Description

  

  Klammer zum bündelweisen Zusammenhalten isolierter Leitungsdrähte.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Klammer zum bündelweisen Zusammen  hafen isolierter Leitungsdrähte von elektri  schen     Schalttafeln    und dergleichen. Die  Klammer ist gekennzeichnet durch ein mit  zwei in der Mitte zweier gegenüberliegender  Seiten angeordneten, senkrecht hochgebogenen  Lappen ausgerüstetes rechteckiges Metall  bandst.ück, in das die Leitungsdrähte einzu  legen sind, sowie durch ein zweites, als     Ab-          sehluss    dienendes     Metallbandstück,    das mit  zwei Schlitzen zur Durchführung der Lappen  des ersten     Metallbandstückes    versehen ist, der  art,

   dass die beiden Lappen nach dem Auf  setzen des     Abschlussbandes    zwecks Arretie  rung seitlich umgebogen werden können.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des     Erfindungsgegenstandes    dargestellt.       Fig.1    zeigt das     Metallbandstück,    in das  die Leitungsdrähte einzulegen sind.  



       Fig.    2 zeigt das     Abschlussband.     



       Fig.3    zeigt eine fertig zusammengestellte  Klammer mit eingelegten Leitungsdrähten.  In     Fig.1    bedeutet 1 das rechteckige     Me-          tallbandstück,    an     dessen    Enden zwei in der  Mitte der Schmalseiten angeordnete Lappen 2  rechtwinklig und nach derselben Seite aufge  bogen sind.  



  Das     Abschlussband        (Fig.2)    ist an seinen  Enden 3 zur Versteifung rechtwinklig abge  bogen und mit zwei Schlitzen 4 versehen,  durch welche die Lappen 2 des ersten Metall  bandstückes beim Zusammensetzen der Klam  mer hindurchgeschoben werden.    Die Klammer kann aus dünnem Blech her  gestellt werden, wenn die Bänder zur Ver  steifung mit Rippen 5 in ihrer Längsrichtung       versehen    werden, wie in     Fig.    2 dargestellt, oder  aber ihre Längskanten 6 gemäss     Fig.1    nach  der den Leitungsdrähten abgewandten Seite  abgebogen werden.  



  Nach dem Einlegen der Leitungsdrähte 7  und Aufsetzen     des        Abschlussbandes    werden  die vorstehenden Teile der Lappen 2 seitlich  umgebogen, wie aus     Fig.3    ersichtlich. Die  Lappen können statt nach auswärts auch  gegeneinander umgebogen werden.  



  Als elektrischer und mechanischer Schutz  sind gemäss     Fig.    3 Streifen 8 aus Isoliermate  rial vorgesehen, die in die Klammer eingelegt  werden.

  The end tape (Figure 2) is bent at right angles abge at its ends 3 for stiffening and provided with two slots 4 through which the flap 2 of the first metal band piece when assembling the Klam mer are pushed. The clip can be made of thin sheet metal, if the bands for stiffening are provided with ribs 5 in their longitudinal direction, as shown in FIG. 2, or their longitudinal edges 6 are bent according to FIG. 1 after the side facing away from the lead wires.



  After the lead wires 7 have been inserted and the end tape has been attached, the protruding parts of the tabs 2 are bent over laterally, as can be seen from FIG. The flaps can also be bent against each other instead of outwards.



  As electrical and mechanical protection, 3 strips 8 of insulating mate are provided as shown in FIG. Rial, which are inserted into the clamp.
