L'objet de la présente invention est une montre-bracelet, ou une montre de poche, avec dispositif permettant de déterminer l'heure dans les vingt-quatre fuseaux ho raires par rapport à n'importe quel fuseau horaire.
Cette montre est caractérisée par une lu nette mobile concentriquement au cadran de la montre, et comportant des secteurs munis chacun d'un repère (par exemple une pointe) et portant des noms géographiques des fu seaux horaires correspondants.
La lunette mobile peut comporter douze ou vingt-quatre secteurs; dans ce dernier cas, les aiguilles de la montre seront conduites par une cadrature 24 heures, et les heures du cadran de la montre se succéderont de 1 à 24 sur un seul tour.
Pour déterminer l'heure d'un fuseau ho raire quelconque, il suffit de placer le repère du secteur de lunette correspondant au fu seau horaire où l'on se trouve vis-à-vis de la pointe de l'aiguille des heures de la montre, et on pourra lire l'heure de chacun de tous les autres fuseaux horaires en regard du sec teur correspondant à ce fuseau; l'aiguille des minutes conserve constamment sa fonction. Le secteur marqué Greenwich est pris comme méridien original international. Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'inven tion; c'est une vue de face, côté du cadran, et à une échelle agrandie.
La forme d'exécution représentée com porte une boîte de montre-bracelet 1, por tant la lunette 2, à bord moleté 3, fixée à frottement gras sur la carrure par des moyens connus, 4 est le cadran de la montre, 5 est l'aiguille des heures, celle-ci est munie spé cialement d'un renflement 6, pour la distin guer nettement de l'aiguille des minutes, et d'un prolongement 7, s'étendant jusqu'au tour des minutes à l'encontre des pointes 8 de la lunette tournante. La lunette 2 comporte douze secteurs présentant chacun une pointe 8 et portant chacun des noms géographiques caractéristiques des fuseaux horaires corres pondants.
