Die <SEP> vorliegende <SEP> Erfindung <SEP> bezieht <SEP> sich
<tb> auf <SEP> ein <SEP> Kleingebläse <SEP> zur <SEP> Förderung <SEP> sekund licher <SEP> Mengen <SEP> von <SEP> 0,7. <SEP> bis <SEP> 3 <SEP> in- <SEP> mit <SEP> einem
<tb> Druckverhältnis <SEP> bis <SEP> zu <SEP> 1,7. <SEP> Sie <SEP> besteht <SEP> darin,
<tb> dass <SEP> das <SEP> Gebläse <SEP> eine <SEP> Mehrzahl <SEP> in <SEP> axialer
<tb> Richtung <SEP> hintereinander <SEP> angeordneter <SEP> und
<tb> mit. <SEP> einer <SEP> Umfangsgesehwindigkeit <SEP> bis <SEP> zu
<tb> 150 <SEP> m <SEP> sek <SEP> betriebener <SEP> Laufräder <SEP> von <SEP> gleicher
<tb> Form <SEP> und <SEP> Grösse <SEP> aufweist.
<SEP> Es <SEP> ist <SEP> zweckmässig,
<tb> wenn <SEP> die <SEP> Laufräder <SEP> in <SEP> ein <SEP> in <SEP> Gliederbauart
<tb> zusammenstellbares <SEP> Gehäuse <SEP> eingebaut <SEP> sind.
<tb> Die <SEP> Laufräder <SEP> können <SEP> samt <SEP> Schaufeln <SEP> als
<tb> Leielitmetallgussstüek, <SEP> z. <SEP> B. <SEP> in <SEP> Siluminguss,
<tb> angeordnet, <SEP> deren <SEP> Lagergehäuse <SEP> ausserhalb

<tb> die <SEP> Betriebssicherheit <SEP> für <SEP> die <SEP> in <SEP> Frage <SEP> kom menden <SEP> Drehzahlen <SEP> herabgesetzt <SEP> wird.
<SEP> Das

An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, specifically FIG. 1 shows in a graphical representation the working areas of the various types of merit.
Fig.2 shows an axial section through a small fan and Fig.3 shows a cross section through a running wheel and a diffuser in frontal to.
In the diagram according to Fig. 1. the pressure of a gaseous medium in mm W. S. is plotted on the ordinate a on a logarithmic scale and the volume conveyed per second on the abscissa b is also plotted on a logarithmic scale.
According to the state of the art and taking into account the economic viability of the various known compressor constructions in construction and operations with different pressure and flow ratios, the following distribution of the work area to be mastered for the known compressor types has emerged. Up to a pressure increase of about 1. m -N% '. S.
Only the fan, designed as a propeller fan or as a low, medium and high pressure fan, is used for the most varied of flow rates in accordance with the area designated with A, while in working area B to achieve slightly larger pressure increases for small ones Delivery rates the capsule blower is provided. In working area C, i.e. for flow rates over 3 m @ / sec with pressure increases of 1 m W. S. up to. several atmospheres, axial and centrifugal fans are used with advantage.
As is known, such machines are operated at high peripheral speeds, so that they are exposed to a significant centrifugal force and consequently the use of hochi conditions materials such as forged and quenched and tempered disks and rotors and thus require expensive constructions. In the case of multi-stage machines with differences between the initial and final pressure of several atmospheres, intercoolers must also be provided, which increase the cost and take up more space.
The operating characteristics of these machines are such that they have a good level of efficiency when calculating the flow rate and pressure increase on which they are based, but which decreases rapidly if these values are deviated from during operation. Working area D with delivery rates of approximately 0.1 to 3 m3 at a delivery pressure of 1 to 7 mW.
S. and a power requirement of around 1 to 100 HP is to be addressed as a border area which fans of normal design can no longer cope with in an economically satisfactory manner due to the already significant pressure increase.
One therefore helped oneself in this area with capsule blowers, that is to say with constructions that are exposed to strong wear when conveying media containing solid substances, or with centrifugal and axial fans, which are uneconomical in operations of the aforementioned type and are more expensive and for the Part of a lot of space-consuming type are justified only to achieve higher pressures and larger amounts of funding.
This drawback is remedied with the proposal according to the invention. Since no highly stressed construction parts are necessary for this small fan. it is possible to produce the same in a simple and inexpensive design without any loss of operational reliability and to operate it economically.
According to Fig. 2 and 3 are on both sides of the round housing 1 each a bearing housing -3 niit automatic Umlaufschmieiuing is flanged, in which ball bearings 3 are arranged. The impeller shaft 4 is mounted in these. On the shaft 4, the lay wheels 5 z. B. fastened by means of a wedge 6. The impellers 5 have a rear wheel disk 7 and a front cover disk 8, between which the fan blades 9 are embedded.
Depending on the design data, the blades 9 can have an exit curvature directed forwards or backwards in relation to the direction of rotation c. A partition 10 is installed between each two impellers = i, which is attached to an adjacent Ge läuseteil 1 'via guide vanes 16 and forms the flow channel 11 with this. The partition walls 10 are closed against the shaft -t S S by means of a comb-like sealing ring 72.
Each inlet hub of the impellers 5 is sealed against the flow channel 11 by means of a sealing ring 13 arranged in the housing parts 1 '. On the one hand, the housing 1 is connected to the inlet piece 14, which passes into the intake port 17, while on the opposite side, the spiral housing 15 with the outlet port 18 is arranged to receive the conveying medium. One or more intermediate inlet nozzles 19 are closed to the channels 11 connecting the intermediate stages.
With these it is possible to operate a plurality of suction points with different pressure and delivery conditions without using regulating elements.
The housing 1 is composed of a number of identical and therefore interchangeable parts, e.g. B. the annular Ge housing elements 1 'and the partitions 10, so that it can be assembled in a link design. With the pressure ratio of <B> 1.7 </B> required by the present small blower, the compressibility of the pumped medium without naelite part can be ignored, so that all impellers 5 are designed in the same shape and size.
This has the advantage that the number of steps required in the individual case can be provided with a number of identical elements by joining the corresponding sets of components to one another and at both ends with the inlet piece 14 and the spiral 1.5 can be assembled into a structural unit by means of axial tie bolts 20.
In order not to expose the rotating parts to high levels of stress and consequently to be able to make them in a simple and inexpensive way in cheap materials, the circumferential visibility of the impellers is never driven over 150 m / sec.
Such speeds result in centrifugal forces which can be withstood by cast, riveted or welded lane wheel constructions made of light metal or sheet steel without difficulty.
The small fan according to the invention is designed to generate a negative pressure on the suction side or to generate an overpressure on the outlet side. As an overpressure fan it is z. B. with advantage in the drinking water conditioning for the filter I cleaning, in the gas supply, in the Ilefefabrikalion and provided with burners equipped @ xer equipped Druekfenerungen.
As a suction fan, it is advantageous in the paper position for connection to the necessary suction devices, such as B. Siebsau ger, suction roll, felt suction device, also used in central dust extraction systems.
