Lien de montre-bracelet. On connaît des liens de montre-bracelet dont un des brins forme une boucle passant dans un anneau fixé à l'extrémité de l'autre brins boucle qui se ferme par des moyens di vers, en général placés sur la longueur du brin et gênant, par conséquent, le porteur sous le poignet duquel ces moyens sont forcément situés.
L'objet de l'invention est un lien de montre-bracelet comportant deux brins en une matière souple, cuir naturel ou matière syn thétique par exemple, destinés à être fixés aux anses d'une montre, l'un étant relativement long et formant une boucle au sommet de la quelle l'autre, court, est relié par un anneau. Ce lien de montre-bracelet est caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le brin long est muni, à chacune de ses extrémités, de boutonnières destinées à coopérer avec un même bouton, les unes pour fixer le brin à la montre et, les autres pour fermer le lien sur le poignet du porteur.
Un pareil lien est d'une simplicité extrême. II peut être développé suffisamment pour pouvoir être passé sur la main de celui qui porte la montre sans qu'il ait une solution de continuité. Il offre, en outre, la possibilité de donner à la tête des boutons, visibles de cha que côté de la montre, des formes qui coopè rent avec celle de cette dernière pour donner au tout un caractère esthétique tout spécial.

Les anses de la montre à laquelle le lien est. fixé sont désignées par 1. Elles comportent comme d'ordinaire des barettes 2, à l'une des quelles un brin 3, relativement long, est atte nant.. Autour de l'autre passe un brin q, rela tivement court et se terminant d'un bout par un anneau 5 dans lequel le brin long passe. Ces brins sont. plats et en cuir. Le brin 4 com porte, à l'extrémité qui se trouve vers l'anse de la montre, deux boutonnières 6, superpo sées, et dans lesquelles passe un bouton dont la tête 7 est ronde et le pied â plat.
Le brin long 3 a, à chacune de ses deux extrémités, également deux boutonnières 9, respective ment 10, superposées, dans lesquelles passe, lorsque le bracelet est fermé" un bouton 11 semblable à celui qui réunit les deux bouton nières 6 du brin 4.
Après avoir passé la. montre au poignet, les brins étant dans la position dessinée ou dans une autre analogie, on amène les boutonnières 9 sur les boutonnières 7.0, le bouton 11 servant alors non seulement à fixer le brin 3 à la mon tre, mais aussi à fermer le lien sur le poignet du porteur. En décrochant les boutonnières 9, c'est-à-dire le bout du brin 3, du bouton 11, on peut, en se servant. pour cela de l'anneau 12" ouvrir la boucle que ce brin forme et le laisser glisser dans l'anneau 5 pour donner au lien de bracelet une longueur suffisante pour y passer la. main. L'anneau 12 est dimensionné de faon à ne pas pouvoir passer dans l'an neau 5.
Ceci a comme avantage d'empêcher une chute intempestive de la montre, car le bracelet s'ouvre sans qu'il y ait solution de continuité.
Un lien tel que représenté aura donc tous les ,avantages. des objets du même genre qui peuvent se rallonger pour passer sur la main du porteur et, avec cela, les avantages du bra celet en matière souple qui sont ceux d'-an contact agréable quelle que soit la tempéra ture du milieu dans lequel le porteur se meut.

The long strand 3 has, at each of its two ends, also two buttonholes 9, respectively 10, superimposed, through which passes, when the bracelet is closed "a button 11 similar to that which joins the two neat buttons 6 of the strand 4 .
