Elektromagnetisches Gleichstromrelais.
Electromagnetic DC relay. The present invention relates to an electromagnetic direct current relay which is characterized by two movable, ferromagnetic armatures which are arranged in such a way that they move against one another under the influence of the force flow of an exciter coil. and thereby actuate an electrical contact arrangement.
The particular advantage of such an arrangement of two relay armatures is that the necessary contact stroke can be distributed over the two armatures. As a result, compared to a relay with only one connector and the same contact stroke, the relay stop can be shortened by 10 to 30 1 / o.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in perspective. Fig. 1 shows a relay in which the two armatures are magnetically parallel, while Fig. 2 shows a relay in which the two armatures are arranged magnetically in series.
According to Fig. 1. a.ur a mounting plate 11 is a U-shaped, legs 12a and 12U be seated express core 12 attached. On the leg 12a, the excitation coil 13 is net angeord. The two armatures 14 are arranged magnetically in parallel, that is to say the exciter flux induced in the core 12 by a direct current flowing in the coil 13 is distributed over these two armatures.
It is assumed here that the armatures 14 are designed as so-called angle armatures made of ferromagnetic material in a manner known per se from telecommunication relay technology, which is why the holding means have not been shown. Each of the anchors 14 carries a web 15, each with a pimple 16.
Under the influence of the force flux induced in the core, the two armatures move against one another in the direction of the arrows during excitation until the working air gaps 17 are closed, these armature movements through the webs 15 and the impulse 16 on the con clock springs 18 are transferred. As a result, a circuit for the current I is closed.
According to FIG. 2, two iron yokes 21a and 1b are firmly connected to one another by means of non-magnetizable supports 22. The yoke 21.U serves as the core of an excitation coil 23.
The force induced under the influence of a direct current flowing in the coil 23 flows through the two armatures 24 one after the other, i.e. in series, which move against each other under the influence of this force flow until the air gaps 27 are closed.
Your movements are transmitted via the webs 25 and the pins 26 to two contact springs 28 which are mounted on an insulating plate 29, so that a circuit for the current I is closed.
While according to the two described embodiments, the contact system consists of only two, together a make contact bil Denden contact springs. As with relays of other types, it is also possible to provide break contacts instead of make contacts or additional contact springs.
