Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Zeitmessung.         Gegenstand    der vorliegenden Erfindung       ist    ein Verfahren zur Messung der Zeit, wel  ches sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass eine  Flüssigkeit von einem Gefäss in ein Rohr ab  tropft und umgekehrt, wobei die abgetropfte       Flüssigkeitsmenge    ein Mass für die Zeit ist.  



  Die beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht       ein    Ausführungsbeispiel einer Vorrichtung  zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen  Verfahrens.  



  Das     Flüssigkeitsbehältersystem    ist allseitig       geschlossen    und luftleer. Der Behälter a dient  dazu, um erstmals die Flüssigkeit aufzuneh  men, welche nötig ist, die Röhre b durch Ab  tropfen zu füllen. Der     übergang    von a zu b,  der Hals, ist innenseitig so gestaltet, dass die  Flüssigkeit abtropft. Die Flüssigkeit fällt vom  Behälter a in der Röhre b nach unten, und  der Flüssigkeitsspiegel steigt allmählich in  der Röhre b an, so dass an der Skala c die  Stundenzahl von unten nach oben abgelesen  werden kann. Der     Verschlusskörper    d schliesst  die Röhre b unten ab.    Nach 24 Stunden, wenn die Röhre b bis  oben gefüllt ist, wird das Gerät um l80  ge  dreht; der Vorgang geht jetzt umgekehrt vor  sich.

   Die Röhre b ist voll Flüssigkeit, der  Behälter     a.    leer, und die Flüssigkeit tropft  durch den Hals von der Röhre b in den nun  unten befindlichen Behälter a ab, so dass an  der Skala c die jeweilige Stundenzahl von  oben nach unten abgelesen werden kann.  



  Falls das Gerät einmal nicht im richtigen  Zeitpunkt umgedreht worden ist, kann die  verschiebbar gelagerte Stundenskala nach  oben oder unten verstellt werden und der  Flüssigkeitsspiegel auf den der Tageszeit ent  sprechenden     Skalawert    eingestellt werden.
