Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Achse.
Kontaktsatz 18, 18a, angeordnet. Fig. 3 zeigt die Anordnung im Detail.
Fig. 5 zeigt dieses Stellungsbild.
Device on a steel audio dictation device to control the running of the audio carrier and to mark the beginning and end of the dictation for the purpose of resetting the same. In order to be able to determine the length of the sound carrier that is still available in steel dictation devices, display devices are provided which are coupled to the drive mechanism of the machine and use pointers to indicate the remaining length to be discussed. There are also switching means provided in order to be able to stop the machine length when the beginning or the end of the sound carrier is reached or after a certain sound carrier has been unwound.
These are circular mechanical display devices with rotating pointers or straight length scales, with a traveling nut being shifted on a screw spindle and stopping the machine when it hits a viewing load.
In dictation systems where a dictation machine. is discussed successively by several dictating persons and must be able to be listened to in order to listen to and write the dictations by several persons one after the other, the known arrangements for checking the length of the sound carrier and for controlling the course of the sound carrier are no longer sufficient. When dictating with a steel tone machine, the following operational requirements may arise in practical operation: 1. After a dictation has been recorded, the beginning of the dictation should be found again automatically. 2.
A dictation partly spoken on the phonogram. must be interrupted in order to listen to a passage that has already been dictated, and the end of the previous dictation is to be found automatically so that it can be continued.
3. Will advance the dictation machine one after the other. is used by two different people, it should be prevented that the second person dictates the first. Person can eavesdrop or delete.
The present invention relates to a device on a steel tone dictation device for controlling the running of the sound carrier and for marking the beginning of the dictation and the end of the dictation, for the purpose of re-setting the same. each of which has a control cam and a scale that is firmly seated on the axis. has adjustable pointer and which are positively connected to each other by a tor sion spring and can be coupled to the axis by a magnetic coupling fixed on the axis, and stops that limit the path of each control cam.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the control device.
Fig. 2 shows a section through the axis. Fig. 3 shows the resilient end stop of one cam track.
Fig. 4 shows the controllable, two Stellun gene having end stop of the other cam track.
5 to 9 show the position of the scale and pointers in different operating cases. FIG. 10 shows a diagram of an exemplary electrical interconnection of the device with a relay set for controlling the steel-tone device.
According to the illustration in FIG. 1, an electromagnet 3, which can be excited by the built-in winding 4, is fixedly arranged on a shaft 1, which is mounted at 2. This magnet is referred to as a marker magnet in the following. On the axis 1, two sleeves 5 and 6 are rotatably arranged, each of which has a flange 5a or 6a. The two flanges are arranged concentrically to one another and opposite the marking magnet, so that they are coupled to the magnet and thus to the axis 1 when the winding 4 is excited.
Between the magnet 3 and the two flanges 5a and 6cc a non-ferromagnetic coating 7 is arranged, which prevents the two flanges 5cs and 6a from sticking after the magnet is excited and which allows the two flanges to open when the magnet is excited Magnet can be adjusted by overcoming a certain friction torque.
The two flanges 5a and 6a are mitein coupled by a spiral torsion spring 8, which is tensioned when adjusting the flanges and which resets the same in the initial position when decoupling. The flange 6a has a control cam 9 which, in the rest position, rests against an elastically designed stop 10.
The flange 6a also has a seat seat 11 which extends to about 3/4 of the circumference and through which a control cam 12 of the inner flange 5a protrudes. This control cam 12 is in the rest position on an adjustable stop 13 having two positions. A dial 14 provided with an adjusting handle sits firmly on the axis 1. The sleeve 5 carries a pointer 15 and the sleeve 6 a. Pointer 16. Furthermore, a Fizmarke 17 is arranged, with respect to which the scale 14 is readable bar.
The shaft 1. is connected to the drive mechanism of the steel toning machine via a slip clutch, and the scale 14 shows, based on the fixed mark 17, the running time of the steel toning machine.
In the path of the control cam 9 is a. Contact set 18, 18a, arranged. Fig. 3 shows the arrangement in detail. The Ansehlag 10 is slidable on a pin 19 angeord net and held between a compression spring 20 on the pin head. The contact 18, 18n is open. The control cam 9 can move away from the stop 10; without the contact 18, 7.8a being actuated.
If the control cam 9 removed from the stop 10 moves against the stop 10 with a sufficiently small force, it can be stopped by the stop 10 without the contact 18, 18a being closed: However, if the force moving the control cam 9 is sufficiently large to Overcome the force of the spring 20, the stop 10 can be pushed so far that the control cam 9 can close the contact 18, 18a. The contact 18, 18a is referred to as the beginning of the dictation contact in the following.
The limit stop 13, the path of the control cam 12 is controlled by an electric magnet 24 with the winding 25 and the armature 26, as shown in FIG. 4: shows. A compression spring 27 is arranged on the stop 13 between the head of the stop and the magnet 24. This magnet is hereinafter referred to as the dictation space magnet. In the rest position, the control cam 12 lies against the stop 13 when the magnet 24 is excited.
The contact 21/22 controlled by the control cam 12 is closed and the excitation of the magnet is so strong that the control cam 12 cannot close the contact 22/23. If the control cam 12 moves away from the stop 13, the contact is made. 21/22 ge opens. If the control cam 12 moves when the magnet is switched off. against the stop 13, it can be pressed in by overcoming the spring 27 until the contact 22/23 closes. The contacts 21/22/23 are referred to as the first and second dictation end contact in the following.
If the control cam runs back, the spring 27 presses the stop 13 back into the starting position and thereby connects the armature 26 to the magnet 24.
The mode of operation of this arrangement is discussed in more detail using a purely exemplary electrical interconnection with a relay set for controlling a steel-tone device according to FIG. The position pictures of the pointer and the scale are shown in FIGS. 5 to 9.
The arrangement comprises a forward-driving motor 11Z1, a backward-driving motor 112, a switching magnet X with contacts to switch on the forward slow gear, a switching magnet Y with contacts to switch on the forward overdrive and a relay Z to switch on the reverse gear .
The marker magnet is 1J1 ryT, the dictation space magnet with. DJ1, the dictation start contact with D-1 and the dictation end contact with DE .
The button switches shown have the following task: TB is the occupancy switch to switch on the machine, TIZ is a marking button, TA is the record button, TW play button, TV is used to switch on the forward high speed, TR to switch on of reverse gear. Relay U is used to control the amplifier. The relays A, B, E, F, N, VS, S and V are further control relays.
If the occupancy switch TB is pressed, relay B with contact b1 switches the machine to the voltage source. The space magnet D J1 is excited. If the marking button TJI is pressed, relay N with contact n4 switches on the marking magnet JIM. After the sound carrier has been clamped in, the dial 14 is set to 0.
The two pointers 15 and 16 are at the starting position on the fixed mark 7.7. Fig. 5 shows this position picture. The dictation start contact DA is open and the first dictation end contact DE is closed. Contact n5 has switched on relay F, which with contact f l. the switching magnet Y for locks. If a dictation is to be recorded, the T A button is pressed.
The switching solenoid X is switched on for slow forward speed. and the amplifier is switched to recording by relay h. Relay S "is also switched on at the same time. It lifts a brake magnet, not shown, which switches on the motor 1Z1 of the forward gear with contact t3. The machine starts up and the scale 14 rotates over time with reference to the fixed mark 17. The pointer 1.6 marks The beginning of the dictation and runs away from the fixed mark 17 with the scale on graduation 0.
The control cam 9 is removed from the stop 7.0. The Stetlernockeii 12 is on the stop 13, and the Flanseh 5r1. slides on the marking magnet. The pointer 15 sitting on the sleeve 5 remains. stand on the fix mark 17.
Fig. 6 shows the position picture at the end of the dictation after 10 minutes of running time. By pressing the button TR for reverse gear, which ejects the pressed button TA, relay Z is energized, which switches off the forward motor J11 with contact z4 and switches on the reverse motor 312 with contact z3. The machine then runs backwards. The sleeves 5 and 6 remain coupled to the marker magnet, and the pointers 15 and 16 rotate with the scale 14.
The relay F drops out because the first dictation end contact DE is opened. Fig. 7 shows the position picture after four minutes of rewinding. When the scale reaches the zero position with respect to the fixed mark 17, the switching cam 9 is again on the stop 10. The machine runs a little further backwards and the stop 10 is pushed in so far that the dictation start contact Da. is closed.
This pulls on contact nl relay A, which with contact al relay Z and relay S via contact z5 switches off the brake magnet, where the motor 312 is switched off and the motor 11l1 is used for forward running. This readiness state of the machine is indicated by the flickering of the signal lamp assigned to the TR key.
The flickering is caused by contact s2 in that relay S also de-energizes the release-delayed relay V, which means that relay S and thus also relay V are switched on again, followed by a further switch-off of relay S, the release delay of relay V determines the flicker rhythm.
If the end of the dictation is to be found quickly in order to continue the dictation, the fast forward speed is switched on by pressing the TV key, which raises the pressed TR key by pressing the switching magnet Y </ I> is switched on via the normally closed contacts e1, f1, x1 and z2, whereby the machine runs forward at high speed until the end of the dictation marked by the pointer 15 is reached, the pointer 15 being back on the. Fixed mark 17 is.
In this position, the control cam 12 is again on the stop 13 of the dictation space magnet and closes the first dictation end contact DE. As a result, relay F picks up and switches off the switching magnet Y and thus the forward overdrive with contact f l. The game between relay S and relay V occurs again, and the signal lamp assigned to the TV key flickers to indicate that the machine is ready for another function.
If the beginning of a new dictation is to be marked, the previous marking must be deleted by opening the marking key Tlll, in that the relay N is de-energized by opening this key, which with. Contact n, 4 switches the marker magnet 1113.1 off. The two flanges 5a and 6a are uncoupled, and the torsion spring 8 turns the sleeve 6 back until the nose 9 rests against the stop 10 and the pointer 16 appears on the fixed mark 17.
The force of the restoring spring 8 is not enough to push in the stop 10 so that the dictation start contact 18, 18a is not closed, whereby the dictation start state is sufficient.
If the machine is to be released for another person to dictate, the occupancy switch TB must be switched off when the marking switch T H is closed. As a result, it is excited via the contacts e3, n, 3 relay VS. This switches on the forward overdrive with contact vsl. Contact vs2 interrupts the circuit of the dictation space magnet D1! 1 and keeps relay VS pulled.
As a result, the machine runs forwards at high speed, and the control cam 1 ″ pushes in the released stop 13 and can close the second end-of-dictation contact DE ; Position diagram Fig. B. This energizes relay E, which with contact e1 switches off switching magnet Y of the forward overdrive gear and via relay N the marker magnet 3! Z11. This manipulation is not restricted to a particular position, e.g. B. a dictation tied to the end, but can be done from any position.
The machine always runs a certain distance beyond the end of the dictation, automatically turns off, deletes the previous marking, and the two pointers put on the fixing mark 17 as FIG. 9 shows.
