Description

       

  Vorrichtung zum Führen eines Fadens auf eine Spule einer Textilmaschine.    Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Führen  des Fadens auf eine Spule einer Textil  maschine war ein unbeweglicher Fadenführer  über der Spule angebracht. Das Entfernen  der Spule brachte Schwierigkeiten, jedenfalls  aber Zeitverlust mit. sich.  



  Der Zweck der Erfindung besteht darin,  diesen Zeitverlust zu ersparen, was dadurch  erreicht wird, dass der Fadenführer zur Ent  fernung einer unter ihm befindlichen Spule  verstellbar ist.  



  In beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 ist eine Seitenansicht und       Fig.    2 ein Grundriss.  



  An einem feststehenden Teil 1 der     Zwirn-          oder    Spinnmaschine ist über jeder Spule  ein Fadenführer 3 schwenkbar gelagert. Der       letztere    besitzt eine offene     öse        -1    zur Einfüh  rung des Fadens. Der Schaft des Fadenfüh  rers 3 ist im einen     Scharnierteil    5 mittels  Schraube 6 befestigt. und in seiner Arbeits  lage durch Lappen 7 gegen seitliches Ver  schieben gesichert. Der zweite     Scharnierteil    8       ist    an der Maschine festgelegt. Zum Entfer-         nen    der Spule 2 wird der Fadenführer nach.  oben umgeklappt, womit Platz über der Spule  frei wird.

   Ein Anschlag 9 hält den     FadenfÜh-          rer    in seiner waagrechten Lage.

  On a stationary part 1 of the twisting or spinning machine, a thread guide 3 is pivotably mounted above each bobbin. The latter has an open loop -1 for introducing the thread. The shaft of the thread guide 3 is attached in a hinge part 5 by means of a screw 6. and in its working position secured by flaps 7 against lateral displacement. The second hinge part 8 is fixed to the machine. To remove the bobbin 2, the thread guide is after. folded up, which frees up space above the spool.

   A stop 9 holds the thread guide in its horizontal position.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zum Führen eines Fadens auf eine Spule einer Textilmaschine, gekenn zeichnet durch einen Fadenführer, der zur Entfernung einer unter ihm befindlichen Spule verstellbar ist. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenführer in seiner waagrechten Arbeitslage durch einen Anschlag (9) gehalten wird und nach oben umklappbar ist. 2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Lappen (7), der den Fadenführer in der Ar beitslage gegen seitliches Verschieben sichert. 3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, wie in der Zeich nung dargestellt und in bezug darauf be schrieben.
