Device for fine adjustment of elevators. It is known to fine-tune elevators by means of an auxiliary motor that takes over the function of the main motor before the end of the elevator path. For this purpose, the main motor is switched off shortly before the elevator's stopping height is reached, and the rest of the elevator's travel is slowly effected by an auxiliary motor. So far a combined brake and clutch has been used,
which reduces the speed of the winch. and the loads on the main engine were transferred to the auxiliary engine. The brake consisted of two external brake and clutch shoes, which came into frictional contact with the brake disk attached to the motor shaft. The jaws were held in a rotatable frame. The brake pressure was provided by a common spring attached to the ends of the brake shoes.
The present invention aims. To seliaffen a simpler device for fine adjustment of elevators. The invention be is that on your main motor, which is rigidly coupled to the winch, a disc is wedged, which forms the constituent part of one half of a clutch., And in which the other clutch half is built, which is over when fine adjustment a worm gear is driven by an auxiliary motor,
wherein the actuation of the clutch by an axially arranged to the clutch axle. Electromagnet takes place, the movement of which is transmitted to the coupling through the hollow shaft of the worm wheel of the auxiliary gear.
1 to 3 show an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
On the round plate 1 in Figs. 1 and 3 is. the main motor 2, which with. the winch is rigidly coupled, and the gear housing 3 for the fine adjustment and the associated auxiliary motor -1 with the brake 5 attached. The axis 6, which is coupled to the axis of the motor 1. is, drives. Via a worm 7 the worm wheel B. The Sehnek- kenrad 8 is with. a hollow shaft 9 firmly wedges ver, which is mounted in the bearings 10 and 11 of the transmission housing 3 Ge.
In the hollow shaft 9 there is an axially displaceable tube 12 into which a planing sleeve 13 is inserted. The flange sleeve 13 is with. a ball bearing 1.1 in the axially displaceable magnet armature 15 rotatably and axially immovably mounted. The magnetic coil 16 is mounted in the housing 17, which is closed by the cover 18 with the visual hoods 19.
The axially adjustable magnet armature 20, which is provided with a C-thread, is screwed into the bore of the cover 7.8 and is locked on the cover 18 with the lock nut 21. The armature 15 and 20 and the flange bushing 13 are pierced. The adjusting screw 22, which is screwed into the armature 20 and is held in the desired position with the lock nut 23, leads through these holes.
A support body 24, on which a ball thrust bearing 25 is mounted, is seated on the front end of the Atell screw 22. The compression spring 26 is supported on this ball thrust bearing 25 and presses on the plug 27 which is screwed into the tube 12. The plug 27 has a transverse groove 28. The coupling part 29 is welded to the hollow shaft 9.
At the left end of the hollow shaft 9, a plug 31 is screwed, which has a pin 32 and a ball bearing 33 sitting thereon, which see the hollow shaft 9 in the bore of the brake and clutch disk 34, which is conveniently designed as a flywheel, which on the axis of the main motor 2 is wedged, centered. The hollow shaft 9 is provided with a slot 35 through which the rocker 36 engages. The rocker 36 is stored between the transverse groove 28 of the plug 27 and the transverse groove 37 of the spring plate 38 and is held by the spring 39 in the correct position.
The spring 26, which is supported with the ball thruster 25 against the adjusting screw 22, thus presses the tube 12 with the movable magnet armature 15 to the left on the rocker 36. The angle levers 40, which are pivotably attached to the coupling part 29 with the bolts 41, transmit the pressure of the rocker 36 to the rocker 42 in Fig. 2. The rocker 42 - distribute the pressure evenly on the two pairs of brake and coupling ring shoes 43.
The brake shoes 43 are also pivotally fastened with the bolts 44 on the coupling part 29 and provided with the brake lining 45.
The braking and coupling process between the auxiliary gear 3 and the main motor 2 is thus effected by the pressure of the spring 26.
The process is now as follows: By switching on the main motor 2, the cable winch A is set in motion, and at the same time the magnetic coil 16 is excited. The magnet armature 20 attracts the armature 15 with the spring tube 12, the spring pressure against the rocker 36 becomes ineffective. The springs 46 in FIG. 2 release the brake shoes 43 from the braking surface of the clutch disk 34, and the clutch part 29 cannot be carried along by the brake and clutch disk 34.
Shortly before reaching the stopping height of the elevator, the main motor 2 is switched off, whereby the solenoid 16 is also de-energized. At the same moment, the brake 5, which acts on the shaft 6, is released and the auxiliary motor 4 is switched on, which drives the coupling part 29 via the worm wheel 8 in the same direction of rotation as the main motor 2, which is still running out. Since the solenoid 16 is now de-energized, the spring 26 pushes the tube 12 to the left, via the rocker 36 the angle levers 40 are pressed against the rockers 42 and thus against the brake and clutch jaws 43. So that a soft coupling with the brake and clutch disc 34 is achieved.
As soon as the elevator has slowly reached the exact stopping height, the auxiliary motor 4 and the brake 5 are switched off; the latter brakes the auxiliary gear 3 and thus the main motor 2 by its spring pressure.
By means of the adjusting screw 22, the pressure of the spring 26 can be adjusted to the pressure required for the clutch during operation without the risk of an accident. Likewise, after loosening the lock nut 21, the required braking and clutch stroke can be set by turning the magnet armature 20. The circuit for controlling the main and auxiliary engine can be done with known means and is therefore not described in detail ben.
