Leveling device.
In building construction and civil engineering, etc., optical measuring devices are used for the leveling work, which are not only expensive but also require special geometric skill in their use.
During leveling work in the subsoil, the optical measuring devices are easily exposed to damage and form an obstacle to traffic in tight spaces.
The leveling work itself is time consuming and not every simple worker can do it, so that checking the correct alafle is often overlooked.
The present invention relates to a leveling device which is suitable for leveling work in civil engineering, etc. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that a liquid pipe is arranged on an Aless slat, which communicates with a flexible pipeline that carries a freely movable height adjuster. The liquid pipe and the pipeline act like two communicating tubes in which the two liquid levels always match, even if the height of the liquid columns changes. The (dance is such that a level given by the height adjuster can be read on the measuring rod located at a distance from it.
In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown. It show: r'ia. 1 is a view of the leveling device
Fig. 2 shows a cross section through the measuring rod of the leveling device, on a larger scale.
The leveling device shown has a z. B. et-via 20 meter long rubber hose, one end of which opens from below into a height adjuster can 2 serving as a liquid reservoir, the SchIaLich 1 penetrating a handle 3 fastened to the can.
The height adjustment box 2 has a fold 2 ′ in the middle of the height and an air inlet and outlet nozzle 4 with lateral outlet openings 5 and a screw plug 6 at the top. When the closing screw is tightened, the socket 2 is closed, while when the closing screw is loosened the lult can enter and exit through the lateral openings 5 of the connecting piece 4.
At the other end of the hose 1 a glass tube 7 is attached, which is mounted in a groove 8 of a measuring stick 9 and smells in the longitudinal direction of the latter. The measuring rod is provided with a reading scale at least on its upper half, ati which the height of the liquid column can be read off. 10 are retaining tabs with which the part of the Sehlawehes attached to the glass tube 7 is attached to the lath. A collecting vessel 11 into which the upper end of the glass tube 7 opens is attached to the upper end of the measuring rod 9.
At NTichtoebraiieh, this junction can be closed by a viewing valve 12. When the valve screw 12 and the closing screw 6 are open, the leveling device is ready for use.
During the leveling work, the can 2 with its fold 2 'is held at a certain height as the starting level g, whereupon at the location remote from the can at which a level y' corresponding to the liquid level in the can is to be set up, at the vertical level y 'can be removed.
At an average height of the liquid column, the liquid level in the can 2 coincides with the fold 2 '. If the height of the liquid column is made larger by lifting the can 2, the liquid level in the can falls according to the cross-sectional ratio of the can and tube, also under the fold 2. If, on the other hand, the height of the liquid column is made smaller, then the liquid level in the can drops Liquid level in the can 2 above the fold 2 '. This deviation of the level g from the fold 2 'is insignificant and does not play a role in the possible applications of the leveling device in question.
To avoid this inaccuracy, however, the leveling device can be equipped with a can which is provided with a sight glass through which the liquid level in the can is also visible and can therefore be exactly matched with an initial level.
The leveling device described can be handled easily by any worker; It is particularly suitable for general measurements, after work checks, in building construction and civil engineering. It also allows relative height measurements of points that are in the odd number, such as around Eclien, etc.
