Description
Fahrbare Vorrichtung für die Dünge-oder TrÏnkemittelzufuhr.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine fahrbare Vorrichtung für die Dünge-oder Tränkemittelzufuhr in das ; Erdreich für Pflanzen mit tiefliegenden Wurzeln, welche wenigstens ein Werkzeug mit wenigsstens einem zugeordneten Durchgangskanal f r das D nge- und Tränkemittell aufweist, welches Werkzeug beim Vorwärtsbewegen im Erd- reich eine schlitzf¯rmige Vertiefung f rden Austritt des Dünge-oder Tränkemittels un terhalb der Bodenoberfläche hinterlässt..
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf Ndelr Zeichnung in f nf beispielsweisen Ausfüh- rungsformen schema. tisch dargestellt.

Die Vorriehtung nach der ersten Ausfüh- rungsform (Fig. 1) besitzt ein auf Rädern l fahrba. res Gestell 2 mit Griff 3 zum Lenken der Vorrichtung. An dem Gestell 2 ist das Werkzeug 4 befestigt, das mittels des Fahrgestelles durch den Boden gezogen wird. Das Werkzeug 4 besitzt in der Bewegungsnch- tung eine Scheide 5 und verbreitert sich in dem der Bewegungsriehtung entgegengesetz- ten Sinne, so dass durch ein Rohr 6 oder eine Bohrung 7 in demselben, die bis an dessen unteres Ende reicht, in die Bohrung einge- führte Flüssigkeit oder Dünger in die durch das Werkzeug hinterlassene schlitzf¯rmige Vertiefung in das Erdreich austreten kann.
Zu diesem Zweck mündet die Bohrung 7 in eine horizontale Bohrung 8, die im Rücken des'Werkzeuges offen isi. Oben ist an die Bohrung 7 ein Rohrst ck 9 mit biegsamem Schlauch 10 zur Zufuhr der Flüssigkeit oder eines pulverf¯rmigen D ngers angeschlossen.
Die Werkzeuge können aus einem oder mehreren Stücken bestehen ; sie sind an einer unter dem Behälter angeordneten Querachse befestigt und zweckmϯig in der Längsrich- tung in zwei symmetrische HÏlften 11 und 12 geteilt. Dabei kann die Querachse fe dernd gelagert sein.
Eine zweite AusfüliTungsfonn zeigt Fig. 5, bei der auf dem Gestell 2 mit Deichsel 18 der Flüssigkeitsbehälter 14 und die Pumpe 15 befestigt sind. Unter dem Gestell 2 ist die Achse 16 drehbar gelagert, auf der an beiden Enden die Räder 17 sitzen und auf der au¯erdem das Exzenter 18 f r den Antrieb der Pumpe 15 festsitzt. Das Werkzeug 4 ist hinter den Rädern 17 auf einem in der H¯he durch eine Schraubspindel 19 mit Kurbel 20 einstellbaren Rahmen 21 angeord- net, der mit der Achse 16 gelenkig verbun- den ist. An die Bohrung 5 des Werkzeuges 4 ist der Schlauch 22 angeschlossen, der mit der Pumpe 1s5 dureh di, e Rohrleitung 23 in Verbindung steht.
Am Behälter 14 sind oben die Emfüll- öffnung 24 und ein Sitz 25 für den Fahrer angebracht.
Für grössere Betriebe ka. nn die Vorrich- tung au-eh direkt mit einem'Kraftfahrzeug gemäss Fig. 6 zusammengebaut, sein. Die Vorrichtung ist dabei hinter dem Fahrersitz angeordnet und zu diesem Zweck der Rahmen 26 nach hinten verlängert.
Auf dem Rahmen ist der Flüssigkeits- behälter 14 befestigt und an dessen tiefstem Punkt die Zuleitung 27 zum Werkzeug 4 angebracht. Das Werkzeug 4 sitzt wieder auf f einem in der Hohe durcheine Schraubspindel 19 mit Kurbel 20 einstellbaren Rahmen 21.
Bei grosseren Tiefen ist es vorteilhaft, am inderHoheeinstellba.renRahmen verschieden lange Werkzeuge 28 und 4 anzuordnen, wobei die vordern, kürzeren Werkzeuge 218 ohne Düngerzufuhr Verwendung finden können. Eine solche Ausführungsform zeigt Fig. 7. Die Düngerzufuhr kann auch hinter dem Werkzeug durch ein z. B. gemäss Fig. 2 angebrachtes Rohr erfolgen
Die Schneide des Werkzeuges kann sägen- artige Form haben (Fig. la) oder am freien Ende in der Bewegungsrichtung eine abge bogene (Fig. lb) oder vorstehende (Fig. lc) Spitze aufweisen.
Es können zudem am untern Ende der Werkzeuge scharartige, seit liche Flügel (Fig. 1d) vorgesehent sein. An den Werkzeugen können übereinander zwei Austrittsö±fnungen für das Dünggut ange- ordnet sein.
Das Werkzeug kann auch gemäss der durch Fig. 8 dargestellten Ausführungsform rotierend ausgebildet sein und vom Hinterrad d 29 des Kraftfahrzeuges durch eine Kette 30 und die Zahnräder 3'1 und 3'2 in drehende Bewegung versetzt werden. Es kann eine Nabe mit darauf sitzenden Zähnen 38 vorgesehen sein. Es ist im Rahmen 34drehbar gellagert und kann durch Verstellen des Rahmens mittels der Schraubspindel 19 und Kurbel 20 in der Tiefenlage eingestellt werden. Die genannte Nabe kann hohl aus- gebildet sein und die Düngerzufuhr zu derselben mittels des Schlauches 27 aus dem Behälter 14 erfolgen, wobei die Zähne des Werkzeuges Bohrungen oder HohlrÏume 35 besitzen.
Das drehbareWerkzeug kann mit wenigstensdreiüber den Umfang gleich- mässigverteiltenSpitzenversehensein, wobei dieSpitzenabnenmbarundauswechselbar ausgebildetseinkönnen.

The Vorriehtung according to the first embodiment (Fig. 1) has a wheeled 1 mobile. res frame 2 with handle 3 for steering the device. The tool 4, which is pulled through the floor by means of the chassis, is attached to the frame 2. The tool 4 has a sheath 5 in the direction of movement and widens in the direction opposite to the direction of movement, so that through a tube 6 or a hole 7 in the same, which extends to its lower end, into the hole. If liquid or fertilizer has passed into the slit-shaped depression left by the tool, it can escape into the ground.
For this purpose, the bore 7 opens into a horizontal bore 8, which is open in the back of the tool. At the top, a pipe section 9 with a flexible hose 10 for supplying the liquid or a powdery fertilizer is connected to the bore 7.
The tools can consist of one or more pieces; they are attached to a transverse axis arranged under the container and are appropriately divided into two symmetrical halves 11 and 12 in the longitudinal direction. The transverse axis can be stored in a resilient manner.
A second embodiment is shown in FIG. 5, in which the liquid container 14 and the pump 15 are attached to the frame 2 with the drawbar 18. The axis 16 is rotatably mounted under the frame 2, on which the wheels 17 are seated at both ends and on which the eccentric 18 for driving the pump 15 is fixed. The tool 4 is arranged behind the wheels 17 on a frame 21 which is adjustable in height by means of a screw spindle 19 with a crank 20 and which is articulated to the axle 16. The hose 22, which is connected to the pump 15 through the pipeline 23, is connected to the bore 5 of the tool 4.
The filling opening 24 and a seat 25 for the driver are attached to the top of the container 14.
For larger companies ka. The device can also be assembled directly with a motor vehicle according to FIG. 6. The device is arranged behind the driver's seat and for this purpose the frame 26 is extended to the rear.
The liquid container 14 is attached to the frame and the feed line 27 to the tool 4 is attached to its lowest point. The tool 4 is again seated on a frame 21 adjustable in height by means of a screw spindle 19 with a crank 20.
In the case of greater depths, it is advantageous to arrange tools 28 and 4 of different lengths on the adjustable frame, whereby the front, shorter tools 218 can be used without the addition of fertilizer. The cutting edge of the tool can have a saw-like shape (FIG. 1 a) or a bent (FIG. 1 b) or protruding (FIG. 1 c) tip at the free end in the direction of movement.
It can also be provided at the lower end of the tools sharp, since Liche wings (Fig. 1d). Two outlet openings for the fertilizer can be arranged one above the other on the tools.
The tool can also be designed to rotate according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 and can be set in rotating motion by the rear wheel d 29 of the motor vehicle by a chain 30 and the gear wheels 3'1 and 3'2. A hub with teeth 38 seated thereon can be provided. It is rotatably supported by bearings in the frame 34 and its depth can be adjusted by adjusting the frame by means of the screw spindle 19 and crank 20. Said hub can be made hollow and the fertilizer can be supplied to it by means of the hose 27 from the container 14, the teeth of the tool having bores or cavities 35.
The rotatable tool can be provided with at least three tips evenly distributed over the circumference, wherein the tips can be designed to be removable and exchangeable.
