La présente invention sa rapporte à un dispositif de fixation amovible d'un manche à un ustensile, tel qu'une brosse, un balai, etc. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il com prend deux pièces métalliques, un manchon et une bride, le manchon étant destiné à être fixé au manche au moyen de deux vis dia métralement opposées et décalées longitudi nalement l'une par rapport à l'autre, la bride étant destinée à être fixée au corps de l'ustensile par trois vis et présentant un évidement central susceptible de recevoir l'extrémité libre du manchon,
cette extré mité et ledit évidement étant disposés de ma nière que le manchon puisse être maintenu solidement dans la bride, tout en étant amo vible.
Une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention est représentée, à titre d'exemple, au dessin annexé. La fig. 1 représente le manche de l'usten sile fixé au manchon métallique.

Le dispositif représenté comporte un manche 1 ajusté dans un manchon métal lique 2 et fixé par deux vis 8 et 4 diamé- tralement opposées et décalées longitudinale ment l'une par rapport à l'autre, ces vis tra versant la paroi du manchon métallique par des ouvertures 5 et 6 pour pénétrer dans: le manche en bois 1. L'extrémité 7 du man chon 2 est légèrement conique, c'est-à-dire plus large à sa base 8 qu'à son sommet 9, cette conicité étant indiquée en 10.
La bride métallique 11 est en une seule pièce et pré sente une plaque 12 renforcée en 18, dans laquelle sont ménagées, trois ouvertures 14, 15 et 16 pour le passage de trois vis de fixa tion de la bride sur le corps de l'ustensile, et une douille 17 destinée à être logée dans l'ouverture que présentent tous les corps d'ustensiles du genre considéré.
L'évidement 18 de la douille 17 présente la même légère conicité que l'extrémité 7 du manchon métallique, de manière que le manche puisse être maintenu sur le corps de l'ustensile par coincement du manchon 2 dans la. bride 11. L'extrémité 7 du manchon 2 pourrait aussi être munie d'un filetage correspondant à un taraudage pratiqué dans l'évidement 18 de la bride 11, de manière que le manche puisse être maintenu sur le corps de l'usten sile par vissage du manchon 2 dans la bride 11.
