Description

  

      Mehrzweckgerät    mit     Luftansaugvorrichtung.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Mehrzweckgerät, bei dem eine als Halter aus  gebildete     Luftansaugvorrichtung    die Verbin  dung mit auswechselbaren Zusatzteilen ermög  licht, so dass mit dem Gerät verschiedene Ar  beiten ausgeführt werden können.  



  Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei  spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes mit mehre  ren Zusatzteilen.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die     Luftansaugvorrichtung     mit einem Saugmundstück im     Seitenriss,    wozu       Fig.    2 eine Untersicht ist.  



       Fig.    3 veranschaulicht die     Luftansaugvor-          riehtung    in Verbindung mit einem Arbeits  gerät im Längsschnitt, wozu       Fig.    4 eine Untersicht ist.  



       Fig.    5 und 6 stellen eine Variante zu     Fig.    3  und 4 dar.  



       Fig.7    zeigt die Verbindung der     Luftan-          saugvorrichtung    mit einem andern Arbeitsge  rät im Längsschnitt.  



  Die     Luftansaugvorrichtung    1 besitzt in  einem Gehäuse 2 eingeschlossen. einen elek  trischen Antriebsmotor (auf der Zeichnung  nicht hervorgehoben). Der Antriebsmotor  wirkt auf eine Welle 3, die nahe einer koni  schen Verjüngung 4 am vordern Ende des  Gehäuses 2 einen Windflügel 5 trägt, von  dem ein Luftkanal 6 zu einem Staubsack 7  führt, der mittels     Bajonettverschluss    8 am     Ge-          -häuse    2 lösbar     befestigt    ist. Ausserhalb der  Nabe des Windflügels 5 sitzt auf der Welle  3 eine Kappe 3a mit Bund 3b.

      Am Gehäuse 2 ist eine Tragschlaufe 9 und  ein Schalter 10 für den Antriebsmotor ange  ordnet, so dass durch Einfahren mit der Hand  unter die Schlaufe die     Luftansaugvorrichtung     1 und damit das ganze Gerät mit der Hand  gehalten und der Schalter mit dem Daumen  dieser Hand betätigt werden kann. Das Ge  häuse weist bei der konischen Verjüngung 4  Winkelschlitze für einen     Bajonettverschluss     und am engsten Teil einen     Anschlussstutzen     11 auf. Diese Winkelschlitze sind in der Zeich  nung nicht dargestellt.  



  Nach     Fig.    1 und 2 ist mit der     Luftansaug-          vorrichtung    ein Saugmundstück 12 verbun  den. Dieses hat einen Anschluss in Form eines  konischen Stutzens 13, der auf den Anschluss  stutzen 11 passt und den andern Teil des  Bajonettverschlusses, nämlich     Zapfschrauben     14 aufweist. Mit diesen     Zapfschrauben    14 ist  das Saugmundstück 12 in den Winkelschlitzen  gegen Drehen gesichert. Durch Lösen und  Herausführen der     Zapfschrauben    14 aus den  Winkelschlitzen kann das Saugmundstück 12  von der     Luftansaugvorrichtung    1 gelöst wer  den.  



  Das beschriebene Gerät kann in dieser Ver  bindung als Staubsauger für den Hausge  brauch Verwendung finden.  



  Nach     Fig.    3 und 4 ist die     Luftansaugvor-          richtung    mit einem Zusatzteil mit     Striegelein-          richtung    verbunden. Dieser besitzt ein Ge  häuse 16 mit einem Stutzen 17, der wie der      Stutzen 13 des     Saugmundstückes    12 auf den       Anschlussstiltzen    11 der     Luftansaugvorrich-          tung    1 passt und     Zapfschrauben    14 aufweist.  



  Im Gehäuse 16 ist     ein    Triebwerk vorge  sehen, das eine Welle 18 aufweist, die koaxial  zur Welle 3 der     Luftansaugvorrichtung    1  liegt und durch eine an ihr angeordnete  Schraubenfeder 19 mit der Welle 3 gekuppelt  ist, indem die Schraubenfeder 19 über die  Kappe     3a    gestülpt ist und unter Spannung  am Bund 3b ansteht. In Seitenwänden 15 des  Gehäuses sind     schneckenförmige    Bürsten 20  gelagert, die durch ein     Stirnradgetriebe    21     mit     der Welle 18     verbunden    sind. In der     Fig.    3  ist nur die Welle der hintern Bürste gezeigt,  während die Bürste selbst der Deutlichkeit  halber weggelassen ist.

   Zwischen den Bürsten  20 liegt eine     Striegeleinrichtung    von ovalem       Grimdriss        mit    einem geraden Eisen 22. Diese       Einrichtung    ist an einem zentralen Schaft 23  befestigt, der im Gehäuse 16 vertikal ver  schiebbar und an einem auf dem Gehäuse 16  drehbar angeordneten Betätigungshebel 24       angelenkt    ist. Dieser Schaft 23 hat dabei  einen Längsschlitz     23a,    durch den die Welle  18 hindurchgeht und der die Vertikalverschie  bung des Schaftes gestattet.

   Im Betätigungs  hebel 24 ist eine Stellschraube 25 vorgesehen,  und eine Zugfeder 26 sucht die     Striegelein-          richtung    stets in der durch die Einstellung  der Stellschraube 25 gegebenen Höhenlage zu  halten. Die Welle 18 ist durch ein Winkel  getriebe 27 mit einer Kurbel 28 verbunden,  die in eine Kulisse 29 des     Striegeleisens    22  greift. 30 ist eine Führung zur Parallelver  schiebung der     Striegeleinrichtung    beim Ver  ändern von deren Höhenlage mittels des Be  tätigungshebels 24.  



  Das mit dem soeben beschriebenen Zusatz  teil versehene Gerät kann als     Viehputzvor-          richtung    Verwendung finden, wobei das     dureli     die Kurbel 28 hin und her bewegte Striegel  eisen 22 durch     Kratzwirkung        Unreinigkeiten     und Staub vom Fell des Tieres löst, die.  Bürsten die gelösten Teile vom Fell weg  wischen und die     Luftansaugvorrichtung    diese  Teile absaugt. Die Höhenlage der Striegelein-         richtung    kann auch während der Arbeit durch  die Stellschraube 25 eingestellt werden.  



  Nach     Fig.    5     -Lind    6 sind in einem trommel  artigen Gehäuse 31 mit einem     Anschlussstut-          zen    17 zur Verbindung     mit    dem Anschluss  stutzen 11 der     Luftansaugvorrichtung        schnek-          kenförmige    Bürsten 32 nahe     beieinander    und  innerhalb einer     Striegeleinrichtung    gelagert.  die einen ringförmigen Teil 33 und parallel  zu den Bürstenwellen verlaufende Teile 34  aufweist. Der Teil 33 ist von einem nicht ge  zeichneten, ringförmigen Gummiteil umgeben.

    Die     Striegeleinrichtung    ist durch einen Bügel  35 im Gehäuse 31 gehalten, welcher Bügel  durch eine gleiche Betätigungseinrichtung 24,  25, 26 höhenverstellbar ist     wie    die Striegel  einrichtung des Zusatzteils gemäss     Fig.    3 und  4. Die Bürsten 32 sind durch ein Getriebe 36  über die Welle 18, Feder 19, Kappe     3a    mit  Bund 3b mit der Welle 3 der     Luftansaugvor-          riehtung    1 verbunden.  



  Auch das mit diesem Zusatzteil versehene  Gerät findet vorzugsweise als     Viehputzvor-          richtung    Verwendung, wobei die     Kratzwir-          kung    der     Striegeleinrichtung    durch Hin- und  Herbewegen des Gerätes auf dem Fell des  Tieres erzielt wird und die Höhenlage der       Striegeleinrichtung    mittels des Betätigungs  hebels 24 eingestellt werden kann. 'Dieser  Zusatzteil kann an Stelle des an Hand der       Fig.    3 und 4 beschriebenen Teils treten.  



  Beim Zusatzteil nach     Fig.7    ist in einem  Gehäuse 37, das wieder an den Anschluss  stutzen 11 der     Luftansaugvorrichtung    1 an  geschlossen ist, eine Antriebseinrichtung 18,  19, 3a,     3b    vorhanden. Die Welle 18 dieser  Einrichtung ist durch ein Stirngetriebe 38 mit  einer Welle 39 in Verbindung,     auf    die eine  Schmirgelscheibe 40 aufgesteckt ist. Mit der  Welle 39 steht durch ein Winkelgetriebe 41  eine Vertikalwelle 42 in Verbindung, die eine  Polierscheibe 43 trägt.  



  Das mit dem. letztbeschriebenen Zusatz  teil versehene Gerät kann als Schmirgel- und  Polierapparat Verwendung finden, wobei die  Schmirgelscheibe 40 noch gegen einen Schmir  gelkopf 44 ausgewechselt werden kann.

  The air intake device 1 is enclosed in a housing 2. an electric drive motor (not highlighted in the drawing). The drive motor acts on a shaft 3 which carries a wind vane 5 near a conical taper 4 at the front end of the housing 2, from which an air duct 6 leads to a dust bag 7 which is releasably attached to the housing 2 by means of a bayonet lock 8 . Outside the hub of the wind vane 5, a cap 3a with a collar 3b sits on the shaft 3.

      On the housing 2 is a strap 9 and a switch 10 for the drive motor is arranged, so that the air intake device 1 and thus the entire device can be held by hand and the switch can be operated with the thumb of this hand by moving your hand under the loop . In the conical taper, the housing has 4 angular slots for a bayonet lock and a connecting piece 11 on the narrowest part. These angular slots are not shown in the drawing.



  According to FIGS. 1 and 2, a suction mouthpiece 12 is connected to the air suction device. This has a connection in the form of a conical stub 13, which fits on the connection stub 11 and has the other part of the bayonet lock, namely pivot screws 14. With these tapping screws 14, the suction mouthpiece 12 is secured against turning in the angled slots. By loosening and removing the tapping screws 14 from the angled slots, the suction nozzle 12 can be released from the air intake device 1.



  The device described can be used in this connection as a vacuum cleaner for domestic use.



  According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the air suction device is connected to an additional part with a harrow device. This has a housing 16 with a connection piece 17 which, like the connection piece 13 of the suction mouthpiece 12, fits onto the connecting pieces 11 of the air intake device 1 and has socket screws 14.



  In the housing 16, an engine is easily seen, which has a shaft 18 which is coaxial with the shaft 3 of the air intake device 1 and is coupled to the shaft 3 by a helical spring 19 arranged on it by the helical spring 19 being slipped over the cap 3a and pending under tension on the collar 3b. Helical brushes 20, which are connected to shaft 18 by a spur gear 21, are mounted in side walls 15 of the housing. In Fig. 3 only the shaft of the rear brush is shown, while the brush itself is omitted for the sake of clarity.

   Between the brushes 20 is a harrow device with an oval grimper and a straight iron 22. This device is attached to a central shaft 23 which is vertically displaceable in the housing 16 and hinged to an actuating lever 24 rotatably arranged on the housing 16. This shaft 23 has a longitudinal slot 23a through which the shaft 18 passes and which allows vertical displacement of the shaft.

   An adjusting screw 25 is provided in the actuating lever 24, and a tension spring 26 always tries to keep the harrowing device in the height position given by the adjustment of the adjusting screw 25. The shaft 18 is connected by an angle gear 27 with a crank 28 which engages in a link 29 of the harrow 22. 30 is a guide for the parallel displacement of the harrow device when changing its height by means of the actuating lever 24.



  The device provided with the additional part just described can be used as a cattle cleaning device, with the harrow iron 22 moving back and forth through the crank 28, which removes impurities and dust from the animal's fur by scratching. Brush the loosened parts away from the fur and the air suction device sucks these parts away. The height of the harrow device can also be adjusted by means of the adjusting screw 25 during work.



  According to FIGS. 5 and 6, helical brushes 32 are mounted close to one another and within a harrowing device in a drum-like housing 31 with a connecting piece 17 for connection to the connecting piece 11 of the air intake device. which has an annular part 33 and parts 34 extending parallel to the brush shafts. The part 33 is surrounded by an annular rubber part not shown.

    The harrow device is held in the housing 31 by a bracket 35, which bracket is height-adjustable by the same actuating device 24, 25, 26 as the harrow device of the additional part according to FIGS. 3 and 4. The brushes 32 are connected by a gear 36 via the shaft 18 , Spring 19, cap 3a with collar 3b connected to the shaft 3 of the air intake device 1.



  The device provided with this additional part is also preferably used as a cattle cleaning device, whereby the scraping effect of the harrow device is achieved by moving the device to and fro on the animal's hide and the height of the harrow device can be adjusted by means of the actuating lever 24. This additional part can take the place of the part described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.



  In the case of the additional part according to FIG. 7, a drive device 18, 19, 3a, 3b is present in a housing 37, which is again connected to the connector 11 of the air intake device 1. The shaft 18 of this device is connected by a spur gear 38 to a shaft 39 onto which an emery disk 40 is attached. A vertical shaft 42, which carries a polishing wheel 43, is connected to the shaft 39 through an angular gear 41.
