Description
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Das Ver- bindun,@,stück 1 besteht aus einem entspre- clierid der Form des Kanals gebogenen Profil stab und weist einen Mantel 2 und innen einen Ste!,;
3 auf, an welchen der Einsatz 4 aiisclilieLit, der parallel zum -Hantel liegt und auf einer Seite in axialer Richtung über den selben hinausragt. Das Ende des Kana-1- abseImittes 5 ist bi, zum. Anselila;
Connector in a channel. The invention relates to a connecting piece in a channel, for example in an air channel of a system for shutting off broken threads on spinning machines and is characterized by a sheath that carries a web on the inside, to which an insert part connects, which axially overlaps the coat protrudes.
Advantageously, the insert protrudes axially on one side from the web, and the end of one channel section is inserted between it and the jacket, while on the other side of the web the end of the other channel section is inserted into the jacket and firmly connected to the same.
In the drawing, an execution example of the invention is shown. The connection piece 1 consists of a profile rod which is bent in accordance with the shape of the channel and has a jacket 2 and inside a stem;
3, on which the insert 4 aiisclilieLit, which is parallel to the dumbbell and protrudes on one side in the axial direction over the same. The end of the middle of Kana-1 is bi, zum. Anselila;
- Liiiieeinschiebel on the web in the jacket and firmly connect with the same in a manner not shown, for example by riveting, screwing or spot welding. This connection is advantageously completed before the duct sections are brought to the final assembly site, which is often widely accessible, for example on a machine.
The end of the other channel section 6 is guided over the rounded edge 7 of the A set part and pushed into the slot ge, which is formed by the jacket and insert ge. The protruding edge of the insert part over the jacket has the task of guiding the channel section in such a way that it slides under the jacket without difficulty. Such a connection can therefore be installed significantly more easily than, for example. a screw connection, especially in hard-to-reach locations.
The canal section. 6 can move axially in the slot, so that minor inaccuracies in the channel lengths can be compensated for during assembly.
To improve the seal, the channel section 6 in the zone of the slot between the jacket and the insert can be provided with a coating made of a die.
The edge 8 of the Ste-es is rounded to achieve a niöglielist even transition from the channel section 5 to the insert to avoid the separation of particles entrained by the air flowing in the direction of the arrow 9, especially fibers, on protruding edges.
The connection is suitable for ducts with a circular and angular cross-sectional shape.
