Kellerumfassungswand.
Cellar enclosure wall. Basement enclosing walls have so far mostly been designed as solid concrete walls. These were protected against the ingress of water or moisture by applying a waterproof skin (smooth coating or painting with Goudron or the like) on the outside. has been.
In front of this was a stone packing or stone hut. through which the water flows down. and in one on the foundation ledge; pipe, which in turn drains the water into the sewerage system.
The basement wall according to the present invention is characterized by the fact that the wall is hollow and is built on a water channel arranged on the foundation wall and is made up of components, of which at least some of the elements used on the outside of the wall are provided with water inlet openings is, while inside the wall the components are combined to form a wall.
In the accompanying drawings, two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown as an example. They show: FIG. 7 a view of a cellar wall, FIG. 2 a section along line I-1 in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 a section along line II-11 in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 a cellar wall in a second Embodiment in view, FIG. 5 a section along line III-III in FIG. 4,
6 shows a section along line IV-IV in FIG. 7 and FIG. 7 shows a view of a basement wall panel in the arrow direction according to FIG. 6.
The foundation wall 1 of both examples is useful with. Portland cement or bound with hydraulic lime. The prefabricated concrete gutter stones 2 lie on this. These are provided with a continuous water drainage channel 3, which by sub-walls of the gutters 2 with. a local order 1. receives a gradient. and is connected to the drainage water collector at the lowest point. The wall is hollow.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the feet 4 of the concrete columns 5 are transverse to the water channel and protrude into this for guiding and transferring the horizontal pressure of the earth masses to the foundation wall in their water channel. The columns 5 in the case of FIGS. 1 and 3 have the cross-section of a simple T, but could also have a double T shape.
The long sides of the legs are provided with grooves b, while in the end face of the web a wooden strip 7 is concreted in, which is used to attach the inner wall bil Denden prefabricated panels. The outer wall panels 8 made of concrete are inserted into the grooves 6. These can be reinforced by ribs.
The outer wall panels are provided with openings 9 and 10, of which those located inside the soil allow the groundwater to penetrate into the cavity of the blue and its drainage through the channel 8, while the openings above the soil are used to ventilate the cavity .
The gutter stones 2, the columns 5 and the wall panels 8 are expediently manufactured in the workshop. The wall panels 8 serve not only as outer wall panels, but also for stiffening between the pillars 5. The wall panels 8 make the stone packing or stone pouring arranged in front of the cellar enclosing walls of the previous type superfluous.
As the inner wall panels who the prefabricated, commercially available, heat-insulating building panels 12 used, which are provided with a waterproof coating 13 on the side facing the basement room. The columns 5 are connected on their upper side with .einem reinforced concrete ring 14 with appropriate means.
The wreath 14 on which the building is based and which transfers the load to the pillars 5 is expediently made in the course of the construction. But it can also be cast from individual parts that are strung together with each other and with the pillars when building the house.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6, a base 2 made of concrete is again placed on the foundation. This in turn has a continuous water drainage channel 3. On the sole 2 are in front of fabricated, provided with water inlet openings 9 outer wall panels 16 made of concrete, which have a U-shaped cross-section, placed.
The longitudinal ribs 17 and 18 of two adjacent outer wall panels each form a concrete column. In the two longitudinal ribs 17 and 18 conical recesses 19 are provided, in which serving to connect the plates to each other, consisting of concrete or iron wedge pieces 20 with Mör tel are used tightly. This prevents the sides of one element from being displaced against the sides of the other element.
The number of these wedge pieces used depends on the height of the ele ments and the static requirements. The outer wall panel ribs can also have openings 21, into which nut screws or similar fastening elements are used, which firmly connect the individual panels to one another. The number of these connections also depends on the circumstances. The outer wall panels have transverse ribs 22 to increase their inherent rigidity. Finally, openings 23 are also provided above for the implementation of anchor irons or anchor bolts.
The plates 16 also have openings 9 that let the ground water through to the gutter.
According to the exemplary embodiment of FIGS. 4 to 6, special attention must be paid to the fact that the joints of the individual U-shaped outer wall panels do not allow the seepage water to pass through. For this purpose, recesses 24 are provided, which plates are pelted with mortar on the inside 25 after moving the U-shaped outer wall. A slat 26 is then pressed into these recesses. It is thus a seal he testifies that with certainty. prevents the water from seeping through the inner wall panel 27 into the basement.
The holes 28 serve to drain water that has penetrated into the joint between the longitudinal ribs 17 and 18.
The inner wall is the same as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
By installing an air duct in the wall, which has an upper opening to the outside air and a lower opening above the basement floor, good cellar ventilation can be achieved without significant additional costs and the drainage channel can be opened by attaching openings with covers to the inner wall and the drainage area can be easily cleaned,
which was impossible with the previous designs of the cellar enclosing walls with upstream stone fill.
As can be seen from the description and the drawings, the present invention makes it possible, compared to a solid cement wall, to save cement in the construction of the cellar enclosure wall and at the same time to design the insulation of the cellar against cold more favorably than with solid concrete walls. At the same time, it is possible to reduce the working time for the production of the wall on the construction site and to make the production of the wall more independent of the weather.
