Description
Schleuderpumpe.
Centrifugal pump. The invention relates to a novel centrifugal pump for thin and thick liqs fluids, which works easily in any direction of rotation, left and right rotation. The pump is based on the principle of centrifugal or centrifugal force. The greatest possible operational safety is therefore guaranteed. The drawn in Fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the subject invention representing pump has a drive shaft 1 and a rotating disk B. The housing consists of the lower part 5 and the upper part 6 with outlet pipe 4. The work process is very simple. The drive is carried out by shaft 1, which with the disc 8, which is provided with radial holes 2, and hollow pin 3 consists of one piece.
The verbun with the cavity of the pin 3 which holes 2 can be attached in any number, depending on Be allowed. The pump must always be under the liquid to be conveyed up to the housing cover 6 so that the bores 2, the cavity 3 and the collecting chamber 7 are full of liquid. If the disc 8, which is full of liquid, is set in rotary motion by the drive shaft 1 (whether to the right or to the left), then according to the law of centrifugal force. the liquid located in the holes 2. thrown or pressed into the annular space 7 and pressed over the outlet pipe 4 to the desired location.
This natural process creates a strong negative pressure (suction) in the hollow pin 3, which means that just as much liquid is sucked in as is pushed out through the outlet pipe 4. becomes. The pump is therefore a suction and pressure pump.
