Raum-Heizeinrichtung.
\'. Room heating device. In the known Deekenheizungen the heating elements are either built directly into the ceiling of the room to be heated or embedded, or large-area radiators are provided which are suspended from the ceiling. However, there are major disadvantages for buildings constructed in a monolithic manner. Are the heating elements, e.g. B. heating pipes of a hot water or steam heating system embedded directly in the ceiling of the room to be heated, the ceiling is heated very strongly at least in places.
The strong warming results in an expansion of the ceiling, and forces occur which can assume very considerable values, such that an otherwise absolute. unnecessary reinforcement, which increases the building costs. This disadvantage is eliminated by the present invention.
The subject of the present invention is a Raumheizeinriehtung in which in the wall of the room to be heated at least one open to the room zii space is recessed, in which a thermally-insulated by a compressible insert against the wall, at least one Heizele- nient. containing plate is arranged.
The recess of such a space, e.g. B. in the middle part of a ceiling, wall or floor, z. In reinforced concrete construction, for example, this is generally permissible and, if necessary, it does no harm if the plate protrudes a few centimeters.
The thickness of the thermally insulating insert is advantageously chosen so that, on the one hand, inadmissible warming of the ceiling, wall or floor is prevented and, on the other hand, the expansion of the plate that occurs as a result of the heating can be absorbed by it thanks to its compressibility, without in too much large forces can be transferred to the ceiling, wall or floor.
The device can easily be designed so that it is not objectionable from an aesthetic point of view.
In the drawing, part of an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown schematically. 1 shows a vertical section along line AA in FIG. 2 through part of a reinforced concrete building with ceiling heating, FIG. 2 shows a section along line BB in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a section along line CC in FIG larger letter.
On the underside of the ceiling 1 of the monolithic reinforced concrete building shown in vertical section in FIG. 1, the reinforcement of which is not shown in the drawing, a downwardly open space is cut out in which a radiator is arranged. This heating body consists of a plate 2 made of concrete.
Wood cement or the like, in which support elements 3 made of reinforced concrete and a mounted on this, in turns over approximated to the entire surface of the plate 2 ge led heating pipe 4 are embedded. Is between the plate 2 and the ceiling 1, laterally and above the latter, a compressible, heat-insulating insert 5, z. B. from cork pellets or fiberglass mats, arranged. The plate 2 hangs on wires 6 which are anchored in the support elements 3 and the ends of which protruding from the plate 3 and are intertwined in pairs penetrate the insert 5 and are concreted in the ceiling 1.
The heating pipe 4 is connected to a hot water or steam heating system by means of the connecting pipes 7 and 8 laid in the ceiling 1 on the one hand to the flow pipe 9 and on the other hand to the return pipe 10, the latter being led up in a column 11 of the reinforced concrete building.
At the connection point of the heating pipe 4 is adjacent to the space in the ceiling 1, in which the plate 2 is recessed, another, smaller space around 12, in which the connecting pieces 13 and 14 of the heating pipe 4 and a dilation bend each 15 and 16 of the connecting pipes 7 and 8 are located. The manufacture and assembly of the facility described be done, for.
B. on the spot in the following way: After creating the formwork for the ceiling 1 of the reinforced concrete building, the support elements 3 together with the wires 6 in the position that they should definitely occupy, placed on this formwork and then the heating pipe 4 attached to them and connected to the flow line 9 and the return line 10 by the connecting pipes 7 and 8. Thereupon a lateral formwork for the plate 2 is created on the formwork for the ceiling 1 and this plate 2 is poured from concrete or other material.
After sufficient setting of the plate 2, the formwork is removed and the insert 5 made of cork pellets, glass fiber mats or the like attached, the wires 6 protruding from the top of the plate 2 through this insert 5 are carried out. Only then is the reinforcement of the ceiling 1 applied and finally the ceiling 1 itself is poured onto the formwork.
The plate containing the heating pipe 4 can, however, also be produced for you elsewhere and laid in the finished state on the formwork for the ceiling.
The reef 12 to be cut out in the ceiling 1 is advantageously provided in such a way that it is accessible from above, so that the uniformity and the appearance of the underside of the ceiling 1 are not disturbed.
The plate 2 is heated by the heating tube 4. Since the compressible insert 5 is angeord net between this plate and the cover 1, the cover 1 itself is only warmed up behaves little. Since the expansion of the plate 2, which occurs as a result of the heating, can be absorbed by the compressible insert 5 without any further information, inadmissible forces act neither on the ceiling nor on the plate itself. The dilation bends 15 and 16 of the connecting pipes 7 and 8 absorb the displacement movements of the connecting pieces 13 and 14 of the heating pipe 4 that occur when the temperature changes.
Instead of the dilation bends 15 and 16 of the connection pipes 7 and 8, the ends of the heating pipe 4 protruding from the plate 2 could also be elastic or flexible. Instead of the concrete support elements 3 provided in the illustrated case, elements made of wood or iron could also be used to which the wires 6 would have to be attached. Finally, instead of a heating pipe 4 connected to a hot water or steam heater, electrical heating elements could also be provided.
In the ceiling of each room to be heated in the building, a radiator whose radiating surface is in a suitable ratio to the required heating power can be arranged. Under certain circumstances, however, it is more advantageous to provide two or more such radiators in one room. In exactly the same way, radiators can be arranged in walls or in the floor of a room.
The heating body described, which can be used not only for heating, but also to cool a room under certain circumstances, can not only be used in buildings that are built in monolithic construction, but also in steel frame buildings with the same advantages. \ '.
