Description

  

      sicherungamutter.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Sicherungsmutter, welche insbesondere  für     Schraubenverbindungen    an Maschinen  teilen bestimmt ist, die Erschütterungen aus  gesetzt sind. Erfindungsgemäss besitzt die  Sicherungsmutter einen Ansatz, welcher min  destens einen Schlitz aufweist. Der äussere  Gewindedurchmesser der Mutter verkleinert  sich allmählich auf der Länge des Ansatzes,  während der innere Gewindedurchmesser auf  der ganzen Länge der Mutter konstant bleibt.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel der Erfindung im Schnitt  dargestellt. Die dargestellte Mutter 1 besitzt  einen konischen Ansatz 2     (honuswinkel    etwa  250), welcher mindestens einen Schlitz 3 auf  weist. Der innere Gewindedurchmesser d ist  auf der ganzen Länge der Mutter konstant,  der äussere Gewindedurchmesser dl dagegen  bleibt zuerst konstant und nachher verklei  nert er sich allmählich auf der Länge des An  satzes, gleich dem Durchmesser einer koni-    sehen Fläche, mit einem Winkel von etwa<B>22</B>       bis    60.  



  Wird nun eine Schraube, deren Durch  messer demjenigen des untern Teils der Mut  ter entspricht, eingeschraubt, so wird, sobald  das     Schraubenende    in den obern Teil der Mut  ter kommt., der Ansatz 2     auseinandergedrückt,     was durch den Schlitz 3 ermöglicht wird.  Durch die     elastische    Wirkung des Ansatzes 2  entsteht auf der Länge dieses Ansatzes eine  erhöhte Reibung, was das selbsttätige Lösen  der     Schraubenverbindung    verhindert. Die  Stärke der Reibung kann je nach Verwen  dungszweck der Sicherungsmutter gewählt  werden.
