Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines basischen Esters. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines basischen :sters. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man einen reaktionsfähigen Ester von lletliyl-di-n-propyl-essigsäure-(y- oxy-propyl)-ester, wie z.
B. einen Halogenwas- serstoff- oder Arylsulfonsäureester, mit Dime- thylamin -umsetzt. Die erhaltene neue Verbin dung, der Dimethylaminpropylester der Me- tliyl-cli-n-propyl-essigsäure, ist eine Base vom Siedepunkt. 129-1320 unter 11 nim Druck. Sie lässt sieh mit anorganischen oder organi schen Säuren in Salze überführen. Sie soll tlierapeutiselle Verwendung finden.
Beispiel; <B><U>23,5</U></B> Teile des aus llethyl-di-n-pl-opyl-essig- säurechlorid Lind Propylenchlorhydrin erhal tenen Methyl-di-n-propyl-essigsäure-(y-chlor- prop3-1)-esters werden in der Wärme mit 9 Teilen Dimethylamin umgesetzt. Das Gemisch wird in verdünnter Salzsäure gelöst und durch Ausschütteln mit Äther von geringen Mengen von Neutralteilen befreit.
Aus der sauren, ivässrigen Lösung wird hierauf durch Zusatz von konzentriertem Ammoniak der basische Ester abgeschieden. Er wird in Äther aufge nommen, die ätherische Lösung mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Der nach dem Ab destillieren des Äthers als Rückstand erhal tene Dimethy laminopropylester der Methyl- di-n-propyl-essigsäure siedet bei 129-132 unter 11 mm Druck.
