  Vorriehtung zum Entleeren zusammendrückbarer Behälter.



   Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sieh auf eine Vorrichtung zum Entleeren   zusammen-    drückharer Behälter, wie Tuben, Faltdosen und   dergleiehen.   



     Gemäss    der Erfindung weist die   Vorlieh-    tung ein Gehäuse zur   Aufnahme    des zusammendrückbaren Behälters auf mit einer Einrichtung zum Auspressen des Inhaltes des in das Gehäuse eingebrachten Behälters, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind,   um    die erwähnte Einrichtung von ausserhalb des   Gehäuses    zu betätigen.



   In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei heispielsweise   Ausführungsformen    des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.



   Gemäss Fig. 1 ist ein Gehäuse 1 vorgesehen mit einem drehbar auf   demselben      angebraeh-    ten Deckel 2. Innerhalh des Gehäuses ist an seiner Innenwand ein mit Gewinde versehener Zylinder 3 angeordnet, wobei ein am Deckel 2 befestigter Stift 4 als   Mitnehmer    für diesen Zylinder beim Verdrehen des Deckels dient.



  Der Stift 4 befindet sich in einem nach oben offenen Schlitz im Zylinder 3 (nicht dargestellt). Ein weiterer mit dem Gehäuseboden fest verbundener Innenzylinder 5 weist radial gegenüberliegende Längsschlitze 6 auf.



  Mit dem Gewinde des Zylinders 3 stehen zwei auf einem Durchmesser gegenüberliegende Gewindebacken 7 an einer Platte 8 in Eingriff, wobei diese Gewindebacken die Schlitze 6 durchsetzen. Die Platte 8 besitzt einen Quer schlitz zu dessen beiden Seiten Walzen 9 drehbar angeordnet sind. Durch diesen Schlitz   wird    das untere   flacligedrückte    Ende einer Tube 10, die in das Gehäuse 1 eingebracht   wurde,    hindurchgesteckt. Beim Drehen des Zylinders 3 mittels des Deckels 2 schraubt sich die Platte 8 nach oben, wobei die   Walzen    9 die Tube auspressen. Der Zylinder 5 bzw. die Schlitze 6 in demselben verhindern das   3fit-    drehen der Platte 8 beim Drehen des Zylinders 3.



   Statt des Zylinders 5 mit den Schlitzen 6   könnte    zum Festhalten der Platte 8 gegen Verdrehung eine feststehende Stange vorgesehen sein, welche sieh parallel zur Gefässachse erstreckt   und    eine Öffnung am Rande der Platte 8 durchsetzt.



   Die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 unterscheidet sich von der beschriebenen in der Hauptsache dadurch, dass zum Festhalten der Platte   8' ein    am Boden des Gehäuses befestigter Teleskop auszug 11 vorgesehen ist.



  Dadurch fällt der Zylinder 5 mit den Führungen 6 bei dieser   Ausführungsform    weg.



  Der   auszudrüekende    Behälter ist im vorliegenden Falle als Faltdose 12 dargestellt. Die Platte   8' kann    aber auch einen Schlitz als Durchlass für den zusammengequetschten Teil einer Tube aufweisen   und    beiderseits des Schlitzes mit   AValzen    versehen sein   zum Zu-      sammendrüeken    der Tube.



   Bei dieser Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 könnte der Zylinder 3 auch glatt ausgebildet sein und lediglich zur Aufnahme der ihrerseits mit Gewinde versehenen Glieder des Teleskopauszuges dienen.  



   Statt die Drehung des Zylinders 3 bei den beschriebenen Ausführungsformen mittels des Deckels 2 zu bewerkstelligen, könnte auch z. B. innerhalb des Deckels ein Schaltmechanismus mit Druckknopf vorgesehen sein.   



  
 



  Provision for emptying collapsible containers.



   The present invention relates to a device for emptying compressible containers such as tubes, folding cans and the like.



     According to the invention, the present invention has a housing for receiving the compressible container with a device for squeezing out the contents of the container introduced into the housing, with means being provided to operate the mentioned device from outside the housing.



   In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown.



   According to FIG. 1, a housing 1 is provided with a cover 2 rotatably attached to it. Inside the housing, a threaded cylinder 3 is arranged on its inner wall, with a pin 4 attached to the cover 2 as a driver for this cylinder when it is turned of the lid is used.



  The pin 4 is located in an upwardly open slot in the cylinder 3 (not shown). Another inner cylinder 5 firmly connected to the housing base has radially opposite longitudinal slots 6.



  With the thread of the cylinder 3, two threaded jaws 7 opposite one another in diameter are engaged on a plate 8, these threaded jaws penetrating the slots 6. The plate 8 has a transverse slot on both sides of which rollers 9 are rotatably arranged. The lower, flattened end of a tube 10, which was introduced into the housing 1, is pushed through this slot. When the cylinder 3 is rotated by means of the cover 2, the plate 8 screws itself upward, the rollers 9 pressing out the tube. The cylinder 5 or the slots 6 in the same prevent the plate 8 from turning 3-fit when the cylinder 3 is turned.



   Instead of the cylinder 5 with the slots 6, a fixed rod could be provided to hold the plate 8 against rotation, which rod extends parallel to the vessel axis and passes through an opening at the edge of the plate 8.



   The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from the one described mainly in that a telescope extension 11 attached to the bottom of the housing is provided to hold the plate 8 'in place.



  As a result, the cylinder 5 with the guides 6 is eliminated in this embodiment.



  The container to be pressed out is shown as a folding can 12 in the present case. The plate 8 'can, however, also have a slot as a passage for the squeezed-together part of a tube and can be provided with rollers on both sides of the slot for pressing the tube together.



   In this embodiment according to FIG. 2, the cylinder 3 could also be smooth and serve only to accommodate the threaded members of the telescopic extension.



   Instead of accomplishing the rotation of the cylinder 3 in the described embodiments by means of the cover 2, z. B. be provided within the lid, a switching mechanism with a push button.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Device for emptying collapsible containers, characterized in that it has a housing for receiving the collapsible container which contains a device for squeezing out the contents of the container and means for actuating this device from outside the housing.

SUBSCRIBERS: 1. Device according to claim, characterized in that a cylinder provided with an internal thread is rotatably arranged in the housing, in which a standing with said thread in engagement-f plate is screwed, wherein means are provided which, when rotating the cylinder, a co-rotation of the Prevent plate.

2. Device according to claim and dependent claim -1, characterized in that a cylinder provided with slots is fixedly arranged in the housing between the plate circumference and the rotatable cylinder and the plate is in engagement with the thread by means of jaws protruding through these slots.

3. Device according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that at least one guide rod which is fixedly arranged parallel to the axis of the rotatable cylinder is provided in the housing and passes through an opening at the edge of the plate.

4. Device according to claim and dependent claim 1, for pressing out tubes, characterized in that the plate has a slot for receiving the tube part that is squeezed together and for compressing the tube.

5. Device according to claim and dependent claims 1 and 4, characterized in that rollers for compressing the tube are arranged on both sides of the slot.

6. Device according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that a telescopic extension for holding the plate against rotation is attached between the housing bottom and the plate.

7. Device according to claim and dependent claims 1 and 6, for squeezing tubes, characterized in that the plate has a slot as a passage for the squeezed part of the tube and on both sides of this slot rollers to compress the tube when moving the - plate.
