Material-Transporteinriebtung.
Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt eines Details der Transporteinrichtung,
Material transport payment.
The invention relates to a material transport device, in particular for transporting and handling vehicle chassis during manufacture.
The use of a continuously running transport device, e.g. B. a treadmill is common in the automotive industry. The first structure to be placed on the transport device is usually a prepared frame. For convenience, the frame is first fastened horizontally to the transport device, but reversed from the position it occupies in the finished vehicle. This allows the installation of those parts which are attached to the underside of the frame without the difficulties that arise when working on the underside of the structure. For example, the rear axle of certain vehicles is built to be easier to mount when the frame is turned over.
When all parts are attached to the underside of the frame, the chassis 900 is pivoted about the longitudinal axis into a vertical position. In this position the chassis is guided through a spray booth in which a layer of paint is applied.
When the paint application is complete, the chassis is rotated another 900 to a horizontal position. The two rotations indicated above take place in the same direction, in such a way that the chassis moves from the kelirten position to the normal position, where further components are attached, which are best mounted from the top of the chassis.
The transport device according to the invention, which also permits such alanipulations, is characterized by an upper running rail arranged in a closed circuit, a yoke running on this rail, a member rotatably held in the yoke with a plurality of arms on the outer ends of the arms mounted rollers and a backdrop with immobile channels in which the rollers are guided.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, namely:
1 shows a cross section of a detail of the transport device,
Fig. 2 shows a cross section of the device with an inserted frame including axis in the wrong position,
3 shows a cross-section of the device with the frame and the axle in the position for applying the paint,
FIG. 4 shows a cross section of the device with the frame and the axle in the position which they assume in the finished vehicle, and FIG
Fig. 5 is a floor plan of the backdrop, which indicates the arrangement of the channels on the backdrop.
According to FIG. 1, a yoke 11, which is provided with rollers 12, hangs on the running rail 10. A star 13 is rotatably mounted in the sleeve 14 on the lower part of the yoke 11. The star 13 has a plurality of radial arms 15 which carry rollers 16 at the ends.
In the embodiment shown, there are nine arms 1 'to 9' and rollers 1 '' to 9 ", of which the roller 1 '' on the vertical arm 1 'is in engagement with the: channel 1"' of the link 17, which is rigidly attached to the underside of the rail 10.
According to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the frame 18 to be transported with the axle 19 installed is carried by a loop 20.
The loop 20 can consist of a rope, a wire rope, a chain or any other strong flexible organ. However, it is advantageous to design at least one piece of the loop 20 as a chain, since the loop 20 must inevitably attack the star 13. The star 13 is connected to a sprocket, whose teeth are in the chain piece of the loop 20 intervention. A rotation of the star 13 in the sleeve 14 therefore causes a corresponding movement of the loop 20. In order to bring about a positive movement of the frame 18 with the visual loop 20, a holder 21 is arranged on the visual loop, away from the chain wheel.
The gate 17 is provided according to FIG. 5 with immovable channels 1 "'to 9"', which are assigned to the rollers 1 "to 9" and are arranged in the manner shown in the figure.
The yoke runs along the running rail 10 in a clockwise direction in FIG. As long as the backdrop by means of the part of the channel 1 "'which is parallel to the rail" guides the roller 1 ", the frame 18 is in the position according to FIG. 2, so that the work can be carried out on the underside of the frame. At point A, the star 13 begins to rotate in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. 2. Before the roller 1 "is released from the channel 1" ', the roller 2 "enters the channel 2"' so that the rotation of the star 13 continues .
Since there is an engagement between the loop 20 and the star, a rotation of the star 13 also causes a rotation of the holder 21 and the frame 18 about the longitudinal axis of the frame. The roles successively and regularly alternately enter the corresponding channels of the link 17 until the role 7 ″, which is guided by the channel 7 ″, is perpendicular to the top. At this point B the frame has been brought into a substantially vertical position for painting. It is the position shown in FIG. At this point B, the channel 7 '' 'changes its direction and runs along the center of the rail 10 a distance as is necessary to complete the application of the paint.
In this way, further rotation of the star 13 and the frame is prevented during the painting.
At point C, at the end of the painting process, the channel 7 "'deviates again from the center line of the rail 10, and the rotation of the star 13 and the frame 18 continues until the roller 3" enters the twelfth channel 3 "' , that is until the star 13 has made approximately a total of one and third revolutions. This brings the frame into the normal position shown in Fig. 4. When the center line of the twelfth channel of the gate 17 merges at point D into the center line of the guide rail 10, the arm runs 3 'parallel to the rail 10. As a result, the frame remains in the upright position until the work is finished and the frame is transferred to another transport device.
The running rail 10 is of course arranged in a closed circuit. After the chassis has been suspended from the loop 20, the center line of the channel 3 ″ 'of the link 17 at point E deviates from the center line of the running rail 10 in such a way that the previous direction of rotation is reversed.
The star 13 is then returned to its starting position through twelve channels in the backdrop. The last channel 1 "'of this reverse sequence must of course, as shown in FIG. 5, merge into the initially mentioned channel 1"'. There is therefore an automatic reversal to the starting position for the purpose of receiving a new frame.
