, at the point at which the two handles are connected to one another, there is an arched projection 37 in order to allow the two handles to be adjusted relative to one another.
The plow body is offset from the longitudinal direction of the main plow so that it comes to rest from the center of the tractor wheel track, i.e. closer to the last plowed furrow. This ensures that as far as possible furrows can be plowed. As a result of this lateral shift in the weight of the plow body, the plow must be turned upwards, in contrast to previously known reversible plows, which turn downwards.
